We had a clogged drain that backed up into our basement in the middle of the night when our water softener was refilling… on a weekend of course. Greg R showed up promptly and got to work right away to diagnose the issue. He trudged through the cold and snow to get to the septic tank, cleared the clogged filter and removed a soft clog in the pipe as well. We are thankful our water sensor alerted us there was an issue and we were able to evade any real damage. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional. Highly recommend!

Mike O. was very personable and professional. The lights installed by Mike look great and he kept our house very clean after the job was done. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

A Christmas Angel, Michael O. saved us from our worst Christmas nightmare.
6 o’clock on Christmas night, We planned to have our Christmas evening supper, and exchange gifts, Suddenly, a loud crack shook the house, the lights flickered, followed by another loud crack. This time the lights didn’t flicker, but went out completely along with all the electricity! The house shook, my spouse found a flashlight and went to investigate the basement. When I got to the steps to the basement. I could smell smoke. I didn’t think it was a good idea to be down there in the pitch black so I told him I was calling 911.
We abandoned the house and went outside, put on our coats took chairs and waited for the fire department, for 2 1/2 hours outside in the dark and cold as the fire team worked. EMTs, provided warm blankets. When their investigation was finished, We were told to find another place to stay." All utilities were disconnected. Looked for the nearest hotel to stay at that night, Grateful, no other damage was done to the residence except to our now very black fuse box. We were assured everything would be ok. We didn’t feel that way as we used flashlights to look for items we would need to take with and food we could use tonight and tomorrow.
The next morning, our electrician recommended we contact Action plumbing heating and electricity. He said they’re very reliable and would take good care of us. We did and a few hours later received a call from their representative, Mr. Michael O, our Christmas Angel, He expertly and quickly restored our home, saving Christmas for us. This kind, caring, concerned electrician had us relaxed and calm within minutes with clear expectations of how this repair would go. He told us he would stay in our home through the night to get as much done as he could so that he could get us back at our house as soon as possible. He even texted throughout the night on his progress. While he labored on our behalf in our dark, cold, smokey basement, we spent another night in a warm comfortable room not far away. His texts through the night led us to believe, we could indeed check out and go home to stay. To our joy and happiness, as we drove up the driveway, we witnessed the truth of his promise and incredible skill when we saw the kitchen light welcoming us back knowing the refrigerator was running. Our holiday food was safe. It was like looking into a dark sky with one star awake. He left to rest and restore himself with a promise all will be completed before the end of the day. When he returned to finish the work that afternoon, slowly, but surely each room came back to life as he finished the wiring room by room until everything was turned on, especially the stove! The refrigerator was still cold and chilled. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness in making sure that was where he started. Christmas was saved because of Michael O., our Christmas Angel, saving our food supplies, we could finish wrapping gifts that were still neatly under the tree. He was thorough in his clean up. There was nothing for us to take care of. He truly is a very caring, compassionate, empathetic electrician toward people who are suffering, unexpected losses, especially at this time of the year. We were blessed that Action, plumbing heating and electronics, sent this amazingly wonderful, skilled and dedicated electrician our way. We were blown away by his willingness to give up his warm night’s sleep in his own bed and his family in order to make sure we got our home restored. He willingly settled into a dark cold, unlit, basement with nothing but flashlight to do his work by, was beyond any expectations we could have had imagined. Getting us back into our house as quickly as possible to salvage some of our Christmas activities with family was his priority. He’s the most amazing person I’ve ever met, willing to go all out for other people first, even though he didn’t even know us, Michael O, you truly are our Christmas angel

Troy K. Was amazing! He was knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and professional. My water heater brand has been known to have issues and Troy K. Took the time to trouble shoot through all the issues instead of Trying to find a quick fix and move on. He even called back in an hour to make sure I had hot water. That is great service!

Kyan and Action Plumbing and Heating are both first rate. Kyan came out and was courteous and thorough in diagnosing and confirming my furnace issue. He showed me the issue and encouraged me to take my own pictures of it. Very appreciated. Highly recommend Kyan and Action Plumbing and Heating. They are timely and responsive when the furnace went out in the cold. Thank you!

Later in the week Kyle and his colleague came and installed new high efficiency furnace and ac units and Thermostat …and all on a very cold day. Kyle K and his teammate very efficient, fast and knowledable. They answered all my questions and oriented me on everything installed. So far we love our new Lennox furnace. I would highly recommend Kyle K for any furnace installation, as well as Action Plumbing and Heating. Everyone was great to work with.

We had a problem with a toilet leaking. Fortunately Action was able to get us in quickly. Troy arrived and assessed the situation and explained what needed to be fixed. He was great and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. Now everything is back in working order and there are no leaks. Thanks so much to Troy for the great work! Having your faucet break before hosting a party and on a weekend is stressful! Luckily, Action Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning were recommended to my husband. He was able to schedule an appointment to have it fixed on a Saturday! Ethan called and left a message that he would arrive in 15 minutes and was right on time! Ethan was polite, knowledgeable and went straight to work.

Action , and Reid B was great! Our water heater was leaking and we had no hot water, we called and they were able to get Reid out the next morning. He called to give me a heads up he was on his way and arrived timely and was great ti work with. He was professional, kind and did a great job replacing the heater in a timely manner. Our really old thermostat finally gave out. We called on a Tuesday morning for a replacement. We received a call back within the hour scheduling an appointment for noon. Matt came over, we discussed thermostat options and he ran out to make a special trip to get the thermostat we wanted. He got the job done quickly and explained to me everything that I needed to know. Very satisfied!!!!

Ethan came out and took great care of our plumbing. He was fast and efficient and thoroughly explained everything that he needed to do, and why. I have already recommended him to my neighbor!

I've had Action Plumbing and heating come out and help with my furnace on several occasions and I've always been extremely pleased with their work and professionalism today Mike and his assistant were here working cleaning my furnace and getting it ready for the heating season and as usual it was an excellent professional job and i was very happy with your service. Quick response and I had someone at my house the next morning to fix a non-emergency. Not crazy about the AI answering service, but it said it was AI upfront and it captured my details correctly. I probably ended up overpaying given how much a submersible sump pump costs off the shelf, but that’s on me for not shopping around and doing my homework first. They were very responsive and prompt, so ultimately that’s what I think I paid for and I have a sump pump that works! Ethan was courteous and professional. Overall, I’m satisfied.

Had Action Plumbing check the flue on my hot water tank. Got that call they will be arriving in 20 and sure enough they did as they said. The technician that came out was really good. I was able to get questions answered. The company has respectfully workers. Greg was the technician that helped me out. Before telling him to leave his shoes on he respectfully took them off. So all in all first experience with Action Plumbing was great. Trey came out to do the installing of the new flue pipe with speed. In and out of the house up and down ladders and stair and the job was completed. Super fast work and great work from the Action Pluming team. Thanks again for everything.

I had a late night failure of my 25 year old sump pump during a heavy rain. I tried fixing it myself but it absolutely needed to be replaced and with how fast water was coming in I couldn't wait.

I contacted Action around 11:30pm and they picked up right away and had Ryan S sent over in less than an hour after he finished up with another job. They went through their pricing and were very upfront with everything.

Ryan arrived and got right to work. He probably replaced the pump in less than half an hour and gave me some helpful tips while working and answered all of my questions showing his knowledge and expertise.

I highly recommend Action and Ryan for any emergency plumbing needs!

We had a tub that wasn't draining well. We called Action Plumbing and Heating and they were able to get us a next day appointment! Adam called ahead to let me know his arrival time. He showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix it, and he explained the whole process. Adam ended up finding two blockages at different points in the piping and removed both of them. I was impressed with the thoroughness, the explanations, and the attention to detail. I really enjoyed working with Action Plumbing and will use them again in the future! Thanks Adam for helping to fix our drain!

Very pleasant gentleman. He was wonderful.
I learned how to push a button that the gentleman pushed. He kindly sold me batteries and put them into the thermostat. It cost me $293 for pushing a button and putting batteries in a thermostat. The price was over the top rediculous. I was in shock.
