Scheduling with Rachel was very easy. Jake did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet, area rug, stairway, couch and 3 chairs. I appreciated how he walked around beforehand to give me direct quote. One of the chairs had some tough stains (from grandchildren), which Jake was able to tackle with success. I would highly recommend their service.

Tony called me when he was about 10 minutes away from our home. When he arrived, he looked at the room where we wanted to have the carpet and a chair cleaned. He explained what he was going to do to clean the carpet.
He laid down floor protectors and brought in all of his cleaning tools. He cleaned the small chair first and then started on the carpet. He did a great job and we were very pleased with his work.

Tony is an amazing job with cleaning our carpets and explaining the process and what we can expect, as this was our first time cleaning them. Our carpeting is only 3 yrs old but have a puppy who is now potty trained. Tony showed us that there wasn’t any noticeable pet damage to the carpeting, so that was extra awesome! We had 4 bedrooms,
hallway and 2 sets of stairs cleaned and were very pleased with the customer service, price, quality and amount of time it took to clean them. They looked as good as the day we got them! Thank you so much!

Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! They cleaned a white couch for me that was way overdue. He cleaned it 4 times for the same price! He also cleaned a white headboard and made it look like new again - along with 3 area rugs. I highly recommend them. I set up an annual appointment to keep my rugs and upholstered furniture looking like new

Worst experience ever. Cleaners were late and did not even get my deep cleaning finished. Was told one price and then ended up charging me am additional $100 more. I was charged for 10 hrs worth of them working but only had my bathroom, kitchen, livingroom cleaned. They didn't even clean my basement, upstairs bedrooms and bathroom
They were rude and saying things thinking I couldn't hear them. Don't waste your money here. Their cleaning service was not worth my $350!

Have used for about a year and 1/2. Very conscientious/friendly and efficient staff. We have three dogs and they regularly clean up the nose art on our patio door as well as the hair and paw marks on the hardwood :). Also work with me as our dogs are initially aroused by visitors.

I have been truly impressed by POM. I trust their cleaners, they provide consistent results--which are always excellent--and they do extra items, like straightening up my bathroom caddy, that are just nice touches. They also walk my dogs and have offered to assist with dry cleaning. I have had other cleaning services and never been this pleased.

I have been with this company for years. Their girls take pride in their work, are prompt and very respectful. Most of the products they use are very good. Very easy to communicate with everyone. The office does all it can to accommodate you if you need a special cleaning if something special comes up. They offer so much to help a person out. They do more than just excellent cleaning.
