My wife & I always get at least three bids for any project we do. D & F ended up be our first choice, not just because of the cost, which was not the lowest, but because of the professionalism, knowledge and honesty with us. One of the other companies, we checked, added quite a few additional repairs in their bid. We were pretty sure it wasn’t necessary, and D & F confirmed that with their inspection and bid for the project. The installation was not an easy one, with extremely tight quarters to work with and having to redo the intake piping and exhaust system. Both Mathew and Thomas worked feverishly to get the job done. Even with the difficulties they almost always had smiles on their faces. Well done to both of them.
We are extremely grateful for their determination and attitude during the whole process and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Shawn of D&F Plumbing provided outstanding service in a recent visit to maintain my tankless hot water heater. He is not only kind and cordial, but he’s also an expert at what he does. We have a recirculating hot water system, and we were only getting warm, rather than hot water in a couple of the bathrooms. Shawn did a walk through of the house and immediately determined that the problem was caused by not having check valves for the touch faucet in kitchen. It apparently creates flow problems that impact the recirculating system. I installed the check valves and the problem was solved. I was amazed and grateful for his help and expertise on plumbing and hot water dynamics in modern home. I highly recommend Shawn!

D&F Plumbing replaced my "Inducer Motor." The overall process was great, from getting an appointment, troubleshooting, ordering the parts, and repair to testing the quality. It was a pleasure working with Manuel Mendez; he explained every step of the process. I would recommend D&F to friends and family.

Shawn did a great job changing an outdoor faucet, fixing another outdoor faucet with replacement parts, and adding a new methane gas outlet for my grill.

Jason Reid came today to look at my water heater. He was a competent pleasant man who knew what he was doing. He was upfront in his diagnosis of my problem and didn’t try to find other non existent problems. He helped me do a couple things I couldn’t do myself. (Not enough strength or height). I appreciated his willingness to help. I would recommend D and F plumbing. They have been around forever and take care of both Oregon and Washington customers. Jason is a keeper. I’m old enough to be his grandma and it’s my birthday.

Thermal expansion tank failed after a little over a year after new water heater install. Both the expansion tank and labor had a 1 year warranty, so we were just past both, but D&F got a plumber out to my house the same day (New Years Eve) and replaced it with a large price discount given how soon after install it had failed. Shawn was nice and knowledgeable, and got us back up and going quickly.

Robert did the service on my plugged up sink. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I would have him back in a heartbeat if needed! I felt totally comfortable with him. He answered my every question without hesitation! And he took the time to explain everything I asked about.

Shawn from D&F was terrific, highly knowledgeable and quickly helped with a failing outdoor faucet that was leaking. Shawn walked me through the whole process, clearly explained what needed to be done and wrapped the job up within a couple hours. I was worried that it would take days to get someone onsite but D&F was there within 2 hours on a Monday morning.

I called D&F plumbing to fix my kitchen sink. Brad the project manager answered the phone and listened and really took the time with me. I always appreciate talking with a person vs an answering service or robot. Brad sent Nathan out to do the work on my sink. Nathan even came out extra early to make sure I didn’t have to be late to work. Nathan explained everything he was going to do to my kitchen sink and talked me through it. Nathan explained the part that was needed and how the part worked. He even put down tarp to protect my floors. Nathan and Brad the project manager really put a lot of heart, care, and help in working with me to get my kitchen sink safe and working again. A day later and under my sink is still clean and dry! Everything is working great. They are my go to for all my plumbing from now on , worth every cent!

Manuel came to my house today to do some air conditioning work. First of all, Manuel was dressed like a professional and ready to get to work. He work out a solution for my issued and totally explained exactly what he was going to do. He went above and beyond the line of his duty to spent time troubleshooting an issue. D&F is very lucky to have Manuel as one of their heating and cooling experts. Hi highly appreciated his work and the fast service by D&F….Manuel is one very nice person as well. Five Stars for sure.

I was completely and absolutely impressed with D&F Plumbing from the second I placed the call. The receptionist (real person! Not AI!) was charming, friendly, and personable. She felt like an old friend. My technician Nathan was confronted with a complicated situation only an old house can give and he handled it professionally and thoughtfully. He even agreed to look at a few other plumbing puzzles while he was here; he was so very helpful. He came back the very next day (!!) and completed the job in a few hours. I was honestly amazed. Well done to everyone at this company.

Everything about our experience working with D&F Plumbing was exceptional. From the quick text response to my online request and courteous and informative call with Anne, I was so glad I contacted a locally owned company. Shawn let us know exactly when he would arrive and was very professional and provided great service. He was even super nice to our dogs.
