Our shower drain was almost completely blocked. I called Clog Pro because of the many recent, very positive reviews. I'm glad I did. Danny was very friendly and very polite. He was also very skilled at his job. He quickly determined the likely cause of the problem and the best way to attack it. Within a few minutes he had used a snake to remove a large mass of hair from the "J trap" in the drain pipe. I couldn't have been more pleased with Danny and Clog Pro. I would certainly use them again and I recommend them to others.

Absolutely astonishing the consistency of customer service experiences that we continue to receive from the professionals at ClogPro. Danny Polk is yet another great team member. He quickly identified the challenge, updated me throughout the process and we were back up and running with drainage restored for our tenants in no time. Back in May of 2022, Clog Pro replace our main line to the street. They did a great job and really worked to minimize the expense will providing a top-notch solution. The main line has worked perfectly every since. Before it was plugging up once per month. I highly recommend Clog Pro!

Very pleased with my service from Clog Pro!
It started with me calling last Thursday, and I got the appointment set for the following Monday (today) with an 8-10am window. I received a 15 min call ahead of time to confirm I was home and ready for the appointment, within my window.
Louis was so friendly, personable and professional. He was great at explaining the work he was doing as he did it, and answered all the questions I asked in a way that was very easy to understand. He was able to take care of my drain issue in a very timely manner and gave me a couple tips and recommendations for the future. I did not feel he was trying to push any sales agenda or drag out the repairs, as they work at an hourly rate.
The prices are very good for needing to bring the truck & trailer, all the equipment and the experience and knowledge they provide for the job.
This is one of those times when it's nerve wrecking as a homeowner, not knowing what could come up, but Louis got us fixed up quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier!

Our bathtub drain was clogged, so we setup an appointment with Clog Pro. Clog Pro came out the next morning, and knew right where to check to address the drainage issue. He inspected the plumbing and identified the old pipes were in a deteriorated state (the house is a 4-plex from ~1930s) as the culprit.

"A previous repair had been done improperly the bottom of the pipe had quite a bit of rust buildup. Recommended replacing opted to attempt to cable the bottom of the line where the previous repair was done gave out line needs to be replaced."

He was 100% correct. He took before and after photos. The end result was that the previous shoddy pipe repair caused the whole issue. I want to state that Greg the Clog Pro Plumber was completely professional and ethical to a point I was not expecting. I offered to pay the balance, but Greg with Clog Pro did not charge us. He suggested that we could have Clog Pro plumbers replace the line properly. I rent so could not make that decision at the moment.

I decided to write this review as I was completely satisfied with Clog Pro's work ethic and truthfulness.

Our Experience with Clog Pro was fantastic. Nobody wants to have a clogged drain issue, but if you need the service, call these guys! Our technician was Louis and he was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Got the job done for us and left a ton of tips and advice we can definitely use. We received a notice 30 minutes before he arrived and even a follow up call to be sure we were satisfied with the service. 10 stars for Clog Pro.

We had a backed up home drain line that I couldn’t take care of with a basic home use snake. I called Clog Pro late Monday afternoon and they were out to see us early Tuesday morning. Joshua had everything resolved in no time. He was awesome, super professional and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Clog Pro Plumbing.

Josh showed up within an hour and a half of placing a call on the day after Thanksgiving. They diagnosed the sewer line issue, cleaned it out, scoped the line and gave me some options for a more permanent solution. I've used them several times now and trust them implicitly! Thanks Clog Pro!

Clog Pro always corresponds emergency plumbing issue very quickly. Greg came to fix the clogging issues of the toilet through septic tank. He explained the cause of the clog and made sure he cleared out the entire pipe using camera. I had to work with City as they own the septic tanks, but he patiently waited until they were done. Great service! If you have emergency plumbing issue, don't wait and call them!

Shaun was awesome. He was not only on time, but very professional in evaluating the problem. Shaun offered solutions as if he were fixing his own house. Absolutely a dream working with this company from my initial phone call on a Sunday to having someone at my house within an hour!!! Gregory showed up and was knowledgeable and friendly! Fixed my clogged drain in minutes!! Was careful not to leave a mess! I would use their expertise and services from now on!!!

Danny was awesome and professional and knew what he was doing, he found the clean out point onsite within a couple of minutes and was right on it, had all the tools in his rig to get the job done and I do/will highly recommend this company whenever anyone asks if I know anyone that does drain work!
Also want to express how impressed I am that they had same day service a couple of days after Christmas holiday and they were great at communicating that they could have someone out between the window given and that he would let us know when he was on his way, which he did and was actually earlier than expected.
For the managers at Clog Pros…. Danny was really went above and beyond on a job that I was embarrassed to have him out to tackle! He got it done with ease and with professionalism! I usually am a wildcard when leaving reviews, but I really hope that he’s recognized for helping us out!

My husband and I have been dealing with a partial clog that came and went for a couple weeks. We suspected tree roots, and began researching plumbing services. A neighbor recommended Clog Pros and when our drains backed up again today (this time fully clogged), I called them right away.

They were very understanding and nice over the phone, and said they would be out between 4pm-6pm. Our technician, Greg, was out here by 3pm and gone by 5pm. He was incredibly kind and patient.

Greg explained every step of the way, and was able to cut through an absolutely massive root! We watched the entire thing through a monitor, and it was wild! It was like watching a cursed version of the boat scene in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and like the movie, I was both disturbed and highly entertained. I recommend everyone to add that service on for entertainment alone. It was a gross, yet oddly satisfying process to watch!

Not only was Greg early, efficient, and knowledgeable, he also knocked some of the price off our bill. We were so grateful that it was less than $1,000. We were prepared to pay more even though we couldn't really afford to, especially with other personal issues we have going on. In total, however, we paid less than the cost of one hour of hydro jet service from any other company I researched. That's not including all the other extra charges that any other company would have been happy to stick us with. Not Clog Pros! They took the time to do it right, both cheaper and faster than we ever expected.

Greg also gave us some fantastic maintenance advice for the future, which we are very thankful for.

Josh with Clog Pro was awesome. Had a tough sewer line issue that other companies could not repair and he came out quickly and got the job done! Was also very personable and detailed, explaining the cause in detail. Will definitely use Clog Pro again for future needs.

Jessie was great to work with. He was super friendly, professional, and had excellent follow-through with communication . He developed the best strategy to repair our sewer problem and took the time to explain his rational in a way that was easy to understand. In addition, Clog Pro was also the most cost effective bid we received out of 3 other companies. The job was scheduled right away and the crew worked diligently through completion.

Gregory with Clog Pro was professional, courteous, and effective in unclogging our sewer pipe. Best of all, he responded within 5 hours of my call (and they're even open weekends). Their prices were very reasonable. Next time you need unclogging services in the Portland/Vancouver area, this is your company!

Their driver was on side of the highway with a very large gravel truck and trailer, started to roll forward and then turned his blinker on at the time he crossed the fog line to come into the lane of traffic which was a 55 mph zone. Had to slam on breaks. Need definitely to get CDL retraining!!

Chris and Jack were amazing! They were right on time, and replaced our garbage disposal in minutes, stopped traffic to help me back out and take the kids to school. They were so kind to my dog, and cleaned up really well after the job. I called on a Wednesday night, and they arrived Thursday morning. So fast, incredible service, highly recommend.
