Update 01/09/2025: I worked with Carlos today, and he was the best. Kind, quick, and professional - he fixed an issue that I thought would be much more involved, and assured my husband and I that we can call back any time is we have issues or questions. I’m sure we’ll be working with these guys again.

This was a great experience. The company was transparent about pricing, got me right into their schedule, and got my plumbing issue fixed the same day as my consultation. Special shout out to David for his professionalism and consideration. He showed up on time, was able to explain complicated terms to me in ways I could understand, and left the area he worked in better than he found it. I will absolutely use this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

Nick from Pacific Plumbing and Drain was fantastic!!! He was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything to us in perfect detail. He discussed our options and helped us devise a plan to move forward. We felt well informed and educated in the process. And he had a kind and pleasant demeanor to boot. We asked for his card and will definitely be reaching out again to complete the repair to our water heater... and any other future plumbing needs.

First time using Pacific Plumbing. Front office got us scheduled quickly. Greg did a great job clearing a kitchen clog. He explained what he was doing, took time to clean up and didn’t overcharge me. We will call them again when we need a plumber. 👨‍🔧

I needed a plumber to fix the leak i had in my ceiling (first floor).

This company is awesome because they cut the wall open for the diagnostic. The other companies i called said they wouldn’t cut it until i agreed to move forward with them. The other companies also quoted me 4x for the work without even telling me what the problem was.

Tony and Danny walked in and they sensed my stress immediately. What i appreciated is that they focused on building a connection with me. I really felt comfortable with their service. After chatting through what has been going on with the leak and the other plumbers i called, they went to inspect the leak and the bathrooms upstairs and they found the problem IMMEDIATELY. I agreed to diagnostic and they cut the wall open right then and there, and confirmed their findings. I moved forward with service and I couldn’t be happier.

These are truly honest plumbers. I will be sticking with this company for as long as I live in the area. I will even try to request those two again! Awesome work!!!!!! My family’s stress is gone!!!

Brian showed up early, diagnosed the issue and repaired the leak in less than 30 minutes! Great guy too. I’m really appreciative and grateful that my property managers chose Pacific Plumbing and Drain.

I had a few concerns after the job was completed which is not uncommon for a large project. All of these items were addressed to my satisfaction in a timely fashion. Since I live in another part of the state, Henco even provided me with photos of ALL of the work that was completed. A-PLUS customer service!

Brian was on time, a great communicator, and was able to do the work the same day. His work looks solid and we are very happy with it. We have used Henco many times before and continue to call them when something needs attention. Thank you, Brian!

I had all of my fresh water pipes replaced, removing mostly galvanized pipe from 1953. It was a two day job. Troy and Hayden explained their work plan, answered my questions and sought feedback throughout the work. They worked hard and knew exactly what needed to be done. Their efforts were much appreciated. My water tastes so much better!!!!

Darren was punctual, professional & personable. I just had a basic plumbing check-up to make sure there were no potential problems looming. I believe the company's pricing is reasonable & I would recommend them based on the experiences that I've had with them.

Can’t say enough good things about Loy with Henco! He was so professional and found our emergency plumbing issue quickly. He helped us develop a plan to fix the flooding in our basement and we are so grateful that he was able to help us get things fixed FAST. Highly recommend!

Kade was fantastic!! New outlets were installed in my kitchen island and also three in the floor in the living room so now there are no cords across the floor to trip on. This job was completed in time for Thanksgiving which I so appreciate. Kade is professional and very detailed during the install but also in the cleanup.

We had such a great experience with Austin from Henco Plumbing. He was pleasant, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. One of things we appreciated is that he took the time to give us five different options to choose from for our repair. Once we made our decision, Austin told us exactly what he was going to do and then got it done quickly and efficiently. The service was same-day, the pricing was reasonable, and the professionalism outstanding. Thank you to Henco Plumbing, and especially Austin, for making what could have been a stressful situation so smooth and easy!

10/7 Mike- the Lead plumber came out and provided us a Complete quote to tie the Sewer line to the City line at SE Bush ST. Very thorough quote to let us know the work that will be required. I'm ONLY a prospective buyer. If I end up buying the property and need work, I'll call Henco again. If I end up moving to Portland, I'll be happy to work with the Henco plumbing service. Mike knew what needed to be done and the pricing seems reasonable. Waiting to see how the seller will decide to resolve this non-conforming connection.

Dillon was outstanding. He was timely. Gave me options to choose from; I did not feel pressured. He allowed me to watch and learn. He did great work and cleaned up after he was done. Getting one’s toilet repaired presents anxiety for me and he made me feel at ease. All is well.

I wanted to do an annual hot water flush - I honestly didn’t know that this was part of normal maintenance. While he wasn’t able to flush it because it was too old, he did a fantastic job answering all my questions. And I had a lot of them! We went around to almost every room with plumbing, and I’d point and ask “what is that?”Darren took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me several quotes for future work.
He was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. I really appreciate how informative he was, and I feel much more confident about my home’s plumbing now. I’ll definitely be calling them back for the quoted work.

Troy and Hayden arrived on time and ready to work. There were several major issues in my old floating home in Scappoose (at least 45 minutes drive for most construction people). They rearranged the pipes under my sink for code compliance, replaced a water heater for one that is on-demand, exchanged an old shower diverter for a new one, replaced the galvanized pipes in my laundry room, and so much more. I never saw them take a break, but after about nine hours, I finally asked if they wanted anything to eat and they both said they had brought their own. And they were finished with all the work!

My friend is painting the interior part of my home. Troy and Hayden threw down some wonderful cloth tarps with a no-stick bottom surface under their work and also allowed my friend to use some. They also let us have some of the disposable gloves they brought along.

They moved my gas dryer from one location and provided all the new vent parts.

I noticed that evening that the kitchen drain wasn’t operating properly. Troy came to my house the very next day and spent several more hours figuring out there was a huge clog -and cleared it accordingly.

Without any reservations, I would so highly recommend Henco Plumbing. Thank you Colin, Troy, Hayden, the fabulous office staff. Top-notch organization. They even offer an interest-free financing option.

Adrian did a great job. I am very happy with the results. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, he cleaned up along the way and worked incredibly hard to get the job done. I would have him come back again if we needed additional work done in the house.

Converted to a tankless today With the help of Henco plumbing. This is my second time using Henco, and both of my experiences were nothing but positive. I found the technicians to be professional and they did fantastic work. The pricing was very comfortable compared to other plumbing companies bids. Henco is our new forever plumbing contractor.

I recently had a generator interlock and whole home surge protector installed by Henco. I worked with JJ on the initial consultation and bidding process and Joshua Cayson on the installation. The entire process from initial consultation through final inspection went very smoothly. I have no problem recommending Henco for your electrical needs.

Hired for annual services, then fired after one visit. Reason: Technician reported a gas leak in our furnace. We approved repair but did not ask about price. Nothing had to be removed or replaced. The technician put a little blue sealant around the pipe and then performed a bubble test. This took 5 - 10 minutes and we were charged $379.78 (that is about $2300.00 on an hourly basis). No parts, just a little labor. We asked for an immediate refund of the annual services = $239.00. No response from the company. Their pricing formulas appear to be high.
