I had a leak in the main water line to my house.
I called H2O plumbing on a Monday and they came out the next day to pinpoint the work that needed to be done. I had figured out that the leak was under the house and was ready with that information when the plumber arrived. The plumber that H2O sent over, Michael, was totally prepared to enter my house; shoe covers, coveralls, a tarp to keep the floor clean and all the tools to assess the issue. He let me know that the leak was next to the foundation and showed me pictures of the piping leaking.
He made the necessary phone calls and came back with a reasonable quote for the replacement of 70' of water line including a second company to bore the line in (vs. a trench).
One week after my first phone call to H2O plumbing and the work was complete! The project took about three hours and Michael cleaned up the leak under the house, put back the dirt at the foundation where the tie in was done and at the meter box by the street.
Michael informed me that I could take the receipt from the repair to the City to show that the repairs had been made and that the City would credit my water bill. That was something that I didn't know and would not have known if he had not told me.
I would recommend H2O plumbing for all the plumbing work that you have. The pricing is very competitive, they warranty their work, they clean up their work areas and even on the rainiest day imaginable, they treat your house (and you) with respect.

Our experience with H20 was great! We needed Hydrojetting done on our pipes before selling our home. They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job! We plan to use them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend contacting them!

I had H2O plumbing out to the house to replace the heating elements in the water heater. Mikeal did a fantastic job, quickly, for a fair price. He was also very communicative throughout the process, and I appreciated understanding what was going on. Super friendly and professional.

Also, Mikael noticed I had a hot water cycling pump that wasn’t plugged in. He quickly determined it wasn’t operational, and suggested I could get hot water a lot faster if I replaced it. Mikael instructed me on which pump I needed, and installed it for me a few days later. And how right he was! I think he might have saved me several hours per year waiting for hot water! 😂

In any case, H2O is great. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. And my needs are many since I’m banned from attempting any plumbing projects myself after what we refer to around the house as, “the toilet debacle”. 😬

We bought and older house and we’re unhappy with the old dirty shower that was in the bathroom. H2O plumbing came out the same week we called and gave us a fast estimate and put us on the schedule for the new installation the following week! There were some hiccups in the process, our water meter was difficult to find and the shower walls were crack but the techs were diligent and made sure to work around every issue that came up. Very pleased with the results. We will definitely use H2O plumbing again.
