Mike was awesome. He was on time and explained everything very clearly. He even gave me some tips to avoid future problems. I would recommend this company and Mike without hesitation.

Our pipes busted after the water froze so we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. We have an old well system and it was a messy job. Michael Ivy was so polite, professional, and helpful, we will be recommending Mr. Rooter to everyone.

Called late in the evening and actually talked to a person not a voicemail. They were able to get to me the next morning. Price was good for the short notice and piece of mind. I had these people out twice. The first man failed to see the hole in my pipe, even though I looked in there and saw it myself later. The second crew came out and cleared my clog, but said they had to fix the pipe. I have made two appointments and waited both days to figure out if they were coming. When I called just to see if I should wait around, I was assured that I would get a call back. They did not call. I called back a couple of hours later and the man on the phone asked me, "what do you want me to do about it?" I would not recommend these people to anyone. They can't even call to let you know that they're not coming. I wish that I could give them zero stars.

I want to say that the person that helped us from Mr. Rooter was fantastic! He took time to listen, described up front what he was going to do. We talked about the problem and how we could go about fixing it. He was friendly and honest. I have worked with other plumbers and various people that have fixed things or tried to fix things at our house. This by far was the best experience that I can remember!
If you are reading this and looking for a plumber I would highly recommend you give them a try! You will experience, professionalism, courtesy and a fair price!

Had severely clogged pipes in both the laundry room and bathroom (bathtub). Michael came out and figured out the problems pretty quickly and took care of the issue. The bathtub was stubborn but he didn’t give up and got that sucker fixed. He also gave some advice for future repairs and tolerated our crazy dog very well. Highly recommended! Thanks Michael!
