Best experience I have ever had with a plumber!!! Brandon was awesome and treated us so good we signed up for the service plan. As it turns out, a month later a big problem surfaced and Brandon was there the next day. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brandon. Service Pro has a new loyal customer and I look forward to working with you in the future. Best Plumber ever!!!

Jake was absolutely fantastic! Mack is great/ fantastic as well. Can’t say enough good things about the people and this company! Use them and you can’t go wrong!

We lost all water pressure to our house and spoke to a couple company’s. I was about to leave town for work that day and Service Pro was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday, so my wife could hopefully get the water back on for her and our kids. They told us our pressure reducer at the street had failed and would be $1,600 to $2,000 to fix, price difference being work that Saturday or waiting until Monday.

I asked them about my pressure reducer under our house (Whole house re-piped in 2020 and another reducer was installed in my crawlspace) Tyler said we did not have a pressure reducer valve in our crawl space. I tried to tell Tyler where it was but he claimed that we did not have one.

Me and my wife figured since it would be this expensive might as well ask about replacing the mainline since that was the only thing left we hadn’t replaced. I thought the price was fair ($6,700) and the warranty they told my wife was great. They said the mainline would be under warranty for as long as we lived in the home. I told my wife to go ahead and book the appointment as we both felt comfortable with that reassurance.

We booked for Monday Jan 19th. While outside with Tyler, he reiterated it was a good thing we were sleeving as it makes it easier if they have to come back out for any repairs. He stated again at this time we would not have to worry about the mainline for as long as we owned the home. We are huge on warranties, we always go with companies that have great warranties for the peace of mind later on. We have picked all of our contractors in the past with that heavily being the deciding factor. From our roof, gutters, porch, AC, etc.

About 3/4 of the way through work they claimed they found the pressure reducer valve I told them about in my crawl space, in the area I was saying it was supposed to be. I was a little irritated by that as all of this work didn’t really need to be done right away. All that really needed to be done was taking out the faulty pressure reducing valve at the street, straight piping that, and calling it a day. They could have had the water back on that Saturday if he would have checked again in the inspection we paid $150 for… by this point, we were too far past that.

After work was completed, we paid them in full, and were told that our warranty would come later from the office. THIS IS THE WORST PART. I get an invoice and it says we have a 1 year warranty. It also states farther “unless otherwise noted” so I don’t think too much of it because he said the warranty would come separate. I gave it a couple days and then called the office and they said the warranty information should be on the invoice. I told them what I was told and that a 1 year warranty is not what we agreed upon. They said Tyler would reach out to clear things up. I spoke to Tyler once and he resent me the same Invoice. I tried to call him right after he resent the same invoice but he did not answer. We’ve spoke to the office and the president of the company (Travis Kaski) who both said this will all be cleared up. Nothing has been cleared up for us and nobody has sent us the warranty that was agreed upon before work was started. It feels like we got worked over and lied to at this point.

At this point, I will not give them my business again and will recommend people to stay away from them. We did not expect this type of business or behavior from the reputation we read and I strongly encourage everyone to reach out to other companies if they have any sort of plumbing issue. Not only did we not need to do this work right away since WE DID have the second pressure reducer, they are not even guaranteeing their work or products for more than 1 year even though that was stated in two separate occasions to my wife and I. If you do use them, get everything in writing before work is started and don’t trust initial conversations at inspection.

Edit: Mac from customer service called and they are honoring the discussed warranty. Upgrading to 3 stars.

Got an appointment right away. Jake showed up right on time this morning to check out the crack in a bathroom sink. He was able to find the replacement sink a big plus! We talked about other situations, he recommended Flo by Moen system water shut off if there's a leak (we already familiar with that system and the benefit of having one installed). He also mentioned going through the house and "working" all the shut-off valves annually. Then he discussed their annual maintenance program and the money saving features which are part of it. Another idea that sounded pretty good to us! He was very professional and very comfortable to have doing work in our house (which will be a 2-day job with the couple projects). Very customer/service oriented and professional.

Called on a Sunday, got an appointment for the next day. Jake came out and assessed the situation with my old hot water heater, water lines and pressure valve. After walking me through my options I agreed with his suggestions for replacing all three items. He gave me a reasonable quote and went to work. 5.5 hours later I was all set up with new equipment and a follow-up appointment in a few days! He was very kind, answered all of my questions and professional. I highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing.

I called Thursday and Friday Jake showed up and we walked through the house and I showed him my issues that I was aware of. He gave me a quote for the service I needed and I thought it was fair. So he got right to work. During the work he found My water heater was leaking and we discussed it and he gave me a quote and I had him fix this too. Prices were very reasonable and Jake was a pleasure to meet and work with. I definitely would call them again.

Service Pro plumbing was prompt and attentive to our plumbing problem. They were professional, clean, and considerate. Their plumber carefully and thoroughly assessed our issue and provided us with helpful information going forward. I highly recommend Service Pro!

Had Service Pro Plumbing address my clogged kitchen sink drain. The coordinator was able to fit me in schedule for the same day appt. Tyler, Jake and Andre did an excellent job with great attention to details. They listened to my concerns, created and discussed the action plan with me.Pre/post inspection with camera, pipe descaling and hydrojetting. Friendly service. Earned my respect and I highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing for your next plumbing service, upgrade or repair. And, they have very reasonable prices.

Our first experience with Service Pro was in 10/13/24, when our garbage disposal fell off and we couldn’t use our sink. Jake came out and fixed it immediately. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He was awesome!
Because we had such a great experience with Jake, on 12/17/24 we needed some plumbing redone for our new fridge so we called Service Pro. Tyler Williams came out and did another fantastic job. Tyler checked out our situation and then gave us options to choose from with complete price breakdowns and all. No “surprise” extra charge. Another excellent service from you guys! Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! We had our water heater replaced in July, and when it started acting up, they came out the same day I called. From the moment I spoke with dispatch (who are always so friendly and communicative) to when Jake showed up, I truly felt like a priority. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, he even let us add on a couple of extra repairs we’d been putting off and took care of everything without needing to reschedule. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only skilled but also honest and truly values their customers. I really appreciate how they stand by their work and make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!

Bought my first house and within weeks was hit with a major kitchen sink clog. Went online and tried the DYI suggestions (including buying an auger and snaking the drain myself) but it became apparent I needed a professional.

Zach was a pro. Not only did he make short work of clearing the clog, he also shared a ton of helpful tips and info about the plumbing system of the house in general. No problems since, and I now have a plumbing service I’ll be going back to if ever the need arises.

Jacob Obrien was our technician and he was amazing. So quick, professional, and friendly. He throughly explained what needed to be repaired and even drove down to Portland and back to get the right parts for our unit. We're so glad he was able to make the morning of Christmas eve work so we wouldnt go without hot water. Honestly, this is our go-to plumbing company. We've never had a bad experience.

We needed to replace our water heater. From the free estimate to the finished product, I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Jake was the technician who handled everything from answering my questions to taking care of every detail of the installation. He was very pleasant and professional.

We needed several plumbing jobs done in a home we just bought. We have used Service Pro Plumbing before, and we were totally satisfied with their work.

They sent out Zack for our current job. Communications with Service Pro was great. Text were sent to us day before, and day of Zack’s arrival time.

Zack, and I talked About our projects and he produced an estimate on his tablet. We agreed on job, and price.

Zack was so informative on the process, and his install process. He went right to the task at hand, got the job done, cleaned up his mess, and gave me a tutorial on our water heater.

We had Zack install an ice box water line to our new refrigerator. Which went just as planned.

We have more projects in the future, and will use Service Pro, and Zack.

I liked Zack’s approach, and attitude. He was patient with me and my questions. I enjoyed our inter reaction.

Called Service Pro Plumbing after a referral from DryWorx water remediation. Ashley answered the phone and did a wonderful job explaining their services and setting me up for next morning appointment. Jacob O’Brien is the plumber who arrived and made immediate impression as a sincerely service-oriented tradesman and very capable plumber. He did an outstanding job taking care of us, cleaned up after, completed the work in good time, and even addressed another repair for me at my request. It was a great experience for my family and I highly recommend Jacob and this company.

They did a great job to get my main waterline fixed after hours. The high point: operator on the phone was efficient, technicien arrived within 45mins, they adapted to situation and found solution to all problem. Low points: none honestly.

Brandon Mayfield was an exceptional person who was very helpful in every way. He made it so there was no stress on my part. I highly recommend service pro plumbing and Brandon.
