J&M did a great job installing my gas line. They were very friendly and professional, and their work was of the highest quality. Their pricing was better than others and their scheduling was flexible. I would happily hire them again and highly recommend them to others.

We needed help adjusting and capping a gas pipe line, so that it didn't protrude from the kitchen floor where our new electric range sat. J & M arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They communicated their arrival time in advance and were professional, personable and competent. Highly recommend.

J & M services was a pleasure to work with, from speaking with the front desk (to schedule duct replacement and vent/duct cleaning) to working with the technician who came to the house to do the actual work. J&M were brought in to add Natural Gas to our new kitchen. They reviewed options, discussed all with us, executed wonderfully, even thinking ahead for the tile installers needs, managed the Permit process - no dropped anything. Wonderful experience with their team communicating and thinking ab out our needs before I knew I had them.

I would highly recommend this company! From the first communication with the main office, to the final inspection, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The level of detail, and project management was exceptional. The team that performed the service were both very personable, knowledgeable and very good at what they did. I had them run a gas line run from an existing source, for a new gas stove, and had asked them to include an extra line for future use near our patio. The job was done on time, cheerfully and with no surprises in cost from what was quoted. Kudos to J&M Services, I will use you again for any future needs.

The installers were friendly and respectful and mindful of landscaping and home. They cleaned up afterwords and made sure my appliances all functioned after having to shut off the gas supply.

J&M did an excellent job running a gas line from our furnace for our new gas range. The only slight issue we had was that they don't come out to do quotes and as such the initial estimate they quoted was much more involved than we felt the job warranted. We ended up having to pay a different company come out and provide an in person quote and then sent the info to J&M who revised their initial quote. We ended up going with J&M because of their lower price, availability, and reputation and we are very pleased with the work they did and the great end result. I would use them in the future if needed and recommend them for this type of work.

We hired J&M Services to install a gas line for our new oven and were treated extremely well from the estimate initiation to post- pipe installation! Michelle gave great information of the process, answered all our questions and gave a competitive price point. Her installers were very professional informative, efficient and clean. They explained the inspection process to us before they left and Michelle contacted us the next day to let us know our inspection passed.

Would Recommend! I quoted 4-5 companies to run a gas line for a new range. J&M had the most reasonable price detailed out in a quote and the agreement signed laid everything out so i knew what to expect, no surprises. They had a flat rate on their fees, beside the length of the gas line, which eliminated an appointment to see my house before the installation. They were quick to schedule an appointment on my time which was great. Installers were on time, polite and quick. Although they had to come back to correct some issues after the inspection, that was quick an painless as well. I would recommend highly J&M services!

J&M was fantastic. We did a major home renovation in Portland. They lined the house with natural gas. We then had them come back to add gas lines for our backyard for a fire pit and a future ADU.

They are very responsive. The owners will call you directly to get things scheduled. Their installers were on time and knew exactly how to get the jobs done. The city inspectors were very happy with their work. We would definitely recommend for any natural gas issues in your home.

I liked that I got an estimate over the phone and a full explanation of what to expect in work and time. The “guys” were on time, if not early, and extremely pleasant. The job of moving a gas line under the island was done with perfection and exactly what the estimate stated.

Contacted J&M to have a gas line ran for a natural gas range. They were very polite on the phone and were able to talk me through an installation estimate.
The two man crew called before coming out and showed up on time. They reviewed the installation, provided me with an explanation on a couple of changes they recommended and what I had added on. Great service all around! Helped work out a mistake made by the city inspector even! The office was great at communicating all parts of the project and the field guys were very professional as well. We'd use them again in a heart beat!

We were unsure of what we needed and how to go about having it done. J&M Services helped through all of our questions, showed us and printed out everything they were going to do, then gave us an estimate. They were wonderful to work with. From the people setting up the appointment to the guys doing the work. They were thorough, fast and professional. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking to have this kind of work done.
