Brandon & Andre were professional, focused and helpful. They were patient and explained the problem in detail. And I am getting excellent value for the cost. They also arrived on time and ready to work.

Jake was our service provider when we had continued concerns after a sewage back up that we didn't feel was resolved with the first plumbing company we dealt with. He was right on time (which we highly value!), knowledgeable and kind. Jake presented several options that he explained to us. We are confident our problems were fixed and we are very satisfied. If we ever have any future plumbing needs, we will call Service Pro again.

Zack came and was very knowledgeable with our pipes and gave us different quotes to find one that best fit our needs - did quick work and walked me through how everything worked when done

We had several questions about leaks we were experiencing in two sinks/faucets and we contacted Service Pro because of the high reviews. Zach and Brandon were the service techs who arrived to do the work and they were both outstanding young men with lots of personality and professionalism. They immediately diagnosed the problems and performed the repair without delay. My wife and I will use this company again if we have any plumbing issues and that is because, as stated before, the techs were excellent, the price was very reasonable and the problems were addressed with a good fix. We will pass the word to our neighbors that you can't miss with Service Pro Plumbing.

I initially had an unfortunate issue with this company. It dealt with poor communications on the part of the office personnel when setting up an appointment. The manager called me to resolve this issue and did so which was very kind given the situation. It certainly wasn't expected. It was handled in a very professional manner which says a lot about a company. Thank you for providing a great resolution to this initial problem.

Service Pro saved us! We had a surprise water leak the morning we were supposed to take a trip to visit family. Service Pro got Jake out in an hour and he did a fantastic job! He was quick, neat, and knowledgeable, and even gave us some helpful tips on what to look for in new hardware for another bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with his work and still got to go on our trip with confidence we wouldn’t return to a house full of water. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again for a long time, but if we do Service Pro will absolutely be the first place we call!

Jake would be our first choice for future plumbing issues.

He came out to install two faucets, shut off valves and a toilet in our remodeled bathroom. He arrived on time and installed the faucets and shut off valves. When he started to install the toilet which we had purchased, he discovered we had purchase a toilet with a 12 inch offset but the floor mount was a 10 inch offset. Jake contacted his office and had them revise his schedule and then followed me to Home Depot to pick up the correct toilet, brought it back and installed it.

Fantastic customer service by the office staff and Jake allowed us to complete the remodel on time.

I've scheduled Service Pro twice and have been very happy with both of those appointments. Fast and efficient, the techs were all courteous and professional, helpful in answering questions and the repairs are well done. I will continue to use them for plumbing needs for both the business and residential properties I help oversee.

Jacob was awesome! Professional, on time, answered all my questions, kept me informed, very knowledgeable, and did excellent work replacing numerous shut off valves. Even sprayed disinfectant and wiped under the counters when he was finished! Will for sure be calling Service Pro again for my plumbing needs.

I want to start by thanking the admin team for working around my schedule. When Jake arrived he was thoughtful on reviewing all potential contributing factors that could be causing my issues. When the issue was pinpointed he was meticulous in measuring twice and cutting once which saved a lot of headache as part of my issue was behind a bathroom cabinet. Jake did a great job.

Had hot water tank flush done today and home inspection of all plumbing systems. Technician Zach was timely and very thorough in completing the service and inspection. He explained things step by step as the inspection was being done.

Spur of the moment kitchen sink repair. Was very quick to come to my house. The technician was fast coming to Longview from Vancouver solved the drain issue very quickly. He was professional, and wasted no time with the repair. I give service pro. 5 stars for their over all performance. Very happy

What happened is listed below, however, after a conversation with Mack the manager, He completely refunded my money for the problem. He also explained that he is usually available for consultation by his plumbers, but he was on vacation. I give the guy credit for handling the problem.

Serviceman showed up with signs of catching a cold/flu. I had to ask him to wear a mask, which he did. Was supposed to solve a hot water problem in my shower, but his repairs brought no results. My hot water was almost completely gone after his repair. He said it would come back which it didn't. Had to hire another plumber who found a slow leak behind a wall, which he repaired and solved the problem. The first guy would have found it had he check the water connect to the water heater. Service Pro sent an inexperienced plumber and charged me $620.00 to replace parts that were not bad.

We just bought our first home and needed to call Service Pro Plumbing to investigate what we thought was a small leak. Unfortunately, the leak revealed a much bigger issue, our main drain line was completely out of code and unusable, meaning major plumbing work had to be done right away.

While it was definitely not the surprise we expected during our first week of homeownership, Brandon and the Service Pro team made us feel completely assured throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work gave us total confidence that the job was being done right.

We’re so glad we went with Service Pro Plumbing, now we have peace of mind knowing our home’s major plumbing systems are built to last and done to the highest standard. Highly recommend!
