Had a clogged stationary sink, called and had David here by 9:30. Very helpful and polite and had it fixed in about 15 minutes and only charged $30. Very professional and helpful. I will be using them from now on. David was very knowledgeable and polite.

David called me ahead of arriving and got to my house on time. He knew what we wanted done and did it promptly, professionally and successfully. Very helpful answering questions I had along with being respectful and neat.

Michael and Jay were very professional and courteous. they replaced the water line and valve to my toilet and checked for leaks in less than 30 minutes. i would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

David repaired my outdoor faucet quickly and well. Readily for winter! He gave an estimate and stayed close to it.

Sincerely, the BEST customer service you will ever receive. I called with a gas line emergency, within an hour, the owner Brandon was at my doorstep. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain every part of what they were going to do in layman's terms and actually physically took me around the house to show me everything they were going to do. They started the next morning and the job ended up being way bigger than anyone anticipated. Brandon and his team were so helpful, prompt, compassionate, and professional. They kept me well informed every step of the way. I even received a call from Brandon in the evening after the first day of work to update me on everything. Misty has been wonderful to keep me well informed and updated on anything she planned to submit to the insurance company. You truly couldn't ask for a better experience. Michael and Cole were thorough, trustworthy and professional. I cannot adequately describe with words the impression they have made with my first experience with A&P. I will never use any other company for repairs after using A&P. Look no further..... they are second to none.

After explaining our issue, A&P scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Levi and Brian arrived on time, listened to the problem, and repaired the issue in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and were proficient and pleasant to speak with. I was especially impressed that they took the time to figure out how to do the repair without cutting into our wall. They do great work, but they sure are proud of it. Seems a little steep to me, but I don't really keep up with the going rates, either. The plumber who serviced my house, although his name escapes me, did great work. Very professional, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I called about a hot water heater I needed replaced. I had guests coming over the next day. Brandon and his assistant did great work and finished the next day before anyone arrived. The hot water heater also passed a home inspection a couple months later. Great quality work done in a timely fashion!

Tried to charge me double for a service call. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice. Pretty strange that they wouldn't just write a check to me when I complained. They would only pay cash as if they didn't want the owner to know.

We contacted A&P Plumbing for a second opinion on a line repair/replacement. We were told by the company we originally contacted that we would need to replace our sewer line with an estimate of around $20,000. After reading good reviews about A&P, we decided to contact them for a second opinion. Richard was on time, professional, and let my husband watch the screen to show him what he was seeing on the camera that he placed in our line (which they did not charge us for while we paid $400 for the original place to do this). He recommended we have them come out once a year to check the line but it doesn't need replaced yet. The first thing out of my husband's mouth was "we're only using A&P from now on."

A&P always does a good job. We had a clogged bathtub that we just couldn't get cleared. Rocky & Jackson were very professional and didn't waste any time taking care of the issue. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that my house was built in 1931, has been updated over the years but nothing is square, plumb or level. I called A&P for a leak somewhere. I opted to go the route of a new main line off the meter and tied in under my house. Richard, David and Michael showed up with an excavator (my yard is super rocky but reasonably flat) and worked until dark to get the job done. I personally have not crawled around under my house with suspected spiders but these guys weren’t deterred from their jobs! This company made my problem their priority, didn’t give up until the job was done and deserve a HUGE shoutout and thanks! I would completely recommend them for any plumbing job, big or small! You won’t regret it!

We called A&P Plumbing on 7/21/25 and Rocky and Cole were at our home on 7/22/25. They had everything they needed to take care of our problem and the job was completed in an hour. They were very kind, great personalities, informative and their shoes were covered and didn’t track anything in our home. We appreciated them so much. If we ever have another plumbing problem we will definitely be calling A&P Plumbing.

Michael and his coworker from A&P Plumbing did an excellent job in repairing our toilet. He called before he arrived and gave a good estimate on when they would be there. Once they got there, they were courteous and professional and quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. The invoice outlined the work that was performed and explained the charges thoroughly. I highly recommend this crew and the company for the service we received.

David was such a pleasant human to have in our home, installing a new shower faucet and shut off values at the access point. He ran into an issue removing stubborn drain pipe and called in reinforcements. Rocky showed up and they got the job done. Top notch service, kindness, and excellent craftsmanship! I highly recommend and will use again for future projects.
