Tysen is super knowledgeable, friendly and responsive as was the crew. It was a big job and they got in, worked hard, fast, completed early and everything is up to code. They are a true local business that you want to support. Don't waste any more time and energy searching for bigger, better or cheaper. Really

The project was not a pleasant one to undertake and should not have been necessary had it been done properly in 1947 when the house was built. Sadly, it was not! After the initial bid, we learned the side sewer was NOT where it should have been and to replace it in the same location and depth would have added tremendous cost and time. Jesse, the estimator, had to go back and refigure everything based on our discussions after we learned (via T.V. inspection) where the line actually was. Ultimately, the line is not the ten feet deep it was before which was never necessary since it did not serve a basement. Also, changing the location directly to the street reduced the length by at least 40 feet. To make it more concise, the information given to Jesse initially was far from accurate for what actually needed to be done. Because of the changes in depth and length (and some interior changes) the new estimate was only $10 more so our contract only changed the scope of work. Fortunately, for both the crew and the homeowner (me), Jesse is very good at his job and cares about the work done properly. Because of many things on site (with gas line location being a major one - five locates and NONE had it right), I must commend both Jesse and the entire crew for both the quality of the work and their very positive attitude. It is clear each and every one truly cares about their company AND the customer.
It has been seven years since the work was done and I am just as pleased today as I was the day they finished the job! If there were a higher percentage of satisfaction than 100 percent, I would give it with maximum enthusiasm. "

We’ve used Clog Pro a few times in recent years. They’ve been excellent at identifying big issues and fixing them - tree roots backing up our drain pipe and later a broken drain pipe in a different area. They’re responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

The price was well worth the result!! When calling for a estimate, the customer service representative was polite, friendly, and informative, without even a hint of rudeness. He was clear about service options they provided, explaining how each type of technique worked, and the base price for each service.

My service appointment went wonderful. Knowing the service technician, Louis, was coming from another call, I expected him and his equipment to be a mess. When he pulled up, his truck and equipment were clean, tidy, and in good shape. Not only did he arrive clean and on time, was he was polite, respectful, and professionally dressed. He happily answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing as I watched him work.

All three of my gutter drains were clear in short order. Loius collected his equipment, wrote out the paperwork, and was on his way in under an hour.

As a Realtor, I have dealt with many sewer and excavation companies...Clog Pro is one of the best. They charged a fair price for sewer services; in our case a drain clearing via jetting and some pipe work. In the Vancouver area, they would be one of my first calls if I needed sewer or clog work.

These guys are amazing. I have used them for business and residential plumbing needs and they are fabulous. Louis has been WONDERFUL to work with. He is always on time and prepared for any job. We had a significant blockage in a septic line in a house we just purchased that needed immediate attention. Louis was there first thing on a Sunday morning to take care of it and had the whole house back up and running within an hour. We opted for a scope just so we knew what we were dealing with and to establish a baseline and we received an explanation about what we were seeing on the screen to really understand what we were looking at. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and Clog Pro will be my go to for plumbing needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

Thomas provided our family with excellent timely and professional emergency plumbing repair service for a leaking in-wall kitchen drain pipe.

Thomas was mindful and respectful while working to repair the drainpipe, which was nested in an exterior wall and behind a low kitchen counter cabinet. It was a tight space!

Thomas used a drop cloth to cover and protect our floors, he cleaned up the dust and debris from cutting through plywood and sheetrock.

His timely plumbing repair solved the leaking drain pipes. The drain pipe was corroded and clogged with 65 years of gunk; not the worst he has seen; but, still very funky.

Thomas returned promptly and assessed the issue and called to request the drain team to address the sink not draining.

At all points through the repair service provided by the ClogPro team, from my initial phone contact with Alicia through the repair and followup, both of these professionals provided my family with timely, excellent and friendly service.

Jesse was able to pinpoint the sewer pipe trouble and explain the situation very thoroughly.

Just bought our first house in July of this year. Had an issue with our water not draining and backing up. Called Clog Pro and the gals in the office were great. They were a bit late but courteous and professional. I know the time it takes to do a job isn't always certain, and ours was no exception. Came in to snake my kitchen sink drain and it was a more difficult job than probably anticipated. But, they kept at it. They even went down to the basement to look at what was going on and contemplated using the snake from the opposite direction. It wasn't necessary in the end but they went the extra mile to do everything they could to fix the problem with the snake before recommending replacing pipes. The snake worked in the end. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Thank you!

Great service! We had a drain clog and they were quick, friendly and responsive with scheduling. In fact, they had an opening come up earlier than our original schedule date and we were able to move it up a few days, which was super helpful. Our technician was Louis. He was great! Very friendly and informative with the problem and quick to fix the issue. We have a very nosey dog and he was great with him too.

Called Clog Pro with a severe downspout drainage clog and they sent Greg Leflore out to help. He addressed my concerns and questions, quickly identified the problem, resolved it within an hour, and charged a very reasonable price for the service. A genuinely nice and honest guy, which is hard to come by in this industry. Very satisfied with the work done and I will continue to do business with Clog Pro.

The men arrived within the timeframe and were very nice. They explained what work might need to be done to repair the outside faucet. Once they had the right part(s), the work was completed within 15 minutes without needing to open a wall from the inside of the house.

Great customer service from the initial phone call until the drain was clear! Louis came out and though I was busy with meetings was able to communicate in a timely and efficient manner and keep me apprised of the work he was doing. There were no surprises, he helped me navigate the portion of the clog that was on the city side of the property line, advocating for me with the city employees. I highly recommend Clog Pro!

A great company to have your plumbing needs meet. I worked with 2 staff members today. Chris and Jack. Chris worked on my bathroom plumbing in my tub. He had to replace the work done by another company. The work was done not correctly and that company would not honor the work cause it had been over 30 days. I had the previous company out 2 times to correct. I was told that I always would have to tighten the handles up. Not true Clog Pro fixed them the correct way. Jack worked on my kitchen sink repairs. Chris and Jack went up and above to complete the work that I need done. Great workers !

Google will not let me post a second review but I once again needed Clog Pro to save the day and Chris and Jack were the right two for the job. In this case, a hose bib replacement almost turned into a weekend disaster for 49 tenants but with a shovel and some elbox grease, we were able to get the shut-off to break free and turn the water back on. This second review is from 3 years ago ---- Louis was out an hour early and resolved the problem with some quick trouble shooting and a snake (and his apprentice). As a property manager I can count on ClogPro to be clear and upfront with pricing and quick with service. Thank you again for saving the day.
