We had a leaky tub upstairs and water coming through our ceiling. Mike arrived first thing in the morning, fixed the tub drain with better parts, and replaced some other old pipes between the ceiling and the floor. We'll sleep better knowing it's all up to date! This guy knows his stuff and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Great work and fast!

Mike came to our home and replace the part in the toilet tank, along with replacing parts in the shower. He was professional on arriving, he identified myself and was appropriately dress with protective footwear. He was knowledgeable about his profession. I can’t say enough nice things about Mike. He was right on time and took the time to help us get acquainted with our new house and its plumbing. We asked him a myriad of questions and, while he could have told us he needed to fix all of our issues, he instead gave us great advice as to what we could do ourselves, what could wait, and what other options we had. Mike is now the first and only plumber I will call.

I needed prompt help with a clogged drain, and Mike was so responsive and accommodating! He was thorough in clearing the drain and then testing it to confirm it was taken care of. He cleaned up the area around the sink very well.

Mike was great, he showed up right when he said he would, which was within a few hours of calling him. He even adjusted his bid down when we realized that the existing plumbing inside my wall was not going to work with the original repair plan we had intended. His truck is stocked to work with everything from high end professional plumbing to rushed amateur outdated Home Depot supplies. I prefer to do things myself but it’s definitely worth it to call Mike for the amount of time and effort I saved.

I highly recommend Mike with Park Place Plumbing. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly while replacing the old galvanized pipes in my home and installing a new water heater. He was patient during the scoping process as we determined the best placement and style of the new water heater, and we’ve been very happy with all of the results!

Very prompt and honest. When issues arose they walked me through my options and made sure I understood. They got the job done in the time frame dispute coming across issues. They also fixed additional issues without being asked or charged (my bathroom sink was broken and now it works!) I cannot recommend them enough. I will be rehiring for all future work! We have used Mike literally like 10 times (because we own multiple houses) over four years. He is our go to person and awesome. He can be hard to schedule, is a one man show, but an expert and looking out for the customer at every turn. He is alway responsive and on time. He also charges resonabily.
