I wanted to leave a review based on a mixed experience. I called the office the evening before to inform them that work was being done on our main water line, so the technician wouldn't have water for the appointment. I just wanted to confirm this wasn't going to be an issue, which comes to find out the next day WAS an issue. Unfortunately, the receptionist was quite abrupt; she took my information but then hung up on me suddenly, which left me feeling a bit disregarded. However, I am very glad I stuck with the appointment. The technician Mr. Hinojosa, who came out the next day was wonderful. He was professional, communicative, and kept us updated on everything he was doing. He fixed our problem in a timely manner and was a pleasure to have in our home. Great work by the tech, but the initial phone interaction could use some improvement.

Timely response. Comfortable low pressure estimate . Answered lots of questions . Good value for job done. Easy to work with. I could have communicated a bit better what materials fixtures I wanted to salvage. They cleaned up at the end of each day. A couple spots a bit proud of the Sheetrock flush line after they were finished required some creative finishing.

Had plumbing issues with new home. Dylan provided kind, knowledgeable and professional services! From appointment call to completion, everyone provided great customer service and the price was fair and reasonable.

CJ was incredibly thorough and efficient. Great communication as well as great work. I made the mistake of calling different local plumber due to closer proximity and an ad I saw for “discounted” drain cleaning. Had several drains in our home that simply needed the drains cleaned. Other outfit visited and worked up a complex proposal for about 5x what this outfit did the work for. Other outfit said it’d be an all day job (to run snakes down drains) and CJ did the work in 2 hours.

Pacific Plumbing is fair, up front and great at what they do. No crazy proposals for a simple but unpleasant job. Just fair and respectful! Thanks CJ and team!

Great overall experience, from the phone receptionist to the technician both very helpful and knowledgeable. Called on Oct 2nd 2025 they came out on Oct 3rd, not only did he fix the problem he found current leak we had no idea about but explains high water bill. Thank you will definitely save them on my contacts.

Donald did a terrific job. He listened to me, what I had done to try to fix the issue. Then did a thorough assessment, tried different steps to solve the issue. Agreed with my assessment and fixed it. He was very efficient and professional 😀.

Communication with the office and technician was excellent. Very prompt service at a reasonable price. Price quoted was accurate and there were no hidden fees like a lot of the other service companies I looked at. Quality of work was excellent and thoroughly explained by CJ who was great at solving our problem.

Greg was so kind and really good at what he does. He kept us informed, made cost effective suggestions and made us feel very taken care of. He showed up on a Saturday and couldn’t get it working so he got us scheduled for first thing the following Monday and got everything cleaned out and working. Couldn’t be happier with his service! I would have given a 4 but they stopped communicating with me completely after they were paid. During the project, they were very communicative and did what they said they would. When we received the final receipt, we saw we were charged for a new toilet and that never happened. I called the office to get it resolved and a week later, I have heard nothing from them.

I also was concerned with the people they contract out to. One guy didn’t know how to handle laying cement in a lived in home. The guy that did know how was not professional and had young teenagers doing a lot of the work while he sat in his truck talking on the phone. Overall, I think they are great for basic jobs but they seemed new to handling a larger job like the one we had. I’d try them again but for something smaller.

Brian was fantastic he was very efficient and friendly. He went out of his way to be both respectful and helpful. Plus from the time I requested service to the time it was fixed was less than 32 hours!

Dylan was amazing. He was able to get here earlier, and answered so many questions. The problem had corrected itself, but he let me know what to watch for, and what to do if it happens again. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Dylan, you deserve a raise.

Recently moved to the area and in need of a good plumber -- and we found one! Easy scheduling. David came out and did a fantastic job installing new faucets in our kitchen. Clearly explained the work to be done and the costs. Was on time, professional, and very personable. Will be using again very soon for other projects!

Thank you for sending Gregory Tomiak to do my pipe repair! He was professional, knowledgeable, amicable, showed up on time, quickly and skillfully assessed the situation and made the repair. He explained everything to me for which I’m grateful, particularly, because of how that will be helpful going forward. If his standards are your company standards you are worth the cost and I would recommend to anyone!

Brian arrived on time and resolved our clogged pipe situation professionally and quickly. He also looked at three additional issues we have and made recommendations. We are extremely happy with Pacific Plumbing and will be using them for some additional work.

Easy, next-day scheduling! On time arrival! Great communication! Friendly and knowledgeable plumber! He replaced a broken garbage disposal, cleared the slow drain, and advised on adding a shut off valve (vs only at the street) which, based on this experience, I’d definitely have them back to do.

Update: had them back to add a main shut off in the garage. They were fantastic once again - on time, informative, professional. Highly recommend.

Connor and Carlos are true professionals. Each of them listened to our needs and made suggestions clear of a sales job. They are extremely friendly and so easy to work with. Everyone at Pacific plumbing has been exceptional from the unfortunate pipe break when we were surprised that the owner answered our call on a Sunday night and their plumbers were at our house within 20 minutes of the break. It could have been so much worse. I was amazed how fast they arrived. The owner contacted a mitigation company and had them sent out at the same time. Pacific was such a good find in an emergency situation. I felt confident every step of the way the way, so much so that we had them re-pipe our whole house and add a new water heater. I will ALWAYS got to them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Great Service from start to finish. Arrived on time, wore shoe covers, explained the process and left the bathroom spotless. Pacific Plumbing was recommended by one of my neighbors. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company.

Update 2/12: have had PPD replace a sink faucet and a shower cartridge/handle since then, and both went very smooth. Price is a little higher than I got from other quotes but having seen other plumbing companies botch jobs, I'm more than happy with work that is done well and trustworthy.

Called about 1pm on Black Friday due to a sink I couldn't use following and declogging attempt resulting in a broken dishwasher hose I couldn't fix. CJ arrived at about 3:20 and took about an hour to get everything fixed. He was personable and made the fixes pretty easily. No complaints whatsoever.

Competent, polite and respectful. Worked with the new existing cabinet and sink.
