Colton did a fantastic job. He was friendly, gave me multiple options to choose from to repair my outside faucet, cleaned up after the job was complete. I would 100% recommend him and Henco.

Austin was professional but extremely helpful in the questions he asked, the time he took to assess and inform us of the problem and solution. He also went above and beyond in offering some helpful insight into our broader plumbing and water issues. He was easy to work with and highly skilled!

Henco replaced our waterline from the house to our meter box in 2023. We noticed on Friday, the meter box was covered with water, and troubleshooted to the best of our ability. We called Henco at 8am and they had a plumber here at 9:20 am. The plumber, Gabe, discovered a defective part in the meter box. He efficiently and effectively replaced the parts and fixed the meter box. No charge for the fix. Very happy with their service.

Caleb my tech cane out today to give me a quote since my faucet decided to burst 😄. He was very patient and listened to my concern and needs. Was able to provided me a resonable price and scheduled my repairs for tomorrow. Very impressed. Thank you Caleb.

Cody A showed up 1. Early. 2. In Active mode. 3. Confident. 4. On Saturday!!!!! Rainy, blustery weather. He was in a positive mood. He did his diagnostics efficiently. I'm very pleasantly surprised at how 1 plumber completed that work in under 2 hrs. On a Saturday ( oh, I was dreading the weekend/OT $$$ costs). For under $900-----everything, parts, labor. I congratulate Cody for his professionalism and great attitude, whoever trained him. A great ending. I'd definitely call him again.

Jason was so helpful, quick, and informative. We’ve had a mystery leak under the kitchen sink for the past week or two and in the midst of the stress of separating from my husband (the handyman in my life), Jason swooped in and saved the day. Not only that, he quelled some of my fears about maintaining my house while moving forward in my life. I highly recommend his expertise and have already given his information to other family members.

First time using Henco today for plumbing (toilet/bidet install and valve upgrades on all sinks and toilets.) From scheduling to service completion the communication was clear and professional. Colton and Brendan were respectful, tidy and efficient. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing and HVAC needs!

I called Henco Plumbing Services on a Monday, Brian Roberts, Plumbing Technician, arrived within 4 hours and discussed options on how to fix leaking underground water pipes. By Wednesday, Jesse and TJ, Plumbing Technicians with Henco Plumbing, worked all day and bored a new water line and we no longer have a massive water leakage. I feel extremely lucky that I found this plumbing company because they're reliable, professional, and extremely efficient.

Colten was a knowledgeable and friendly guy. He had lots of tips on how to keep things in good shape and offered further services without being pushy. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with plumbing needs. Thanks again!

Main water line failure (between meter and house). Hayden showed up 2 hours after my initial call. Assessed the problem and offered 4 possible solutions. I chose to replace the entire line. Four days later (utilities needed to be located first), Nick and Sergio showed up with a boring machine and installed a new line (pex), via a new access point. They connected that new line in the crawl space to the copper main line (very difficult to access), along with a shutoff valve and PRV. Excellent job all around. Very poor job from the location services (utilities), they were off by as much as 3 feet. Fortunately, Nick had 23 years of experience driving these machines and found his way (they also locate stuff BTW). I am not sure about the competitiveness of the pricing, but I know this is not a cheap endeavor. No concrete was broken, no plants had to be removed. I am very satisfied and do recommend this company. Kudos to Hayden, Nick and Sergio.

Nick & Sergio & Colton were really awsome working with all of them they all were really nice. We are happy with the work they did !!! Putting in a new main water line from street to the house. Done in about 4 hours .

Michael was professional. He was personable & so far working with the company has been a good experience. The final costs were expensive once the project was completed, but the repairs were necessary. They came in a timely manner, to assist my home needs. The dispatch was courteous & Michael himself was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated his availability to answer questions through the process & he set up the next steps with the process promptly.
Justin came the second day. He had a strong hand shake & was straight forward. I have a plan with the company that I don't want or need, & hope not to need. I hope that if I have ongoing needs, they will be appropriately addressed. Over all, its a positive plumbing experience. I hope they contact me over the plan concerns & the issue with that right away.

Henco has been our go-to plumber for years. Their staff is amazing! Our most recent project was a kitchen sink replacement and the addition of an instant hot water source. Cody completed the complicated installation with expert skill and professionalism. He also completed the yearly flush of our tankless water heater. I recommend Cody and Henco enthusiastically!

My experience with Henco has been absolutely amazing. The customers service is top notch. It’s a stressful time when your plumbing isn’t working it’s a nightmare very stressful. Henco’ from the minute I knew I had a problem and would need to call the a plumber. I had seen Henco plumbing when I’m driving to work everyday . They were the first people I called from the minute I called them they have been 100% on the job. Michael came out and Met with my boyfriend went over everything Michael found and the plan of action. Was very helpful with getting us in the right direction. From the planning to financial and all the hazardous cleanup that needed to be done. I had no clue how many moving parts went into this. The excavating crew has to be some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. Always keeping you updated on what’s to come the next day. On time every day . I will recommend Henco plumbing to all my customers and friends and family.

Our plumber, Colten, was professional and friendly. He quickly recognized the problem regarding our shower and spent a lot of time explaining the issue with our old piping system. He was very thorough and found the necessary fixes by researching over a weekend. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future problems.

Ryland H. From Henco Plumbing was excellent today with his hard work, knowledge and helpful understanding of all phases of shuting down repairing/installing and carefully refilling getting rid of air in the lines with a complicated home water system after changing out 24 water supply and toilet valves! The plumbing technician, Branston Lewis, was tremendous installing my new water heater and pressure reduction valve. He was very engaging, knowledgeable, advised on the equipment I chose to install, explained the work he was doing and answered my endless questions, and was attentive to all details. Outcome: quality installation that left me confident, much more personal knowledge about plumbing. And I got all this at a very competitive price. I wholeheartedly recommend Branston!
