Shawn is awesome! He is efficient and quick and polite and does such a good job. I had an emergency call once and he came out the same day! He is a busy guy but he will try to fit you in and definitely takes care of the issue. And in my experience the prices are reasonable.

We have used Streamline not only for our home but also my mother-in-law's home as well.

Working with Sean has been great these last couple visits and I love how transparent and fast he is with the services.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had, Came to my house way before my appointment even when he called and said he had a cancellation. He was told no. He decided to come early anyway, then we were told he didn’t have the correct tool to do the job. Told us he couldn’t figure out why we didn’t have water to our toilets, charged us anyway and left. Over charged by a mile, for uncompleted work. Botched the whole job. And complained! Absolutely horrible experience.

I had vetted 6 different plumbing services for my hot water replacement prior to hiring Streamline Plumbing and couldn't have been happier. Shawn really took the time to diagnose my issue and recommend a good solution based on where the water heater was located. He was also kind enough to take a look at a couple other plumbing related issues/questions I had around my home and give advice that had nothing to do with the job I was hiring him for. His workmanship quality was very high and I feel I definitely made the right call in choosing him rather than some of the larger outfits that also came by to give quotes. If you are in need of any plumbing services, make sure you give Shawn a call first to honestly assess your problem and give a reasonable quote.

Shawn has done several jobs for us over the years. Installed pipes for new bath and shower, new toilet, replaced pipes that were leaking in a wall and installed a water filter system in our kitchen. He is always prompt and has done great work.

Shawn takes pride in his work and is an expert at his craft. He works fast and makes sure the job is done right.

Shawn was great. He installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. Next day we had accidentally broke a water valve under the sink and he came out and fixed that also. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend.

Shawn has helped us out with a few different things and has proven himself to be quicker, more reliable, and more cost-effective than any other plumber we've found in the area. Highly recommended.

I went to replace a toilet and the original 1950's cast iron flange was rusted out on one side, far beyond my comfort level to fix. Called Streamline and got an opinion on what might have to be done and a best case scenario. Booked an appt and he replaced the flange with only the necessary work and dint try to up sell me. Honest guy who does good work. Highly recommend!

Shawn is amazing! He came to our attention as highly recommended by several of our neighbors. His prices are reasonable by comparison to other plumbers we took quotes from, however the value of having him do your plumbing is that he also goes above and beyond what he typically quotes with EXTREMELY GOOD QUALITY PROFESSIONAL WORK AND FINISH!

He installed our whole home water softening and purification system. We are going to bring him back again to install new toilets and upgrade the plumbing lines in our home.

From what I can tell, he is clearly in high demand as his schedule is tight, but he does an excellent job accommodating his customers as timely as possible.

Five stars are not enough. Like the drywall contractor who referred him, it's almost worth having a plumbing problem for the privilege of working with Sean. I called on Monday and even though it was not an emergency he worked us into his schedule the next day. He called before arriving, was 15 minutes early, prepared, talented, fast, fairly priced and fun to work with. He did the job we requested plus more. If you want a good plumber, this is the firm.

Shawn is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber! He was very efficient at removing my instant hot and replacing it with a water filter. In the process Shawn found several other problems under my sink and fixed those too! He also installed a new toilet and repaired and reset a second one. All this took him just under 2 hours! Shawn also communicated exactly what he was doing each step of the way. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

Shawn helped when our kitchen sink started to back up. He was very professional, clean and thorough with his work. Checked it and went the extra mile to verify it worked perfect. His pricing was great for everything he did for us.

I wanted to replace the bathtub spout, shower on-off handle and shower head and I called 2 local companies before Shawn. 2 companies quoted around $1500 to replace the copper pipe for the spout because I damaged the pipe when I removed the old spout. They both wanted to drill the hole in the back to access the valve and close the hole with plastic panels. I am so glad I found Shawn and I will call him back for any other issues. His price was very reasonable and got it done in 45 minutes without any holes on the wall. I highly recommend Shawn.

I came home around 6 PM to a nightmare—water seeping up through the grooves of my wood floors in the kitchen. At first I thought it was the dishwasher not draining, but it turned out to be a broken pipe underneath the kitchen sink cabinet.

I called Roto Pro Plumbing, and they immediately walked me through shutting off the water to prevent further damage. Their response time was incredible—a technician arrived within an hour.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, cut out a 9x10 section of the cabinet base to access the pipe, and replaced the damaged part efficiently. Everything was handled professionally and with urgency, which I truly appreciated given the situation.

What stood out even more was the extra guidance—he recommended installing a metal access door for future access, which we’ve already found and plan to install.
