I am happy that I chose Window World for my windows. The quality of the product is superb and their installer Carmen Gallo did a fantastic job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. His workmanship and professionalism was of the highest quality. I was impressed that he and his help installed 10 windows under 5 hrs.

Called them for a quote to replace a few windows. The lady called me about an hour before the appointment to let me know she would be late, which was really not a problem. She showed up a couple hours late. Whatever no big deal. But I was told she would reach back out with her quote within a day or so. It has now been a few weeks and she has yet to call me back. I sent her an email as this was her preferred method of communication according to her and her voice-mail was full. Just very disappointed as we have multiple shattered windows that need replacing asap and this is something we thought we had taken care of. Not to mention we waited weeks and weeks to even get this appointment.

Window World people installed 14 replacement windows in my 100 year old house and did a superb job. The crew arrived at 8:50 am and completed the work at 2 pm. They brought drop cloths and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. They were truly professional people doing a first rate job.

My experience with Window World with great. Everytime I made a call to them they always return my call right away. They kept me informed of every situation with my order. Customer service and the workers were very pleasant to work with if I ask the questions they had answers for me. Installation of the windows was on time and they are beautiful. a I am so very happy and pleased with them I would you recommend them to anyone.

We recently had 9 new windows installed in our home and the service we received was top notch from sales all the way through installation. Their pricing was also very competitive. A special thanks to Tim and Carmen for their great work. Both were extremely friendly and went out of their way to get the job done. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for your window replacement needs.

The installation team arrived on time and went straight to work. They protected my rug and furniture and there was no mess when they left. I thought the job would take 4 hours to install my sliding door & side windows, but it was done in only 2!! Even my dog liked them! Am now loving my triple pane windows that really make a big difference with outdoor noise!!

Just have my windows replaced recently, very happy with the new windows and the service of course; from the salesman, the measurements guy to the installer all shows up on time and the job done perfect

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give this company zero. They have the worst follow up and customer service. At first I was okay with the time and getting everything set up. The first issue I had was that you have to follow up with them. Not once in all the dealing when they said the would follow up did they. My window were supposed to be in 6-8 wk at week 10 I called and they said "I was just about to call you." Then the issue have problem. I call and they said I would get new windows. I wait another several weeks no call until I call them. On top of that the appointment are so limited it was hard to work around. Then they give not notification that they are canceling me for the day. I sat home waiting for a call . I call an hour and half into the 2 hour appointment window just to see . Only to find out they are not coming. (guess my time is not important to them) They would not have called me if I didn't call them. I reschedule just to find out the window are also bad. At this point I am more then frustrated. I call the owner. Who blames the maker and takes no responsibility for his company's bad customer service. Then he promises to get the new windows quickly and follow up with me in 2 weeks. We are going on week 4. The owner has yet to call me back.

I could not be happier with these windows. They were measured to perfection by Kristine making the installation go smoothly. Carmen and Luis were amazing...they worked very efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and were extremely polite, friendly, and professional.
Back in 2016 I had six upstairs windows done by Window World and, having been very pleased with those, decided to again engage Window World for six of the downstairs windows. I'm glad I did!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our sales person Kristine Milks will not respond to you pretty much 100% of the time that you contact her. We had a contract that was said to be installed within 3-10 weeks and it has now been 19 weeks. I have written multiple emails with no response and called multiple times with no response. This doesn't just apply to a sales person who literally never answers, but the main corporate office as well. We are now working hard to try and cancel our contract. I should have listened to the reviews before signing. If you want your windows done in a timely manner and a company that actually answers calls, emails, texts, anything, do not buy with Window World. I work in sales and would be completely embarrassed if my sales people acted like Kristine. I do not understand how they are still in business.

The installer, Carmen Gallo, did an excellent job. The house was originally a cottage with not so straight dimensions. Carmen went above and beyond my expectations. The windows look great. Thank you Carmen.

Window installers were amazing! The team was very efficient and very pleasant to work with. Made sure to show me how to operate the windows for cleaning. Did a great job of cleaning up afterward as well! Highly recommend!! And on a side note the windows are amazing!!

Courteous and competent window installers. They were wonderful and the windows look fantastic. We are very pleased and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had a slight issue with a window latch and someone came to fix it within two hours of my calling. That is incredible service.
We remain very pleased.

Great windows. The installers were professional and were cognizant of time. They were running 30 minutes due to traffic but called well in advance to notify. The windows were installed clean and trim and caulk were done well as well. They were able to work tirelessly on a hot day and install 21 windows and a sliding door all with 8 hours. Only area of opportunity would be to clean the windows post installation as some windows had fingerprints with caulking material, so had to clean them myself. Would recommend again.

This is the second time I have used Window World, each experience was wonderful. The sales rep contacted me right after my request and was able to schedule a quick appointment. The windows we requested were ready sooner than they said. The installation of 4 windows took less than 2 hours. They did a beautiful job, you wouldn't even know they had been in our home except to see the beautiful windows. Thanks again I would recommend Window World to anyone. They are also the best deal.

It all started with my sales rep Kristine, she explained everything to me completely. She all ran down all my option. She was able to save me some money. The information was quick and the installers were very professional and left everything like they were never there. Thanks Window World of Rochester. We will difnitly use you in the future.

Super pleased. I bought my home and knew Window World installed the new windows to my home 8 years prior. I called knowing one window may have had an issue, hoping they could replace. I was expecting to pay out of pocket.

Turns out it was covered on warranty!? They came out and replaced the bad window, and a handful of broken window security tabs.

The installer, Rich (I think?) was prompt, friendly, and very kind. Even to my 16.5 year old, nearly blind/deaf dog. He reached out for my dog to sniff for an intro, and was very cautious walking around him. My dog was highly interested and kept trying to follow him around. Rich was very aware of his footing the entire time.

It all showed he cared. You don’t find many folks who do the small things. He did. And the window world warranty (even for me NOT as original purchaser) saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.

I hope if I need services in the future, that Rich is my installer. What a great person for window world to have representing them. Thank you very much, Rich! 🍀

Thank you very much Window World for making this painless.

Five doors. Two windows. Five weeks of installation, still incomplete, due to numerous issues:
-wrong measurements for two doors taken twice and wrong both times- doors were forced to work
-one of two windows doesn’t open/close properly
- two doors were installed in wrong openings resulting in the doors opening the wrong way into the room
-interior door trim on one door too short on do opening and gaps filled with silicone to make it work and not installed at all on four other doors
-had to ask more than once to shim the door thresholds so the didn’t flex and bend when stepping on them
- can see outside light on two doors
-outdoor wrap still isn’t done
-the door handsets and deadbolts aren’t even the right color and we don’t even care anymore because we are this close to asking for the doors and windows to be removed so I can board up the openings and call Rochester Colonial back out.

Had a good experience one with this company out of Buffalo and took a chance with the Rochester team.

Job started 1/19/2026 and no end in sight.

Update: a few doors are out of alignment and the deadbolts don’t lock.

Door doesn’t have a proper reveal at trim and door strike hitting trim.

Roger Thomas did great job in representing Hanson. Very detailed and knowledgeable of window products. Installation by Jason and crew from Passion Home Renovation was great also

Visit with Roger was very helpful! Lots of industry knowledge and experience that helped us make the decision to use 1-800 Hansons.

This is a scam company. Cancelled or never showed up to install window 8 times. Tried to charge a $1200 cancel fee. Made an agreement to pay for the window and I would do install myself. Couldn’t find my window/ wouldn’t deliver ( I Offered to pick it up myself). Measured wrong which is probably because the original was never made or lost. Many months of HELL.
