Summit Plumbing replaced the water pipes in my home and replaced my water heater.
The technicians were efficient at their Job. The job was completed in the timeframe they gave to me. They answered all my questions. They were always very polite. They came on time each day and left on time each evening. They cleaned up their work areas and did not leave a mess for me to take care of

Bob was very helpful and confident with the plumbing pickle I had gotten into. It was the end of the day on a Friday and he was able to stop by on the way home to get my shower back on line. Three of us work tomorrow and needed that shower in working condition. I'm sure he wanted to get home to his family but was pleasant to talk to and explained everything he was doing. Thanks Summit for the professionalism and guarantee in work you provided to my family today. Summit will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

I called Summit out for a second opinion and they helped show me what was going on and why I didn’t need to repipe the entire house. I’m so grateful for their attention to detail and excellent work. They uncovered our water main, provided easier access, installed a PRV, installed an expansion tank, and walked me through how it all works. I feel very confident in the work they did. Their quote was a little higher than the other company, but everything was broken down clearly on the invoice, and I’m more than happy to support a local business that tells me what actually needs fixing. I’d call them again without hesitation.

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company, ever. Our technician was very thorough. We had a laundry list of items as we are moving into this home soon and it needed things fixed plumbing-wise. He was able to get everything done in just a few hours, and was very organized. A self-repair turned into a nightmare, but with a call to Summit Plumbing, I had everything fixed by Andrew in an hour, including crawling in the crawl space. Very happy with the service and price.

Worker showed up an hour late. After shutting off the water to the house and removing piping he realized he didn't have the parts to do the job even though he spec'd out the job a week earlier. Took another hour for him to go get parts. I asked him to please clean up the piping installation from the last guy(level, plumb etc) but his piping installation was very sloppy also.

Arrived quickly to help us identify a leak, was very helpful in working with us to sort that out and recommended a contractor for us. Pricing was very fair, would definitely use their services again!

Lifetime best plumbing service. Fixed hose bib leak into garage wall. Quickest turnaround time for appointment; called at 5 pm, got service 8 am the very next day. Bob, one of the owners, who is a highly experienced, elite plumber promptly repaired the issue within 1 hour. He also provided additional knowledge on plumbing features in my home, so it was a learning experience as well. I loved that the repair occurred at the initial service call. There was no wasted time. Got same day resolution. The price was reasonable and fair. The workmanship was flawless. Bob was personable, trustworthy, and competent. I will use Summit Plumbing in the future with any additional plumbing needs.

Original nat gas water heater was 22 yrs old. A.O. Smith model, so wasn't putting anything less in its place. I did my due diligence checking ALL listings, reviews, BBB, etc, shopping for preferred plumbers. Measured the big box options and their contractors. Found out we could do it for less with some local plumber's. Tyler from Summit Plumbing accessed tight fit with immediate needs, and our selected replacements (12 year Rheem) Quote was even a hair under our next choice and he'd even be done in a few hours. Fully functional and neatly completed in a few hours. Will use again in a heartbeat.

We have had Summit Plumbing multiple times and they always do a good job. They tell us what to expect and give us the cost estimate. They go beyond the basic job and make sure everything is working right and cleaned up.

A pipe leak is so frustrating, having to go without water until it’s fixed! Summit was so quick to respond and handled the problem fast. This is not our first experience with them, and it’s always a great experience even though we’re dealing with an unfortunate problem. I highly recommend them!

I cant say enough about Bob and his team at Summit Plumbing. When I call Summit with an emergency, Rhonda finds me a spot in their schedule even if they are swamped she makes it work. Then when Bob or Justin come out they are very professional, super helpful, and more knowledgeable than any other plumbing company we have worked with in the past. It really helps that they are local and they are familiar with what type of plumbing issues they are going to experience based on the neighborhood they are working in. I had Bob out because i was having issues with my hydronic heating system in my home and since they had replaced my water heater 10 months previous I figured we should start there. The system runs off of hot water and because of the age and the fact that the technology was sort of a flop no one in the HVAC business in our area would touch it. Although Bob didn't know a ton about the system he was able to test the plumbing and rule out the plumbing as the problem. Even after ruling out the plumbing he stayed with me to help troubleshoot the heating system and was on the phone with professionals from other companies that deal with these sorts of issues for hours trying to help me get it working. Eventually it was deemed that the heating system was shot and needed to be replaced but even after working with me for 2 days on it he didn't charge me a dime. I cant tell you how much i appreciated him for that. It's people like Bob, Justin, and Rhonda that will make Summit my plumber for life. By the way the water heater they sold me was better quality and $1500 less than any other plumber that gave me a quote.
