Austin was the gentleman that showed up and fixed our hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and explained exactly what he thought the issue was and how the process worked. Austin let me know I’m welcome to call him or text him if we have any further problems in the future with our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They drove all the way out to Stevenson Washington from Vancouver WA to service our hot water heater.

It’s been unfortunate that my offices have had several expensive plumbing issues over the last couple of months. Had a water main line replaced and had to have another office pipes jetted. I bid both jobs out and ultimately landed on going with Summit on both. Bob is great to work with as he’s as knowledgeable as they come, quick to respond for an evaluation and bid, was extremely competitive, and made the experience painless and quick as much as a plumbing job or root canal could ever be:) This company is highly trustworthy and reliable when you are in your hour of need. I am very impressed with Andrew's professionalism and courtesy. He arrived at the scheduled time and corrected the issues with our bathroom sink in a timely manner. Called for an estimate on a leak from hot water pipe under sink in the morning and had an estimate by 11:30 a.m. After I bought a new faucet, Adam was back by 2 p.m. and everything was replaced and working by 3 p.m. Great job and fast service. Kudos to Rhonda in the office for her help too. I would recommend Summit Plumbing to anyone looking for top notch professionals.

The plumber was very knowledgeable about what I wanted done. He answered all my questions and gave me an estimate on the costs. I never felt pressured and he assured me that he could take care of the problem. He finished the job in less than an hour. I was extremely pleased.

Called on a Friday expecting an appointment the following week. A crew member came out in less than 2 hours. He had my kitchen drain cleaned out in less than an hour. I appreciated him explaining everything he did and why. Great job. About a year ago Summit replaced my main line. Once again a great job. Highly recommend them.

I called Summit plumbing on a Friday night at 6 pm and Tyler was able to come out at 830 am the next morning. Really nice guy, showed us what was wrong and how to replace the valve cartridge in our shower that was leaking if it happened again. Very honest and reliable. I have had a leaky outdoor faucet which needed to be replaced. Not only did the very kind service member ( forgot his name) work outside he needed to access my crawl space , which he did a few times to ensure the installation was secure and not leaking. He was professional letting me know what he was doing. I felt the cost was very reasonable for the work and supplies needed. I highly recommend this company !

I chose this company based on their excellent Yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed. I’ve waited a year to write this review because I wanted to ensure the job was done right with no recurring issues.
Our home is older, and we have a huge, very old tree with roots that had punctured and wrapped around some of the pipes. We had new pipes installed throughout our entire house. Since then, we've had other contractors come out for various projects that required going under the house, and it has been confirmed that the job they did was top-notch.
The company came out the same day to evaluate. They came the day after that and finished the job in two days.
Throughout the process, the team was very friendly and professional and informative. Excellent job, excellent service!
