Be sure to be prepared to be home the whole time they are there!! Things disappear, and you don't find out until you get your things out of storage! Also they will be on their cell phones as soon as your out the door to pick up more things, like packing tape and markers.... (This is an update due to the owners comment... ) And YES Peace of Mind Concierge Service, I am surely speaking of your business! Not everyone on your staff that came were on their phones, but one of them stood right in front of me while talking to her daughter! I had to let her know she was on the clock and told her to please do it on her own time, not while I was paying $80.00 an hour per person!! One of your girls was awesome. However, when I had to leave to go get supplies one of them must have stopped what she was doing because she wasn't any further along with just a small closet that took her all that time to pack up. Later I noticed she was wasting boxes by only putting a few plastic containers in. That should have been organized much better putting other things in a box of that size. I now downgraded from 2 stars to only 1, because of your denial that this wasn't your business. I don't lie, and would never rate a business I never used.

I've used Peace of Mind to clean the apartment we moved into after our interstate move and for pre-move cleaning once we bought our condo. I've been pleased with their professionalism and prompt response to any questions or concerns I've had, and every woman who's worked in my home has been efficient, thorough, friendly, and willing to explain what products she was using and why they were her choice for a specific area. Once we're settled, I intend to have them clean for us regularly. I recommend them highly!

They did a decent job for us for 2-years. I complained that the most recent cleaning, they did a terrible job on the floors. It was so bad, I spent an hour cleaning them again. I asked for a one-hour refund and was told that since they paid their cleaner to be there the entire time, I had to pay the full price. The owner said they had been undercharging us the entire time so he thought it was fair to make us pay even though they provided poor service. Never did they tell me we were being undercharged. Funny how that is suddenly my problem.
On another occasion, their cleaner left our doors open so she could go back and forth to her car. Our cat escaped because of this, and thankfully, our neighbor found her and brought her home.

Not the largest selection, but the prices were reasonable and the clearance section was decent.

We had à large tree that needed to be removed for safety reasons. David J Frank was a great company to work with. Would definitely recommend to others. High quality work, great communication.

Just wanted to tell you that I ran into some of your guys planting a while back at Paradise Pavilion. Super nice and they really did a great job. That strip mall needed a little beautifying and they did the job.

Negative stars if possible. Called this company several times over several months to remove my late friend from their registry because of the distress seeing his name has on us, yet we continue to receive junk mail from this company addressed to our deceased friend. They have no respect for anyone and despite several inquiries and confirmations that he's been removed from their mail list, we just received yet another piece in the mail. Find yourself a landscaping firm who has a little respect and decency.

This was a few years ago but I spoke w them to have work done in Muskego. I spent the whole day waiting for them. No show. I was so pissed. I saw an advertisement for them a few years later n I called in. I said, why r u advertising, u stood me up??? All innocence on their part. We just had $25k worth of landscaping done by another company. If they would have come out n done a good job they would have had this one. I'm going to edit the amount because its going to be higher. I can't stand companies that stand u up, its so disrespectful.
