Yuri came same day and gave me a reasonable quote for free. Other companies would charge you just to get a quote. We ended up fixing the leak ourselves but I had excellent experience with Yuri and with the scheduling team. They were flexible in scheduling and reasonably priced. All in all I felt they were putting me (the customer) first. Also forgot to mention that they gave me a quote that’s half the price of another company’s quote. They didn’t charge me for the inspection while the other company said they won’t but then they almost reverted that decision for an unknown reason.

Yuri came out to investigate standing water in our crawlspace, which we suspected was caused by a leak in our laundry room or bathroom. He confirmed the leak was not related to any of our plumbing, and didn't charge us for the diagnosis. Two thumbs up, very honest businessman. Thanks Yuri!

We have hired P-1 Plumbing twice, and we would definitely hire them again. We had a major leak in our main water line; Yuriy came to us from across Portland late in the day, assessed the situation, and repaired it the next morning at a reasonable cost. He explains things well, shows pictures as he solves the problem, and stands behind his excellent work! Yuriy and his company are the very best!

P1 plumbing called me and were able to fit me in at the last minute. Yuri was super friendly and diagnosed the problem. I am rehiring them to come back to do a routine cleaning and fix some bad pipes that were installed by the original builder of my home (cheap). The price they quoted was very reasonable. This team went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and didn’t try to oversell me like so many do these days.

Yuriy repaired leaks in my kitchen sink and I appreciated his explanations about exactly what he would do to correct the problems. He was very thorough and willing to answer questions about other plumbing concerns I had. His invoice was detailed as well as the written document about my other concerns and how they could be corrected.

Yuriy has been incredible to work with. He is always on time and gives expert advice. His attention to detail is truly top notch. Always making sure to be very thorough, keeping up with code, safety standards. At the same time he was able to work swiftly and efficiently. He made all our wishes come true. I would recommend him absolutely to everyone for any kind of plumbing job.

Yuriy was awesome. Replaced the leaking PEX and diagnosed why it was leaking in the first place. Very thorough and explained each issue he came across. Will definitely use him soon for a water heater replacement

Called during the winter storm and have worked with Yuri. He let us know there are multiple leaks (due to old PVC pipes) and has done everything he can to get us water. He will have to replace all our pipes but has patched up and repaired different areas to get us running water in the mean time. You can tell that Yuri really cares about the customer and does everything he can to get the job done.

Our experience with a different, larger company was bad - they tried to upsell us on some nonsense maintenance plan.

Go with P1 plumbing and you will be happy you did!

Yuriy was awesome. He went above and beyond. He made sure we had water as soon as he could. He let me know he was two weeks out but after capping off our shower and being so kind and professional we decided to go with him instead of the other plumber we had and waited the two weeks. He did an excellent job. Cleaned up after himself. He also worked with my insurance which I appreciated.

Yuriy and the P1 Plumbing service was excellent from start to finish of the install of my new Navien Tankless Water Heater. This team of professionals, where do.i being...honest, told me what i could and couldn't do without XYZ (was not in my budget), quotes were on point, I telework, and they respected even that environment. We had a funny crawl space moment that I have told no less than 4 friends cause it was funny...my very bad, curious cat Moxxie...needed to know what they were doing in a "SPACE? SHE DIDN'T KNOW WAS A SPACE!" Needless to say, she shocked the crew! 🤣🤣 After the fact.

We recently connected with P1 plumbing and completed a complicated bore with many utilities in the way. We worked hand in hand to come up with a plan and get a complicated situation resolved. Their professionalism is refreshing and the communication has been easy. Looking forward to working together on many more I highly recommend them for water mainline replacement and anything else you may need plumbing related.

We were only getting cold water from our kitchen sink and had called P1 Plumbing to help problem solve. Upon arrival, Yuriy discovered our circulation pump had lots of corrosion and was not working. We also discovered the main heat element was on the verge of crashing as the exhaust and intake were installed incorrectly when the house was originally built. Yuriy gave us a quick and reasonable estimate on replacing our entire system and scheduled next day service to get the job done. He replaced every element including pipes and vents to ensure we would be good to go for a long time. We also had him fix a toilet for us that had been problematic and install a new water shut off that we could easily access.

Yuriy was thorough and helpful throughout every step of our project. Excellent and fair pricing paired with above and beyond service. P1 plumbing has 5 stars for a reason! I highly recommend using P1!
