Yuriy just did a great job fixing our kitchen sink problem. He explained the options, installed a great disposal under the sink, checked it thoroughly for leaks, was helpful in telling what he was doing, and did wonderful work. We will have him for any future plumbing problems and recommend him to friends and family.

Yura was quick to respond to a leaking water heater call. He turned it off and drained the tank. 2 days later he installed a new one with all new plumbing parts. Highly recommend he was quick, professional and answered all my questions.

We've used P1 Plumbing several times in the past year, for several leaks and finally a re-plumb of the house, and in every instance, Yuriy has provided excellent service. If I could give 10 stars I would, and I am going to do my best to do justice to the incredible quality of work and service by Yuriy and Mark from P1 Plumbing. My wife and I bought an older house in April (built in 1942) which inherently comes with various repairs or maintenance you may not be able to see right away. We wanted to replace our sink and add a garbage disposal, but found that our drainage outlet was far too high and the garbage disposal outlet was below the drain outlet, obviously making the installation unfeasible. I had three different plumbing companies come out to give me a quote, and was ready to call one until I felt that maybe I should get just one more quote. Thank the powers that be that I did, because when I contacted P1 Plumbing.

Yuriy happily came out at the end of his day to check out our situation and give me a quote. He was the only one who asked to check our crawl space to see what was going on past the drain outlet in the wall, and found out that our entire house aside from 6 feet of piping (of course the exact section we were looking at) had been replaced by PVC, and he recommended that we replace the 6 foot run of galvanized piping. My wife and I expected the quote to be far above what our other quotes were since the other plumbers simply quoted to cut the wall open and put in an adapter. To our surprise, Yuriy quoted us lower than all the competition to do MORE work and completely ensure the security of our installation.

They came out yesterday, and completed the installation and did the most incredible job. Not only did they seamlessly change out our galvanized piping run, but they found a way to fix our drain outlet without needing to completely open the wall, essentially performing a laparoscopic operation on our old house while getting the same (if not better) results! In addition, they spotted other things we will need to think about down the line Yuriy and Mark were both incredibly professional, a joy to talk to, and did the most thorough, detailed, and high-quality work I could possibly imagine. I cannot recommend P1 Plumbing and both Yuriy and Mark highly enough, so if you have ANY plumbing needs, rush to get them out to your home!

We came home from vacation and found that our main water supply line had cracked and was unrepairable. P1 Plumbing was extremely quick to respond to our emergency. The next morning we had a temporary line installed and a full detailed bid. Yuriy kept us well informed throughout the process from getting the utilities located, the city permits, and the new line drilled and connected. We are very happy with their service.

Yuriy and his assistant installed two new toilets and a bidet in our new condo. They did an excellent job and explained in detail what they had repaired and installed. I was surprised at the low cost as I expected it to be more. I have another condo that needs plumbing work before it is put up for sale and plan on Yuriy and his team to do the work.

I'm a repeat customer of P1. I recently purchased a home and was blindsided with plumbing issues our inspector missed. I easily scheduled a visit over the phone and Yuriy was able to come out and give a comprehensive quote. He is communicative, punctual and a problem-solver. We've had big jobs and small repairs completed and appreciate having a reliable plumber to call. We hadn't considered a whole-home water filter since we're new to Washington, but I'm glad I splurged to add it. Highly recommend.

Called P1 Plumbing a few months ago to clean my water heater from 1996. They came out and rightfully recommended a replacement and said they wouldn't service an ancient, most-likely overcorroded unit. The old one was constantly running out of hot water, etc. Definitely showing its age.

This weekend, I called them back to do the work. They honored their previous quote. They were able to schedule me in within 5 days.
Uriy and Mark came out at the scheduled time, double-checked that the new unit would fit in the old space (space was tight), and promptly started work.
They were very communicative and friendly- answered all my questions as the work was being done, were able to work with unpleasant surprises (eg, CPVC pipes going into the house).
They helped relight my gas fireplace and showed me how I can monitor my water meter to see if I have leaks in my water system.

Their work was perfect:
For $2250, they:
* Removed and disposed of my old 40 gal gas water heater
* Installed a new 40 gal gas water heater
* Replaced inlet and outlet connectors
* Added a new expansion tank
* Added inlet water valve
* Added inlet gas valve
* Leveled existing water heater riser

They cleaned up the work area and while one plumber took away the old unit, the other plumber was vigilantly monitoring the connections (especially to the fragile CPVC) for leaks.

They had recommendations for further improvements, but were NOT pushy. They did not come off as salesmen, which is refreshing.

Excellent craftsmanship. Yuriy spent time to explain detail works that he would perform before starting the job to replace water lines and 2 toilets. He gave a very reasonable price estimate for the projects that were within my budget. He is an honest businessman when he realized that some of the pipes are in perfect conditions and don’t need to be replaced, and at the end he reduced the price of the projects. I highly recommend this business.
