Eric and Dan helped me Hydrojet and give an estimate for a sewer liner today. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and great at their job. It was refreshing to work with someone who cared. Really appreciate their work.

Heat Repair & Thermostat Installation
Mitch Coleman was our serviceman and he was great, answered all the questions I had and gave thorough explanations for everything. Fixed our heater and installed our new thermostat with no issues! Highly recommend.

Mitch was great! He was very thorough, honest, definitely knew what he’s talking about, gave us much better news than we’re expecting. We’re gonna stick with Apollo!

Felix replaced our ancient and leaking kitchen faucet, and also identified an issue with the garbage disposal a different company had previously (poorly) installed and replaced the disposal as well. I was a little nervous due to this previous bad experience, but Felix's professional manner and courtesy put me at ease quickly. He had a lot of respect for our home and I appreciated his clear communication through the process. It was a little pricey, but I understand that is a necessary part of getting quality, same day service. Thank you! I greatly appreciate having a kitchen sink that won't spray me in the face!

Annual maintenance inspection. This is a no cost benefit provided by Apollo for having a service agreement. The result of the inspection was a heads up about the condition of the toilets, sinks, faucets and water heater. The Tech provided several options and cost to replace our nearly 20 year old water heater. Very thorough, and professional.

Just be aware there is a charge for them to just drive out and tell you your equipment isn’t working (I knew that which is why I called) and an additional charge for them to actually tell you what the issue is. I thought I clarified this when I called but was told the people on the phone scheduling everything are just reading a script and don’t really know what is involved. I understand people need to charge for their time but I didn’t apparently ask the right questions and frustrating when I just wanted to get my heating issue figured out. Just tell me up front the rough costs involved for a diagnostic service so I can decide if I want to hire your company. I haven’t had this from any other company, even when they charge more and I’ve actually worked in this line of work so I know what’s involved. Frustrating!!!

We have become members of Apollo club, scheduling the annual maintenance with Victoria was so simple, she was so helpful and got us scheduled quickly.
Mitch from Apollo did an excellent job, he spent time going over what he found in the maintenance inspection. He also discussed potential life span of furnace and options for replacement.

Apollo is our go to. They are always on top of it with quick service and great customer service. Thorough and helpful. Eli was great today. Kind and helpful. Flushed out all our piping and lat me see what pipes looked like inside so we could know what to expect in the future. Thanks so much Eli!

Mike and Eli came out to help us with 2 separate issues a few weeks ago. They both were very polite and helpful in answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. Unfortunately one of the issues needed further maintenance outside of plumbing, Mike didn’t hesitate to put us in contact with a company who could assist further. Would work with both of them again!

We accidentally broke our bathtub handle and so the water kept trickling out, no matter what we did. Our plumber was very helpful and nice! It took two days to get it fixed but the trickling stopped on the first day! He also showed us how to properly shut the water off in case of an emergency and where our water heater was place. We got a new faucet, handle, and gasket placed! The only negative is that it was a bit overpriced. We were expecting a lower number but the total repair came to be about $1,011. Genuinely don’t know if that’s a good price or not. Regardless I’m happy everything’s fixed.

Ty Introduced himself, briefed what he was going to do, explained and answered questions. Reported findings, consequences, options, recommendations and prices.
He explained other services included in my club membership and set up an appointment for one of them for tomorrow.

Justin was super at doing his estimate for installation of water heater. We have always received excellent care from Apollo!

Keith from Apollo did a wonderful job today on our annual plumbing inspection. He was friendly and personable. He made sure to fully explain what was being done, why and answer all questions. We really appreciate these inspections. They make us feel much more secure about the plumbing in our home.

Ty and Trey came to inspect our mini splits and make recommendations based on their findings and our prior complaints. Ty did his best to get me to smile. He finally succeeded. (Well done, Ty!)

Felix and Dan did a great job replacing the flush valve at our business. They showed up on time and communicated clearly on all possible issues, with an estimate before completing the work. I also liked that they give you a call and text when they are about 30 minutes out. We have consistently used Apollo Plumbing, and will continue to use their services in the future.

Dan was excellent! Super thorough, explained everything clearly, and checked in at every step so I always knew what was happening. Professional, respectful, and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with Mike R. He replaced my water heater and was very informative throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why. You could tell he really wanted to get the job done right and took great care with everything. I really appreciate the quality of his work and professionalism—highly recommend!

We had a very disappointing experience with Michael from Apollo. Despite being here for two hours and cutting two holes in our ceiling, he was unable to locate the source of our leak. We found it unprofessional that he asked us basic questions like how to remove a drain cover, and he made us feel at fault for not having enough 'stud walk' photos of our new construction.

After failing to find the leak, the focus shifted to an upsell for an annual maintenance package. To make matters worse, there was no transparency regarding labor costs before taking our payment, and we were left with open holes in the ceiling that resulted in water dripping onto our floor once he left. We ultimately sought out another company that identified the issue in under 30 minutes. I would not recommend this service.

Kim from Apollo Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job servicing our HVAC system. Great communication, on time, and clearly explained everything he was doing. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
