Cascade NW Plumbing is an excellent company. We ordered a dishwasher and getting it installed turned out to be a massive headache. After calling and price checking three other comapnies, I went with NW Plumbing. The female dispatcher who scheduled me was very personable and kind. My plumber, Zach, was knowledgable, professional and completed the job very efficiently. My old dishwasher was difficult to get out but Zach was able to problem solve getting the old one out and the new one in. He even hauled away all of the trash the delivery company just dumped on my porch. I very highly recommend this company!

We had an excellent 5 star experience with William Fletty from Cascade Northwest. William was extremely professional from start to finish. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, and got the job done efficiently without wasting any time.
He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything to us in a clear, easy-to-understand way. On top of that, he was very polite and genuinely went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.
Overall, William truly made the entire experience delightful. Because of the level of service he provided, we would absolutely use Cascade Northwest again and highly recommend both William and the company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Zach Mattson from Cascade Northwest Plumbing has just made my day! My kitchen faucet stopped giving any hot water and the water pressure was pretty low.
The first technician assigned by my warranty company (not from Cascade NW Plumbing) and scheduled a week out showed up hours outside the assigned appt. window and spent two hours taking the faucet apart. His diagnosis to my warranty company was that there were no mechanical issues with the faucet, just low pressure. He left me with a ‘there’s nothing more for him to do’ and a wobbly faucet on top of it that I couldn’t use at all for fear of leakages.
After asking my warranty company for a second opinion (go figure), the wonderful and friendly Jennifer from Cascade NW Plumbing was able to schedule me with Zach in just two days after.
Zach was very professional, very friendly, and very skilled. He immediately understood and explained the problem to me. Because of buildup/clogging inside the faucet body (which could not be easily fixed), the water pressure was low and therefore my on-demand hot water heater would not sense the request for hot water. I was quite relieved because I was worried the issue may be a water supply line or the hot water heater itself. Zach talked to my warranty company and instantly got me approved for service coverage. He quickly sourced a very similar faucet, drove to that location, came back and properly installed it, all within a couple of hours and to my satisfaction. He even gave me a recommendation for my hot water heater to keep in mind. Wow! Great customer service and overall experience from Cascade NW Plumbing!
