Tony did a walk-through, checked every room's carpet condition, and explained everything in detail. We agreed on the price Quote and they immediately started the service. We have used Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning for several years now. We have an off-white carpet (in a house with two cats) that we always have cleaned and looks amazing after they leave. We don’t have a lot of carpeted rooms but we usually get our basement stairs cleaned, too. Stains come up easy and our house looks and smells refreshed. Everyone who works there is super nice and accommodating, wants to be sure you are happy and will come back if there is an issue without any hassle. Highly recommended.

So far I have always been renting a carpet cleaning machine which is evidently more economical bur also povide poor results not to mention the hassle to load and unload, so it is the first time I use a profrssional cleaner. What a difference! worth the expense. MFCC guy was very professional highlighting issues on the carpet with his blue torch and recommending treatment.

Wow! If you’re considering a carpet cleaner don’t hesitate! My daughter did an absolute number on her carpet… I mean all the stains you can think of from makeup, slime, food, marker, and who knows what else. When they arrived they said they would do their best which was all I was hoping for, even a slight improvement. They said there would be some stains left which I was ok with but the finished product even surprised them! I’m so impressed with the job they did! Super easy to work with. They called the day before to go over details with me and the day of went exactly as planned. Very please!

This was our first time using Falls Carpet Cleaning and they did not disappoint. I was quoted the cost when I called to schedule for our living room and hallway ( which I thought was extremely low ), and was able to get on their schedule timely. Tech arrived on time and was friendly and professional. We couldn’t move the couch but that was no problem, he moved it, cleaned under it and put protective pads under. Several spots from coffee, muddy shoes, etc came out, and and carpet looks great. I would definitely recommend, and will use them in spring for our bedrooms.
