Jake did a great job helping to fix our sink. He answered all my questions and we appreciated the quick service.

They quickly addressed replacing a water heater and the remediation that followed. Even though the project kept growing they stayed on top of it. Kyle was great in making sure we knew what was going on and that the job was done right.

Jad did a great job repairing an emergency leak that happened in a very hard-to-access part of my house. He was polite, efficient, and gave an accurate cost estimate before beginning the repair work.

5 stars! Our experience with Kyle Conaway was excellent. He was professional, personable, thorough, and meticulous with his explanations of our drain issues. What could have been a major headache right at the holidays was a crisis averted thanks to Kyle.

Paisiy was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very polite and a delight to have in our home. He diagnosed our problem and executed the solution in a timely manner. If we have plumbing issues in the future, he will be the first person I call!

Incredibly fast turn around on our appointment. Thanks a lot, nothing is worse than a drain issue and you guys resolved it super quick. It was a clog more than 25 ft down the line so I wouldn’t have been able to clear it on my own.

The washing machine drainage pipe was backed up and overflowed. Kyle from Roto-Rooter was there within an hour (I did not ask for emergency service!). He listened well to what had happened and my attempts to clear the problem. Kyle, along with his "favorite machine" cleared the clog which was approximately sixty feet down the pipe. Kyle is personable, friendly and professional; a great combination for a service professional.

Jacob Bowe came to replace a toilet in our home. He arrived within 40 minutes of my initial call! I thought I would have to wait a few weeks to be scheduled. He was happy to have my 7 year old son watch the whole process and explained which parts he was connecting together. The fill valve on the new toilet was broken so thankfully he had an extra one in his vehicle. I’m so grateful for the fast and friendly service and his willingness to show my son how to install a toilet. Thank you, Jacob!

Jake was very professional with his delivery and work ethic. He was able to articulate what he was doing in an understandable way. This hard working young man should be given top priority if he ever wants to enter the apprenticeship, plumbing program.

Jacob Bowe serviced one of my bathrooms today and exceeded all expectations: he was on time, polite and professional, informed me of the work to be done and gave me an honest and accurate estimate for the repair. No one enjoys calling for plumbing repairs but this experience changed my mind about how efficient and affordable the process can be - highly recommend roto rooter and technician Jacob.

Zero stars actually. Requested emergency service. They gave me a 2hr window from 8:10-10:10pm to unclog a toilet. Texted to say they would be a bit later than window. No problem. Called at end of window that tech would like to reschedule for tomorrow. This was urgent because my mother in law has mobility issues and cannot access upstairs bathrooms. It cannot wait given she has Alzheimer’s and dementia and goes constantly. After explaining this, dispatcher said they would like to reschedule because they would be delayed while on another call. I said delayed is ok. I can wait longer at which point she said they would not be available. So, here I am writing an honest review for bad service.

Jacob Bowe did a fantastic job of showing me what was wrong with my garbage disposal and even gave me a repair tip for the future. I appreciate his awesome service.

Matt was excellent! He explained everything he was doing and showed us the camera as he went down the pipe. I felt like he was very thorough and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions no matter how basic they might have seemed.

Jake of Roto-Rooter was so capable and took care of my clogged kitchen sink very efficiently. He conscientiously put a rug down in front of the sink and went right to work and gave me good advice about maintaining my drains. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing care but if I do I will contact Jake.
The only thing I found surprising was the price which was $350 for running a snake through the drain.
It's been a while since I've had that done and I know everything costs more now but I did think that was excessive. Otherwise the service was top notch and definitely 5 star.

Matthew Shaw discovered a clean out that no one else had ever been able to find before thereby saving me a lot of money in the future by not having to have one installed and not having to pull a toilet to clear a clog. Both he and Jordan Wing were timely, fast and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My family and I were having issues with our main drain. Jacob was able to make it out within a couple hrs.
He was very professional and got straight to the inspection.
He pin pointed the issue and asked if I wanted to follow through with the repairs. I gladly accepted. Our issues in our home were resolved. Thanks Jacob!

He dud excellent help install new one for my kitchen and through outside so i can connect water hose.

Both gentlemen that came out were incredibly incredibly helpful. Not just that they fixed my drain but they crawled under my house to look if I had a leak. That was not why they came out. They went Way beyond what they had to do professionally and helped me out personally. I greatly appreciate them

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Chris came out on the weekend to help us figure out an issue with an outdoor pipe, and he provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the situation before leaving. Roto-Rooter team was responsive, quick, and thorough. Jake, the tech, walked me through the whole process and was very communicative. We had Matthew as the scope tech and he was super helpful, and provided a lot of education for us as homeowners. They have a promotion/food drive right now and I appreciated that.
