My garbage disposal stopped working, and I called P1 Plumbing because they had the highest rating. They found food debris jammed in the disposal. They tried without success to free the disposal, so they replaced it with my permission. They were kind and courteous throughout, and I now have a new disposal that works perfectly. I was completely satisfied with their service in every way.

Hired them based on their strong reviews, and they lived up to it. Professional, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I would call them again without hesitation for future plumbing needs.

Yrui and Mark are so awesome, they are so professional, wonderful personalities, their work is real awesome. They explained what needed to be done gave me a price before they started, did the work, and when done had everything cleaned up and in place. I have had them come for Pluming repairs several times to fix what someone else messed up, and will only use them in the future. They will be my life time plumbers. We recently found that we had issues with our water systems in the crawl space. We were in a bad situation and called P1 Plumbing and drain. They immediately responded and came to our home to address the issues. Yuriy led the charge and solved our issues quickly. The cost for the work was fair. Yuriy even fixed our toilet from running. It is a great company and everyone should use them.

Yurity and Mark did a great job fixing and installing a new tankless water heater. They explained what they were going to do, what they found, and they cleaned up after their work. I recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. Thank you!

We had an emergency broken hot water pipe on a Saturday evening and it could have been disastrous. But Erik from White Oak Plumbing came over as soon as we called! He helped us get the water main turned off and explained his plan to fix the broken pipe. He was very thorough and talked us through everything he was doing. He also checked to make sure water hadn’t gotten under the floor. He was a real lifesaver and provided quality work for a very reasonable price. I will recommend White Oak Plumbing to anyone looking for a great plumber! 10/10

I called up Eric after a contractor had hit our water line. The city had reconnected the water line but when they flushed the line there was debris in it. Our outside spigot and 2 toilets didn't work because of the debris. At this point we'd been without water all day. I called Eric at 3 and he was able to get to our place by 4 and everything was fixed by 5:30! I was so impressed by him! He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely call him again.

OMGOODNESS- I’m so glad my neighbor talked up White Oak Plumbing to me! Major kitchen-sink leak was stressing me out- water literally coming out the back of my house. I called Eric and he was at my house same-day.
He described what he would need to do before he got started. When he found it, he showed me the leak, (and was actually pretty animated about it) and discussed my options. Eric did an excellent Job showing up promptly on an early Sunday morning to address a backed up sewer line which had flooded into our basement bathroom and washing room. It was my worst nightmare but Eric diagnosed and resolved the issue like a true pro and gave great advice on how we can mitigate root growth into the pipes in the future. He also sewer scooped to pinpoint exactly where the problem pipes were and how bad the problem was. Eric is a true professional and I can’t recommend him and white oak plumbing enough!!!

The team did an amazing job at replacing our spigot and bringing the connection up to code. They were available at the last minute and did a thorough job. Appreciate the quick response and complete process.

Rick came out right away and installed a new water heater the same day. He installed the water heater way better than the previous person. He is trustworthy and affordable. I would highly recommend Rick!
