I was having a septic & plumbing issue. Eric was able to come out right away to assess what was going on with the plumbing. He cleared multiple clogs & even ran a camera line to make sure everything was clear.
He used the right equipment & cost MUCH LESS than the half a dozen corporate plumbers I've had out here in the past.

I was referred to a plumber from a colleague that I trust. That plumber did not do emergencies but referred me over to White Oak plumbing. White Oak Plumbing was very responsive, despite me having reception issues in texting him. He was patient and diligent, knowing I was in a bit of a pickle with a water heater leak. He gave me a a great short-term fix with some ideas for a long-term solution. Based on my first experience, I would definitely recommend. He is now in my contacts for future needs.

Eric came out the next morning and was prompt. Spent the time to clear out the kitchen drain pipe thoroughly, using his pipe camera as he cleaned off pockets of gunk. He than replaced some original piping that was incorrectly installed. I would definitely call him again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Had an emergency leak at a rental property on a Friday night. I called around and no one was answering, thankfully Eric picked up (even though it was during his own dinner) and was able to help me out I sent him some photos of the busted hose bib and he was able to give me an fair price quote. He came out quickly and repaired and replaced the broken bib and spout and the repair came out under the quote. It’s hard to find quality people to help in an emergency. Thankfully Eric and White Oak is 24/7. Easy to save him as a contact and pass his business card to friends and family.

The reason we called is because we needed the pipe under the kitchen sink fixed and a showerhead pipe replaced. He showed up on time. During the appointment we discussed wanting to replace the entire sink and add a water purification system as well. Eric was extremely helpful and had no issue adding the extra requests to our appointment.

His work was very clean, professional, and he is very friendly. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. He listens to your concerns. The work is beautiful and we love the new sink and showerhead. He checked back with us the next day to make sure everything was working properly, even taking the cardboard away from the new sink. We may be looking to move and build a home in the next year or so and we will definitely be looking forward to working with him again. We'll definitely be leaving his contact information for the new home owners after we move.

We recently hired White Oak Plumbing to install a water softener at our home in Vancouver. The attention to detail that Eric showed, including the time to walk me through the system and how it operates was truly amazing. The price was more than fair, and we are thrilled with the results. Eric was great. I called about a backed up kitchen sink and he was able to be here an hour after the call. What I thought would be a quick and easy fix, turned out to be two hours and a lot more work. He ended up having to replace a section of pipe in the crawl space. Very happy with the work he did. I was having issues with my water heater. Eric was easy to get a hold of, and was able to get me on his schedule within a timely manner. He was upfront and honest with me about trying to repair vs getting a new one. With how old and poorly maintained (by previous owners) mine was it made sense to get a new one instead of throwing money at something that would probably break down again in a few months. He recommended a good quality brand (Bradford White I believe) to replace it with, and gave me a breakdown of what was needed, and what was recommended (like having an expansion tank to prolong the life of the water heater). He removed the old one, and installed a new one within an afternoon. I'm very happy with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend him as a good quality plumber!

Eric was absolutely amazing! He responded to my text on a Sunday evening and offered to come and fix my leaking water line immediately without a crazy up charge because it was a Sunday night. He was fast, thorough, and so kind. I will never use another plumber again!

I was very happy with the integrity, knowledge, and quality of Eric with White Oak Plumbing. He installed some equipment in my home, asked about my water heater’s last drain servicing and drained it for free, showing me some hard water buildup on a two year old water heater, and charged a reasonable price for the main work. He was the fastest to get back to me following a couple of plumber inquiries i had made, and I’m very glad I went with White Oak Plumbing. He explained things clearly, cleaned up the workspace thoroughly and was a delight to talk to during the service visit. Go with this company. You’ll be pleased with the result!

We had a main water line leak suddenly labor day weekend, ans they were able to get to us quickly and efficiently, and got everything back up to parr. They were even able to get out to me the afternoon before our apppintment due to time freeing up!
Very reasonable pricing as well.

Adding to the list of 5 star reviews! Very pleased with White Oak Plumbing. Eric showed up in a timely manner and was the ONLY plumber in the last five + years to actually address the issue.

Some details. I've been dealing with clogged drains in a property I own ever since I bought it. I would have a plumber out, he would snake the line, saying it's all taken care of, and a few months later it would be clogged again. Eric took the time to actually diagnose the issue. The main line was fully stopped, he determined it hadn't been fully snaked in many years. Instead, the other guys most likely just punched a small hole in it - just enough to get it flowing.

Anyway, Eric spent a few hours snaking all of the lines, then he scoped them as well, insuring they were fully clear. And he spent the time fully explaining what he did. He's been the only plumber I've really felt comfortable with. Cannot recommend him enough!!

The shower head in my bathroom started to leak and I could not get it shut off. We tried to replace the cartridge ourselves, but due to a previous botched installation years ago were unable to remove it. We were referred to Eric and I could not be more thrilled with how things turned out! He returned my call right away, was very professional and fit me in the same day since he was going to be close to my area of town. His card is at the top of my "awesome service" pile for several reasons. First of all, he removed his shoes before coming in (without me having to ask) which is important to me because we just moved in and have new carpet, he was super personable and easy to talk to, he quickly identified the problem and obviously knew what he was doing, and he spent the extra time to be creative in getting out the cartridge so he did not have to cut a hole in wall of my shower. This saved me a lot of money and I know from experience that most people would have just quickly cut a hole and charged me for it. He also gave me some tips because he noticed there is a small hole in the bottom of my shower surround so he explained to me how I could repair it myself. I really appreciated that he took the time to go above and beyond. I also felt that the amount I paid was extremely reasonable and I liked that he was able to take credit cards instead of just cash or checks. That made it really easy and convenient for me. I highly recommend White Oak Plumbing and he will be my first call next time I need plumbing work! Thanks again Eric!

I had a fast-leak valve and called several plumbers but none could come until the next day or 2! Leak was so fast I had shut off the water main-no water for 2 days?! That should have labeled it an emergency! Eric came within a couple of hours and fixed it all up in another hour. Cleaned up everything, too, and verified no more leaks before he left. Thanks very much again, Eric; major save.

We had need for plumbing service when our main sewer line was blocked by root growth through the pipe joints. They provided immediate service to solve the problem. They kept the job site clean and organized. We were kept informed of the necessary steps and costs to complete the job. The job required landscape demolition. They were respectful of the existing materials and worked to maintain their integrity.
The job was completed in a timely manner. We were never completely left without service.
