Kenny Heflin, from Simpson Plumbing, came out today, August 5, 2025, to give me an estimate on a long list of plumbing repairs that we’ve been putting off for far too long. Kenny was well within the window of the ETA for our appointment and called when he was 15 minutes away. He was very personable, and with 20 years experience as a plumber, extremely knowledgeable. But what I appreciated most was his patience. I’m 80 and I sometimes need things explained to me more than once. He was more than willing to do that, and didn’t write up his estimate until we were both confident that I understood what his plan was going forward.
Not only that, but he had a detailed $ estimate written up within a half hour after his inspection. His estimate explained everything we’d previously discussed including $ estimates of possible options on specific repairs. I was quite impressed!

Emergency repair. Kenny Heflin and his assistant were on time, professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommend the team at Simpson Plumbing. As others have mentioned, they’re not necessarily the lowest cost, but they are responsive, have needed parts onboard, and make scheduling a breeze.

Kenny and his coworker did a great job in a difficult situation. The office person was extremely helpful in getting the crew here in a timely fashion. Everyone was very thorough in explaining what was happening and what would be required. Very capable and professional!

Drew did an outstanding job inspecting my plumbing system. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all my questions. Along with the rest of the staff at Simpson Plumbing, a customer can always expect quality work and I highly recommend Drew and the rest of the people there.

Our re-pipe was scheduled for today. Adam and his team showed up ready to go and started prepping. I've had multiple repairs on this home, since we bought it in 1996. Two of the repairs had been QEST lines that had burst. All the plumbers that I talked to about this project thought the whole house was done in QEST and stubbed out in copper for faucets, etc. Adam discovered that basically the entire house is in copper, and that QEST was only used in one small section of the house. The fact that he pointed this out and didn't just re-pipe it anyway, which a dishonest company would have done... is awesome. Business the way it should be done. We're revising our plan and making quite a few upgrades to what is in the house now, adding a Moen FLO system, hot water dispenser, 1/4 turn valves, hammer arresters, etc. Very impressed with the honesty. They have a customer for life now.

Thankfully our restoration company recommended Simpson to us - staff are all amazing, caring, professionals & our plumber Drew is top notch - Denise got us in very last minute in an extremely tight schedule & Drew, after fixing the pipe & getting our water back on, took time to inspect for other issues discovering a very serious one saving us a huge potential headache - They have so many awards for a reason - don't chance trying to go anywhere else! Glad to have a team we can finally fully trust - Thank you Simpson!

Update - we've used Simpson several times since - staff is always wonderful & we sure love our favorite Drew! He is extremely knowledgeable & professional

Matt Southard did an outstanding job. He replaced a faulty valve and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was very polite and engaged in conversation. He was also very quick.

Do not use Simpson Plumbing! This is not a reflection on the techs, who were really nice. But before they lifted a finger to start work, I had to agree to a charge of $770 for the first hour, and then $187 every 15 minutes if it goes over. It would have been cheaper to hire a lawyer to come work. And since they couldn’t fix the problem, the lawyer would have gotten the same result. I called RJ Plumbing, he came the next day, 45 minutes later the problem was solved. Save yourself time and a bunch of money and do not hire Simpson

Kenny and Nhat were professional and informative both when they came last week to look at what we needed and left an estimate and today when they did the work. They contacted me when they were 20 minutes out and arrived on time. They were efficient in their work habits and left everything neat and clean when they left. We are very happy with the Simpson membership and have and will continue to recommend Simpson to our friends. Kenny and Nhat are welcome anytime.

We recently hired Simpson Plumbing to do 2 different projects. After my husband broke his femur, we hired Simpson’s to install 2 shower grab bars in our tile walk-in shower. Thanks to the excellent work by Kevin and Scott, my husband now takes a shower without any fear of falling.

Next, we called Simpson’s to repair our toilet handle. We could barely flush, since it wasn’t functioning properly. Kenny Heflin came and showed us a number of issues with the inside of our toilet. He gave us a quote to repair everything. He noticed that my 6’2” husband had a broken leg. He said, he could install a new American Standard toilet that is 2” higher than what we currently have. This would make it more comfortable for my husband. He didn’t pressure us regarding our decision whether to repair or to purchase a new toilet. After asking a bunch of questions, which Kenny answered to our satisfaction, we opted for the new and higher toilet.

I’m pleased with all the work performed by the Simpson’s teams. They are very knowledgeable and extremely professional.

We had the pleasure of working with Donald and Kristina for our repipe, drain line adjustments, and new water heater installation project. We looked into a few options and are grateful that Simpson plumbing accepted and once started was able to complete our project in just a few days! They went above and beyond to assure that our questions were answered and that we understood the extent of the scope of work required to address the issues we were facing related to our galvanized pipes. (brown water, poor pressure, etc.) It is rare to find exceptional customer service in this world and Simpson Plumbing delivers! They have a customer for life here and it is my hope that anyone facing a plumbing issue gives these folks a call first for open and honest communication from the experts at Simpson Plumbing! Andrew is excellent to work with. He is good at explaining the findings and what needs to be done. He is very skilled and makes sure the work is well done. He left the area clean and was careful to not damage anything. If I need a plumber in the future l will call him!

Excellent service. I had several issues and questions. Adam took the time to investigate each issue and question I had. He then explained the “fix” for each and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with his visit and service.

Adam was amazing with our water heater installation today! He was incredibly considerate of our home, put a lot of thought into how he routed water lines to make it all look and function in the cleanest way possible, and worked efficiently to get it done in a timely manner.
