Terrible customer service to an ordinary homeowner looking for advice. Their only recommendation was to go look somewhere else I'd already been that recommended I go here. Zero help, zero stars if I could!

Went here looking for seals/o-rings for an external faucett that was leaking. Had already tried HomeDepot but couldn't find ones that fit. Person behind the counter was totally unhelpful, said they didn't have anything more than I found at HomeDepot and said I needed to replace the whole fixture. Went on to Grover Electric and Plumbing Supply. There they immediately identified the part I had and walked to the seals I needed. Leak fixed.

This is my go to when it comes to plumbing supply. Beings I'm not a plumber I'm not here very often. I would say once a month. But when the company I work for has issues with broken pipes, spickets, old shut off valves etc. We use these guys. They have helped me work through some issues I was pretty lost on and kept a smile on their face.
