Really appreciated Randy's help yesterday. He asked thoughtful troubleshooting questions about my plumbing issue, and talked through a plan of action to determine the actual cause. He set my expectations about the costs for my options and helped me understand some possible underlying drain issues I'll have to think about in the future. Most importantly, he solved my immediate problem despite a couple of wrong parts glitches. He made sure I had working plumbing before he went home for the day! Thanks Randy, I appreciate you making sure I was "good to go" (haha) before you left.

Had water leak. Knew where water was coming from, but didn't know exactly "why or how come". Called D&F. We had used them before. They responded quick, found trouble even quicker. Gave us a plan.....then a quote. We approved and work was done promptly and efficiently!
Love that they text when they are on their way to your home and even the day before, to confirm that they will be there the next day. Thanks guys! Friendly, efficient. Keep up the great work.

Had D@F to diagnose and fix a leak in my wall. The people on the phone were nice and attentive. My plumber Randy was very through and professional, I would use their service again.

Jason did the best job he could do on the main line, but it was just too plugged. Jason was respectful and told me everything he was doing or seeing. He suggested I needed to have my pipes blasted with a hydro jet, but their shop charges too much for the job. So I had to go to another company to get the job done.

Had to vall D&F due to a severe leak with a hose bib, they had a tech out the next day and repaired the same time! Danielle took my initial call and was kind and efficient. Would only recommend them for anyone needing plumbing or hvac needs!

Brad was great handling a customer service topic. Very nice and I'm happy with the resolution. He and the service manager were able to rectify my issue. Excellent experience.

My toilet started backing up really bad. I was already stressed out with other things and this felt like the last straw. Called D&F. Talked with Danielle. She eased my anxiety, and walked me through their process. Everything else went great. But that initial interact really help make things easier as a whole. I will only be recommending D&F from now on.

Brad took my original call to their office and had me dialed in with my appointment, even with adverse weather, the actual plumber Ricky did an excellent job by inspecting the plumbing and identifying potential future issues. He is courteous and well-informed, and he resolved the problem promptly. D&F is fortunate to have such a skilled plumber on their team!

The solar water heater panels reinstalled. The protective insulating sleeves installed on copper pipes. . The water temperature rises to setting of 140F. That is correct. I was told they will return next week to add more antifreeze to the system.

Came out quick, installer was friendly knowledgeable and didn't have any issues resolving a couple of follow up items

Our Repair man Shawn was awesome! Explained everything thoroughly and completed the repairs in a very timely fashion! He was extremely courteous and friendly!!

Alex did a great job. He says everything should be working great now. Gave me some tips on how to be more efficient with the heating and cooling unit. Wish D&F heating was better at the efficiency. After putting $1100.00 into the same problem, Alex is good enough to tell me another a $500 per year maintenance deal where they come out twice a year and check clean and make sure all is good. I would have appreciated hearing about this sooner.

From the efficiency of booking through the completion of the service, D&F was great to work with. Shawn had excellent communication on site and was very professional.
