On a Sunday in December, we discovered a leak under our sink! Eric was prompt, professional and timely! Issue RESOLVED! We highly recommend his services!

Both my mom and I had hot water tank issues. I was referred by Brian Combs my realtor. We contacted Eric and he was quick to respond. He came out fixed and repaired my mom's hot water tank. Then I had him come check out my hot water tank making horrible noises. He let me know your tank should be drained yearly. I had no idea. So I was going to schedule an appointment, well while he was here he was able to service my tank on the spot. I would highly recommend Eric very respectful and made sure I understand what he was doing. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. :)

Had a leak in the shut off valve for a toilet that was going to be replaced. Eric was easy to contact. Deceided to have Eric install two toilets that we had purchased before hand. He is very professional and a very nice person. Very happy with his work and will call him for any plumbing needs.

We called them late at night because of a clog which caused our basement to begin to flood. They came over within an hour! The tech was so kind and professional and fixed our clog quickly. We will most definitely call them again for any future issues or needs.

Eric was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was without issues. We had a water heater replaced and upon completion he noticed a gas leak smell and ran multiple tests until he located and was able to fix it (on a part of the line from previous installation). Our property manager dealt with payment but I do know that Eric did extra time, work, and parts that others likely wouldn’t have and didn’t intend on billing for all the extra stuff!! He’s a real stand up guy and businessman. It’s rare to find them like this anymore. 10/10 recommend.

Wow, Eric of White Oak Plumbing was courteous, professional, and his pricing was very competitive. He replaced a backyard hose spigot and a water heater overflow - both were leaking and dripping a lot due to age. I appreciate him standing behind his work with a 1-year warranty.

Eric, the owner, is friendly, informative, and professional. He worked doggedly in our yard to get our natural gas plumbed. We have large boulders in our ground, and he got the pipes laid. He was reasonably priced, and I would 100% use him again.

Eric was sent to us by Dry Time Restoration to fix the leak in our pipe. He fixed the problem and everything is working as it’s supposed to. We are so happy with him doing his job. Came back from vacation to find the water heater was not working as pilot light had gone out. Tried relighting and it wouldn't work, got an error message that seemed to indicate bigger problems. I called Eric of White Oak Plumbing in the morning, left a message and got a super quick call back. He asked me a few questions. He then walked me through resetting the pilot light and it worked! Saving me time and money, both of which I greatly appreciate. I will be calling White Oak Plumbing for future issues!

Eric came out within an hour or so after calling him on a Friday morning for a plumbing job in my bathroom. The work was very fast and affordable. Eric is a great guy and he will be doing another job for me this summer. I highly recommend White Oak for all your plumbing needs.

I had an emergency plumbing situation. After calling 3 different places, I called White Oak plumbing, and Eric picked up the phone, asked for the details and showed up 15 min later. He was very kind, professional and knew what he was doing. He temporarily fixed my problem and suggested the permanent solution for a scheduled visit. He communicated and was quite expedient in his work. I will be calling again for my permanent recommendation in the very near future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Eric does very good work, I believe, but that is tempered by extremely high rates. Be ready to pay a lot for good work. I’ve used him twice. Last time was equal to $350/hr for labor and service call, $449 just to come out.

Eric was friendly and very helpful. When he realized that I needed a non-standard sized part, he did the legwork to find the one I needed and install it quickly the same day. He was a great contractor to work with!

I called Eric for a water heater repair at my daughters house and he told me he could make it out that same day but it might not be till 6 PM. I told him that was great. He called at 5:15 and said he was on his way. When he got here he told me and showed me there were some rusted galvanized pipes causing the leak. He assessed the situation and went to his truck and came back and told us it was our lucky day because he had everything on the truck he needed for the repair. He drained the water heater and did all the repairs and had it up and running in less than 2 hours. My daughter will be using Eric for all her plumbing needs in the future
