Great service! Matt was recommended to us by a neighbor. He came over on very short notice to cap off a couple lines so we could get the water back on in the house.
He was very fast and courteous. Thanks for helping us out Matt. I will call you first next time instead of trying to fix it myself!

Had Ryan over to check out what we thought was a leak. He was prompt and detailed out the issue for us really well. In the end it turned out there was no leak but I appreciate that Ryan took his time to explain to us what was going

Ryan was on time, friendly, focused patient and thorough in his investigations of the various leaks and different causes and fixes. He promptly and efficiently repaired the issues making sure to educate and show us what was wrong and what he did to fix each item. Highly recommend

Right before the ice storm hit this year one of our tenants reached out to say the sprinkler system pipes had froze and burst and they could not figure out how to turn it off. We do not live in Vancouver and in calling around trying to find anyone that could swing by on an emergency call Summerson was able to refer us to someone that went within an hour! Everyone else in the area either wasn't taking calls or wasn't going out. I cannot thank you enough for helping and we'll definitely be looking to send our business your way when we can.

Around 1pm, we called Summerson Plumbing after they were referred to us by Miller's Heating and Cooling. Our water heater was no longer working. Within 30 minutes Ryan the technician was at our home inspecting the tank, and by 4pm a new gas water heater was install. We had hot water by 5pm. Ryan was courteous, listened to our needs, answered our questions, and worked to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Thank you for your extraordinary service and responsiveness.

We had a main line water leak, Matt & Ryan were great getting to us promptly with an estimate, setting up utility locators before digging, and repaired right away. Great communication!! We highly recommend and will use again!!!

So impressed with Matt and Ryan. Prompt, polite, and got the job done faster than I could have imagined. Thank you to the person who recommended Summerson to me!

Summerson is the best! Both Matt and Ryan have done work for me over the years and they do things the right way. If you get a couple of quotes from other plumbers, call Summerson for one last quote and you will be sold. Matt will quietly listen to what you need, let you know what he can do for you according to correct plumbing code, set a date for the work and he or Ryan will arrive on time and prepared. I am super fussy about details and fortunately so are they. You cannot go wrong with Summerson.

I have some rentals and it's hard to find a plumber (or any company) that I have trusted from the git-go: but Summerson is. I am a very skeptical person, but Mat and Ryan are the real deal. They saved me $3000 from the other bid - not kidding! Prompt return call, friendly, courteous service, honest, and reasonable rates. I will use them again without hesitation.
2022: Matt was again very helpful and pleasant to work with, and honest.

Extremely disappointed. Came to our house and made adjustments to our toilet and screwed on a back pressure valve on an outdoor house bib. Billed me $487 plus tax for 1 hour and 15 minutes of work. This was not an emergency or after hours service. Found parts at home depot for less than $20.00. I have asked at least 8 times for a detailed billing that shows the hourly labor rate and cost of parts. Never provided. Also the toilet that was repaired continues to run. Suggest you get a firm quote in advance of any work you have done and consider more reputable alternatives.

Summerson re-piped our entire CPVC nightmare house in Camas after we experienced several meaningful leaks and messes. No one wants to spend a tidy sum on repiping but we had no choice as a disaster was imminent. We got multiple bids (avoid the guys you hear on the radio) and a few were good outfits and reasonably priced but Summerson felt right. Straight talk, no nonsense, just there to help and do an honest job. These gentleman are direct, honest, hard working and true professionals who take pride in their work. We were thrilled with the job they did-3 days in and out- and we could not be happier. They even referred us to a just as wonderful drywall crew (C&C Enterprises) who repaired and painted. I don’t wish major plumbing issues on anyone, but when they occur, these guys are the no brainer choice for your job.

We hired Summerson Plumbing to complete a full repipe when we were selling our home and discovered old pipes. Matt was absolutely AMAZING through all aspects of the project. He responded promptly to calls and was out to bid the job quickly. He listened to concerns, explained our options, and made appropriate recommendations to meet our tight timeline for closing escrow on time. Matt and Ryan were super mindful of their drywall cuts to minimize repair costs. Matt referred us to C & C enterprises for the drywall refinish work and they did an outstanding job as well. Matt's expertise and calm, confident demeanor gave us great peace of mind during a stressful time and the quality of their work was truly outstanding!

For our new home, we hired Matt and Ryan for our laundry room conversion. Ryan moved our washing machine supply lines and installed a toilet to our utility room, running sewer line as well. And C & C did another beautiful job of drywall refinish to complete the project beautifully.

Matt's pricing is fair and consistent so there are no surprises. He and Ryan really know their stuff and you can rest easy. We are so grateful to Summerson Plumbing for their attention to detail and fair, honest, business practices. Best plumbers ever!!! #Summersonplumbingforthewin

First, thank you Ian and his apprentice, for finally diagnosing problem, assured me he would handle it, and came out and did what he said he would do. He is AWESOME! Second, 5 stars would be my score if I would have had Ian in the first place.

Sometimes you just have to know who to call. For a stubborn kitchen drain problem, called yesterday afternoon and got great service today. Dwayne Goodrich is my hero. A pro's pro and a great guy. Can't recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor - these guys know their business and do it right. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are responsive and decently priced, which is why I used them about 6 months ago, but I found out the hard way that they take complete advantage of naive people who are in a plumbing crisis.

They charged me $5,500 for a sewer line repair that I later discovered actually should have been around $2,500. Normally I obtain multiple bids before proceeding with any contracted work (so shame on me for not doing that in this situation), but we had already been without any functioning plumbing for a day and a half and I felt it was too urgent to wait for other companies to come out.

The WORST part of the situation is the fact that PP&D should NOT have even attempted the repair job in the first place because a complete line replacement was/STILL IS necessary! But, because they proceeded with "repairing" the problem, it required 4 follow up visits (and more money) over the course of 2 months and the issue was never even fully resolved.

While the line is currently functioning (although barely, as we have to be extremely careful how often we flush and how much goes down - not an easy thing to do with kids in the house!), it still requires a complete replacement in the near future. I paid a sewer inspector to come out and was informed that my line still fails inspection and needs to be completely replaced, which the owner of PP&D (Jon Kirby), had verbally told me would cost $15k-$20k. However, after some research I found out from other companies that the complete replacement will actually be $8k-$11k; see a pattern here?

On another note, I was later informed by city officials that PP&D failed to obtain required Right of Way permitting, which, as the homeowner, I could be fined for! I also found out from BOLI that they don't have a licensed plumber on staff...just a plumbing permit which is currently expired (apparently not illegal when working outside of the home, as was my situation).

Also, to top it all off, they left me an enormous mess to deal with - I'm talking a mountainous pile of dirt left in the entrance of my driveway, to the extent that the driveway wasn't usable until 6 months later when I eventually used a shovel and rake and spent 4 hours breaking up and evenly spreading the dirt so I could replace the gravel that they hauled away when they did the initial "repair" job.

Alex Garret removed my old water heater and replaced it. Alex took time to ensure that nothing got damaged while moving out and moving in the new water heater which is located downstairs. Alex conducted himself as a professional and I admired his "can do" attitude. I am very pleased with his work and commitment to his job. Thank you for a job well done.

Just had Patrick from Pacific Plumbing out to successfully snake out my my 100+ year old, very fragile, basement floor drain. Nice guy and a good firm. The service from the office was also excellent. Another aspect I thought was really handy was that I was able to see their truck in real time as it headed for my house. I've had some really bad experiences, but these guys were great...K

My home warranty company was originally going to send a *different* company, but that company kept canceling my appointment. Pacific was able to come right away. Both the phone scheduler and the plumber were helpful, courteous, and demonstrated the kind of customer service that is just too rare today. Much appreciated.
