Having plumbing issues is always stressful but with Kyle’s expertise and calm nature it was a breeze. Kyle’s thoroughness made the experience feel more secure and confident that a first time solution was going to be successful and last without requiring a revisit. He was able to test everything and isolate the issue we had in our pipes, spend the time to clear it out completely and teach us how we can prevent further issues and keep our pipes healthy. The lessons learned are invaluable and we are grateful for his hard work and skills.

My kitchen sink drain was completely clogged. The work itself was great. The worker was efficient and knowledgeable, and did the whole job in 45 minutes including cleanup and billing. I’m back in business for another 20 years or so:). However communication from the mother ship was poor. My window was supposed to be 10-12, but no one came. I received a few texts saying there were behind schedule but I was next in line. Then nothing. I finally called at four and was told my job had been scheduled for the next day. I was surprised and frustrated they hadn’t bothered to tell me, and I had to track down that change of plans myself. The operator was able to sense my unhappiness, and got me on the schedule for later the same day. So kudos to the technician and the operator who got things straightened out. Reducing the rating by one star for the poor communication and over-promising.

Kyle from Roto-Rooter was an absolute professional from the moment he arrived. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the complicated drain problem in my basement, clearly explaining the issue and the solution. His dedication to resolving the blockage was evident, as he stayed until the job was completely finished and the drain was flowing perfectly. I was especially impressed by his overall positive attitude and enthusiasm throughout the entire service call. I highly recommend him!

Roto Rooter and their technician, Jacob W, were amazing. They came out on a Sunday night, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the clog via the less expensive method. The whole service call would have been free if the problem had ended up being the other issue I was worried about (a problem with the sewer ejector pump)

We tried to clear the blockage in our second-story bathroom independently, but the water persisted in backing up into the bathtub from the toilet. We contacted this company, and they responded by arriving on a Friday evening at 7pm, remaining on site until the issue was fully resolved at approximately 1130pm. Paisley was outstanding, displaying a high level of expertise. His dedication warrants recognition, and he deserves advancement within the company. The attendance of his supervisor ensured the job was completed to the highest standards. We were thoroughly impressed with the service and will continue to use them for future needs. If it were possible to give more than five stars, we would. The price was reasonable.Thank you

Scheduled online late at night and they were at my house by 8:30 AM! Really friendly and knowledgeable guys who took care of a clogged toilet & shower quickly. They took the time to explain everything and offer preventive maintenance tips. They are also sending out someone to measure wall and floor moisture from the overflow and offer a six month guarantee on shower clog & 30 days on toilet. Highly recommend!

Jake was absolutely fabulous - what a great asset to your company!
My downstairs toilet had a clog, which quickly backed up and came up the shower drain. So at 4:45pm on a holiday weekend, I had to call Roto-Rooter and they dispatched Jake out within a couple of hours.
Jake was professional, explained our options after asking several questions and assessing the situation. He gave me 2 options, thoroughly explaining both, and didn't once express frustration at my questions.
He quickly fixed the issue which was a clog from the house to the main sewer line at the street, and cleaned up quickly and efficiently, making it hard to tell there was even a disaster minutes before.
I am also very impressed with the communication and professionalism of the dispatcher, who called to give me an update about 30 minutes prior to Jake arriving.
What was a smelly disgusting mess was quickly and cleanly fixed, and I will absolutely use Roto-Rooter again! Hopefully not after hours on a holiday weekend... but even with that situation I was impressed that I didn't pay more than I did. Well done, Roto-Rooter.

I recently had an issue with a severely clogged kitchen sink and called Roto-Rooter. The technician, Kyle, arrived and did a pretty great job resolving the problem.
What stood out to me the most was Kyle's commitment to making sure the job was done right. He was very thorough and definitely took the time to ensure the sink was properly and completely unclogged before considering the job finished and leaving.
Thanks to Kyle, my kitchen sink is running perfectly again. I really appreciate his diligence and attention to detail!

Roto Rooter is fast, efficient, and very professional. I put in a work order late Monday night and had an appointment right away the next day. They unclogged my two drains at a discounted rate and were so kind and professional. We love using this service. Any time we have drainage and plumbing issues, we know we can count on Roto Rooter to handle it swiftly.

I had to call Roto-Rooter because my toilet was clogged up and the water in my bathtub would not drain. It took two guys from Roto-Rooter to unclog my toilet and it was because the pipes under the house were corroded. Two very nice young men Carlos and Rodrigo were here and did an amazing job. They were very polite courteous and professional. I was so impressed with them. They had to check the moisture in my house everyday and they would call me and tell me when to expect them everyday.

I want to highly recommend and recognize Eric Jimenez of Roto Rooter for water extraction and structural drying services. After a sewage issue with my toilet required a multi-phase remediation, Eric handled the drying process and immediately put me at ease with his clear, thorough explanation. His professionalism was evident from the start — all business in the best sense of the word.
Eric took the time to educate and inform me of what was salvageable of the bathroom cabinet, explaining the differences between the flooring materials like particle board and plywood and why that mattered for the remediation. He was patient with all my questions — I had never been through something like this before, and dealing with water damage and a biohazard is stressful enough without a technician who makes you feel rushed or uninformed. Eric always called ahead and was on time. He brought in professional-grade equipment including a Phoenix DryMAX dehumidifier and multiple high-powered air movers, carefully setting up containment barriers to isolate the affected area. Throughout the week (November 26 through December 2), he monitored moisture readings to ensure everything dried properly.
When the drying was complete, Eric removed all the equipment and prepared the space for the next restoration phase. I especially appreciated his dedication to working through the Thanksgiving holiday without a single complaint.
Eric is exactly the kind of technician who deserves recognition for outstanding service.

We heartily recommend Simpson Plumbing for any type of plumbing service. We used them for a hot water heater replacement and were impressed from the beginning to the end of our service. They came out the same day we called. Kenny, Adam, and Devon were fabulous—competent, efficient, respectful, and kind. They were also patient with answering any questions we threw at them. Simpson Plumbing is definitely a great business for our community.

Kenny explained what needed to be done then crawled under my mobile home . The crawl to the problem was abt 15 feet. He got very wet but came out smiling anyway. Kenny's fun personality maked a bad situation seem better. He fixed the problem and was on his way. I felt the price very reasonable considering he was soaked in cold water! I recommend Simpsons! They have honest recommendations for what you need, not pushing a product.

Kenny was kind, friendly and professional. He took his time educating me while providing the repair (replacement of rusted pressure heater connection fitting and defective pressure tank). The price of the parts plus labor seemed fair. The work was of good quality and aftercare was good. I am pleased with Kenny and Simpson Plumbing and I highly recommend them!
