This was our second time using J&M for home gas line installation. Service this time around was consistent with our first installation experience several years ago. J&M again exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service, workmanship, and overall value. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Awesome experience. Gave a detailed, professional bid over the phone for running a new gas line. Bid was the most competitive of 4 received. Front office communication for scheduling and coordination was stellar.

You can't go wrong using J&M for your plumbing needs. During a major remodel they helped me with running indoor gas lines and a gas line to a new outdoor fire pit. Prompt and professional. Gas line for new cooking range installed w no issues and by far the best quote I got. Just being picky, but the back door of their work van could really use a good cleaning. Still 5 stars all day, just thought I'd mention it so the owner knows. Great guys, very friendly. I liked that they called w 30 minutes notice so I wasn't stuck waiting at home all day.

I was so impressed with the two young men who arrived to make improvements to the fan venting on my house. They were super positive about solving the restricted flow problem I was having. I hired J&M to install a new gas line to my kitchen. From the initial estimate over the phone to the installation they were very professional, on time and practiced good COVID-19 routines. The installers were on time, friendly and courteous. They were able to limit the removal of drywall to a small area. I would recommend them.

Called 1/2 hr before arriving and were within the 1.1-3 pm arrival time frame. Removed their shoes in the house. Cleaned up everything. The dryer hose was leaking lint where it attached to the dryer so they fixed it. Used their own filter in the furnace so we didn't have to replace ours. Thorough and polite. Overall we were very happy with J & M services and have recommended it to others.

J&M to thw rescue. Our electric stove decided to go out on a Friday, i had a gas range but no gas line ran to the kitchen. I called them on Monday. They gave me a bid for my job over the phone, which was on par with other companies. This is where J&M excelled, they were able to schedule the work I needed done on Friday of that week. They setup the permit and scheduled the inspector for the following Monday. All I had to do was install my new gas stove and paint the new pipe.

I wasn't home when the crew arrived to do the work, but my wife was. She said they were great, polite, and professional. They even relit the pilot lights in all of our other gas appliances. The job came in $100 less than the bid. I would have never known that, but that savings stayed in my pocket, thanks to the integrity of the J&M crew. I am very pleased with the work J&M did and with all of their staff, they are honest and have integrity, which is hard to find these days. I will recommend them to all my friends who need gas line installations.

J & M Services installed a gas line for my gas range. They were extremely professional, personable and safety conscious. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them for any of the services they offer. Previously, they cleaned the ducts and vents. Again, well worth the time and money.

Excellence from beginning to end! I love that they were able to give us a quote on installing a gas line to our kitchen without having to come to the home first. They asked a few questions over the phone then promptly emailed us a quote. When they came out they were on-time, professional, and thorough. When the project was complete they cleaned up and gave us our bill (which was less than the quote). They even arranged for the city inspector to come out the next day, and that cost was included in our quote so we had no hidden fees. The inspector gave us the thumbs up and we’re all set to use our new gas range! We highly recommend this company!

I have to say, I will tell everyone I know to use this company! They first came out for a bid, they impressed everyone here. They took the time to actually go in the attic, underneath and let us know all the issues. They were super nice and friendly and explained everything to us. We received our bid and it beat out everyone. Not only by price but the work they were actually going to do, which included some small repairs. Then when we set up our appt, our business needs quiet, we can't have a lot of noise going on, they set it up for a holiday (after speaking with the employees first). So they were able to come in when no one was here to get everything done. They showed up on time, got done faster than I expected and honestly, left it very clean! I was surprised and extremely impressed. When they were done, they explained everything they did, what they found, what they fixed, etc. If you are looking for any of their services, this is the company to go with, you will NOT be disappointed. Mike and his crew were AMAZING!

I had waited too long to get this done and the gentlemen were very kind and respectful, even replacing my furnace filter. They maneuvered around without even needing to move much. One vent is over my bed but they left not a trace thereon. I did not think the dust was affecting me much but I have noticed a reduction in my sneezing; and I just thought it was pollen allergies. I look forward to seeing these nice people again.
