Simpson Plumbing is the greatest. We have had them out a few times, and we won't call anyone else. Alex was sent to our rescue for a shower leak. Alex is great, kind, professional and explained every thing to us.

charged us $800 to install a touchless kitchen faucet. that seems crazy high to me....

We have had a few technicians come out and both have been great. Alex specifically has been top notch. He has been out to our house twice now and both experiences have been positive. They are more on the pricey side but nothing is hidden. They do not charge to show up and look at the project and you know exactly what you are paying which is really nice. Also they stand behind their work. Two years later we had a small leak in work they completed and they quickly came and fixed the leak at no charge. Would recommend. If you want to take the guess work out of plumbing look no further.

Showed up on time . Spent time going over everything in detail , answering all my questions.

Ken came to unclog our kitchen sink. Ken called 30 minutes prior to arrival and the actually showed up in that 30 minutes. While on site, Ken was extremely professional, honest, and fair. Took the time to explain options and set clear expectations. Once beginning work, continued until he was satisfied with the results.

Kenny and Ashton did awesome work. From estimate through the actual fixes, they understood the scope of the issues, communicated clearly, and had a great sense of humor. I also signed up for the membership, because I like knowing that Kenny has seen my plumbing and if I've got a problem, he's gonna come back and look at it without me having to re-explain everything! Highly recommended.

Great service in unblocking a clogged sewer drain. Kenny was here on time, explained all the options for solving the problem, and was diligent in accomplishing the repair. Absolutely recommend.

Called for an outside plumbing issue and while booking the non-urgent appointment, was told a technician could be at my home shortly. Within 10 minutes Kent arrived. He was very knowledgeable & professional, assessed the issue, and within an hour completed the repairs. Thank you.

Had an outside spigot with a leaking valve stem. Called Simpson plumbing for service. Scheduling was convenient and Alex was on time. The spigot needed to be replaced that necessitated access into the interior wall. An access port was cut into the drywall to facilitate replacement of the spigot. That was done with a minimum of drama and an access port cover was installed in the event of future work ever being needed. Cleanup was well executed. Would recommend Simpson Plumbing for future work.

Our technician Adam is so awesome - he’s professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked us into his busy schedule immediately to adjust the temperature on our new water heater. He also showed us how to do it if need. We appreciate all you’ve done!

These guys were great. They came in and did our entire house in one day from destruction to turning the water back on. We couldn’t be happier, and can rest at ease now knowing our pipes are guaranteed for life.

Simpson Plumbing was awesome for us this week. We woke up to water coming out of the ceiling. We were able to get Same Day Service and though the problem ended up not being a plumbing issue but a malfunction to our washing machine, we were referred a Restoration company & are on our way to getting home back into shape.

Excellent annual plumbing inspection. Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my home. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and he arrived right on schedule and was incredibly thorough, checking everything from pipes and fixtures to water pressure and the water heater.
The inspection was detailed, professional and gave me peace of mind knowing my homes plumbing system is in great shape for the year. I highly recommend this company if you want reliable, preventative care for your plumbing system. It's well worth it!

Absolutely wonderful service. We had a sudden bib hose leak that soaked an interior room (wall, floor, etc.). After reading the reviews I called Simpson Plumbing. The customer service representative was very courteous and professional, and got us on the schedule for same day service. I called around 9 or 9:30, and they called back in less than half and hour and said they'd have a plumber out between 12 and 4 PM. At 11:45, Alex called and said he could be here between 12 and 12:15 PM. Amazing turn around time, AND Alex showed up when he said he would. He evaluated the issue, took pictures for the insurance, gave us a detailed estimate and explained it in lay terms. No hidden "gotchas"; everything was straightforward and aboveboard. He completed everything within an hour and a half, and showed us what caused the leak (huge leak), left the part with us, and took pictures of the entire process for insurance purposes. Alex was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Alex also provided the name of a water restoration company. I asked him what he liked about the company and he was open with his response. While he completed the work I researched his recommendation, and liked what I found. Before he left, Alex entered a referral to the restoration company, and also entered a referral for some electrical work we had mentioned. The fees were very reasonable and overall the experience flowed easily. I would recommend this business and definitely use them in the future.

Overall, we received excellent customer service. Our Rheem Hybrid water heater triggered an alarm related to the condensation drain line, likely due to a faulty sensor or the high humidity in our area. We ordered the necessary part and scheduled Alex for service. He efficiently replaced the sensor, inspected the tank, and provided valuable feedback.

Alex inspected all of our plumbing, made a necessary repair, and flushed our tankless water heater. He arrived on time after calling ahead to confirm. We were pleased with the service and communication from Simpson Plumbing and will be using them in the future.

Adam G. was very knowledgable regarding my repair that I needed on my plumbing issues. He was thorough on what needed to be repaired and corrected some other issues that previous plumbers did not provide me with on another part of the system. I appreciate that he walked me through the repairs and what issues he would be correcting in his work. I found his work to be outstanding and I would highly recommend his installs or repairs.
