From the first consultation to the conclusion of my shower installation, the professionalism and work ethic was exceptional. Ben and Megan were outstanding. Megan especially guided me through the entire process. And Brenda had a solution for every issue. The installers were the best. The work was completed in two days. I purchased my home a little over a year ago and it was confirmed that the kguard gutters were installed on the home in 2019. All last year I noticed that water was not draining from the downspouts but instead was filling up in the gutters and pouring out on to the foundation. Upon personal inspection noticed that there are no drainage hole emptying in to a down spout or lower gutter connected to a downspout. Also, I had an inspection performed by another gutter company who stated many other issues with the installation and performance of the Kguard Gutters. Pictures are enclosed along with the Lifetime warranty information from the Kguard website.

Called the Birmingham, AL local Kguard authorized service and installation center and it has been nothing but a miscommunication to get someone out to service the gutters. When I finally was able to contact an actual person I was told that they were trying to get a hold of me and a service person had come out to the home. Unfortunately no messages were left on my voicemail nor did my home security cameras ever pick up that someone ringing the doorbell or pulling in to the driveway. I was advised that I would be placed on the visit list for today. I was told someone would call to confirm my appointment time. So far no voicemail or calls have come in to confirm. Stay tuned to see how this pans out.

Excellent customer service from the moment that I met Bobby York to the time when Justin and John finished the install. Knowledge of the product and efficient installation in one day was a pleasant experience. If you need windows I recommend Southern Industries Home Improvements.

I had my gutters replaced. We had tried having the screen filters put on the old ones, and they failed miserably, plus it was a nightmare getting rid of them. My in-laws had gotten the Ultimate Gutter Guard gutters put in their house several years ago, by this same company by the way, and when I saw how well they worked under all of their trees, I figured they would surely work on my house. The representative that got me started was Nathan, and he was great. Very attentive to all the details right down to the color, and he got me all set up with installation just a week out. The installation duo was equally great, even upon finding they had to work around a koi pond close to the house, plus how we had built our deck literally around the old downspouts. And I couldn’t believe how efficiently they were in getting everything done in one day. And now that it has finally rained a couple times in the midst of a drought, I can honestly say the gutters work GREAT! They are bigger than the old ones, which was an extra bonus; they look good; the water runs into them just like it’s supposed to; and all the leaves and nuts and other crud just roll right on over and off. So if you’re considering gutters or gutter “protection”, this IS the product to get, and Southern Industries IS the company to do it!

We contracted with Exquisite Exteriors to purchase and install a Patio cover. Extremely responsive. Worked with our concrete contractor on what they needed for proper footings. Roofing subcontractor, made extra trips because massive rain hit our area before his phase was ready just to insure we were sheltered and protected. When they left the Patio and yard was clean and perfect.

Over all the vinyl siding turned out good and the job superintendent did all he could to make things right. We appreciate all his efforts. That being said, I would have a hard time recommending Exquisite Exteriors for a number of reasons. The installers spent more time on the phone then they did working….the job took way longer than it should have taken. I mentioned to Paul that I was concerned about the nails left on the ground…we had to fix flats on two tires do to nails/staples. When the installers were removing the old siding, they were manually ripping off the siding that was behind existing electrical outlets attached to the outside of the house without taking off the electrical box. This resulted in the breaker being tripping on two separate occasions. There were several times that I had to tell the job superintendent that the quality of work was not acceptable, he was prompt to make it right and we did appreciate that. I hope this will encourage the need to use responsible installers on their projects.

Had this guy come over,what a hassle to just email that quote.First,said that the email didn't go through.Then left him a message.Then had to email him and let him know how unprofessional he is,just trying to play the game.Keep your quote we were better off.BAhhh!

They took a deposit from us months ago and now they ghosted us. If you check out Yelp this is a scam they seem to pull with a lot of customers.

Good luck getting ahold of Kristine Milks. Never responds to calls or texts. Wasted my time.
