We own an Adult care home in Gresham OR .In 2021 we where required to install a Fire sprinkle system. I contacted at least 6 companies that had word FIRE in their Logo for an estimate some didn't show up some said they do only new construction our house is considered RETRO because it's finished ...Somebody recommend RPI I wasn't sure because the word Fire is not in their Logo 😀 but I called them anyway because we where running out of time All the good stuff started to happen ....Frank was on time ,gave us a reasonable price and put us on schedule....All the questions I had would contacted Maggie at the office..When time came Ryan and his team did a wery good job, they are PRO (I am a General Contractor I build houses and can tell when people are PRO or not) ...in couple days Ryan the owner called the inspector and passed,,Thank to everyone of you guys who worked at this project and didn't mention your name..
I definitely recommend to anyone and come back for more business...despise that that in their Logo doesn't say FIRE..😃....

Their drivers are scary. One of their vans was tailgating me on the freeway then passed me and cutt me off, almost hitting my front bumper. Van 13 going north on i5 around 4:30. I hope you don’t harm anyone while you’re going 90 mph on a 70mph freeway. If the company reads this, I have the license plate if you actually want to have safe drivers.

Austin arrived on time. It took a bit to figure out the problem, but he was very knowledgable and the problem was then quickly fixed. Will call again if we have other pluming issues. Nice to work with.

We placed a call with RPI Plumbing and Ogdon was quick to respond the same day as our call and had our hot water heater replaced in short order. He even placed a follow up call a few days later to check and make sure every thing was working as it should. Great service. We would use them again if their was a plumbing issue (which of course we hope there is not).

On a 12 yr old house, needed RPI to resolve a corrosion situation with the fire-sprinkler system they had installed combined with the fire-alarm sensor which detects water flow resulting from a fire in a house. The tech was very thorough, meticulous in his work diagnosing the cause, answering questions about the proposed work, and then getting the system back to fully functioning. Tech was also very concientous.
I hope I don't need them again, but if I do I will give them a call!
