Amazing work, had Henco do a repipe years ago and they did an excellent job, needed a Bathtub fully installed and plumbed, work was perfection. Coming back to henco for any future plumbing needs. Extra shout out to Zachary and Tyler for being awesome guys!

Christian, from Henco Plumbing, was prompt, polite, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (need for a new water heater) and then gave me 3 options to choose from and their corresponding costs. He was able to procure all of the necessary equipment and parts for the job and the removal and installation was all completed in the same day of making my initial inquiry. Christian’s customer service and technical skills were top notch. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

My brother and I hired Henco to install a mini split in an ADU that he owns and I am now living in. David and Aldo were the two guys that came out yesterday to do the installation and I was very happy with the results. They were on time, polite, friendly, communicative, and left my space nice and clean. As someone who works at a contractor myself, I appreciate the importance of having good people on your team and I'm happy to say that you guys definitely do.

Initial intake was an AI bot, and then when they came out, they wanted to charge me $1000+ to clear a blocked sewer line. I have paid $350-550 for the same service in the past year, so no way was I willing to pay those prices. The tech said it is probably because they are a big company with a lot of overhead. The tech was great, courteous, and fast, but I would not spend money with this company.

My water heater started leaking, no hot water - I called for service at the end of the business day. I was surprised when I received a call stating that someone was available earlier than I had expected. Brian the technician plumber called and his voice tone was friendly reassuring along with his great sense of humor - his work did not disappoint. And he made sure to check the faucets even tighten a small leak in the kitchen sink! Brian explained the job and install of the new hot water heater. I also appreciated that he was mindful of my budget as I don’t appreciate pushy sales. Thus the five stars. And he left the pantry spotless!

Justin was professional and on time.i don’t have pictures of before but basically there was not nor plumbing for sink. I’m posting a couple here after installation. When the office and I spoke I understood as a 3 day job. First day plumbing, second day dry wall and third day installing the sink and faucet. Justing was done in 3 hours. I would be installing drywall next year to the whole garage. I’m just so thrill and satisfied with job installation. How useful is heaving a utility sink is. Thank you Justin( Henco)

I recently had Henco install a water main automatic shut off in my home,and I couldn’t be happier with their service.Hayden,who handled the plumbing work, was truly exceptional.
He arrived on time explained everything clearly,and completed the job with impressive skill and attention to detail.You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work.He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I felt completely confident throughout the entire process.

Because there was no outlet available,
Henco also arranged for the electrical work.Jarin came out to install the outlet, and he did a great job as well professional,friendly.

The technician that came to our home on a complimentary visit check out the boiler unit for our hydronic floor heat system as it does require some annual maintenance and we usually have it serviced every autumn.
He was prompt, courteous, wore shoe covers, and knowledgeable about how to evaluate our system which is an uncommon heating solution for homes in this part of the country.
He did present some repairs estimates - of which were carefully explained and documented with extensive photos detailing rust related issues.
We are very happy to have found this company to provide for our just about any utility servicing we could want or need. We find the pricing s good value for the trust and service we have experienced in the three visits HENCO has made to our home.

We had been without heat for almost two weeks trying to get our old system repaired with another company. We decided to give Henco a shot. While our system was too old to make the repair worthwhile, Henco ensured that we got the best service and equipment to get a new system installed.
Our highlights included: flexible financing options; guarantees/warranties the other vendor couldn’t come close to; immaculate customer service by Joe, Penelope, Trevor, and Jarod (including working part of the weekend to help us get some temporary heating sorted out); and a speedy yet effective install!!!

Drew from Henco plumbing did a great job. He identified where the awful smell was coming from in my laundry room and then fixed it. He provided great tips for keeping my drains clear and was so pleasant and helpful. Henco was able to get to my house the same day I called and the charge was fair. I definitely recommend Henco.

I had a very positive experience working with Henco Plumbing Service. It was time to replace the water heater and Wyatt came out and gave me a good quote with a number of options. Joe came out and installed the new unit and it's really nice. It's a much better system than I had before and it was in my price range. They were super professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again when I have Plumbing issues.

Cody was the plumber who came out to our townhome to provide expert services. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to get a great deal on the service with the owner Ron who was equally awesome and fair; giving us additional incentives. They won us with their professionalism and offer but they will keep us as a customer due to their expertise & honesty. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing and hvac services.

Nathan was great! Professional and on time. We had some corrosion causing a leak in one of the pipes connected tour water heater and he was able to swap that out, add a valve as well as an expansion tank that we were missing. I got a text when he was on his way along with a tracker so you could see where he was en-route. Very nice feature for knowing how long you have to use your water until it’ll be turned off temporarily. He even noticed a few things on our exterior hose bibs that we didn’t think about which may save us from a frozen pipe in the future!

Great customer service! Spoke with Brad on the phone about getting an emergency appointment scheduled for a technician to help us get our heat back after the power went out during a winter storm and we got power back but our heat was not working. The technician Thomas was informative, helpful and got the problem solved quickly. For first impressions this was stellar to say the least, would for sure recommend them to anyone.

Very courteous and professional. Upfront pricing and even helped with a separate issue in our guest shower. Cleaned up after he completed and tested his work. This is our first home that we have needed plumbing work in, so there was a little sticker shock with how much the work would cost but it was carried out without delay. Would highly recommend. Excellent job by D&F plumbing in fixing 2 recent clogs in our condo caused by issues in our building. Bret cleared the kitchen sink clog in August in record time. We had another one in our bathroom a month later that caused some damage to our condo. We were concerned this was going to continue to overflow and cause further damage. Jason arrived quickly and cleared the clog within an hour.

Great experience with Jason. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly, presented options, and helped schedule replacement steps. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend him and his company!

We had a faucet in our backyard that needed replacement, and I called last Friday and scheduled with Ashley for service on 8/1/2023. I requested first call and yesterday at 7:59 Brandon appeared at our front door. Both Ashley and Brandon are phenomenal at their jobs and their customer service is fantastic! Ashley was accommodating and worked to get us in ASAP to get our problem taken care of. Brandon was professional, courteous and very thorough, and the job was done right and beautifully. Brandon took great care of our property and cleaned up. The faucet works beautifully, and I have water pressure I never knew I had!
