Action installed a gas line and changed over the outlet when we converted to a gas range/oven. We were able to book an appointment 3 days out for both the plumber and electrician come. It was a little over 1200 total for both invoices, but considering the speed they could complete it, I was just happy to get my new appliances in asap. Both contractors were nice and seemed to get the job done efficiently.

Action came to my house to replace my kitchen faucet. . Action s plumber Reid did a fine job. He didn't have much room to do his work. Came in and got the job done. However, I paid for the faucet myself. So installation bill was unreasonable. But, in Action's defense. I don't know what they charge an hour.

Called on Saturday morning of Memorial day weekend and they scheduled me between
8:00-11:00 on the coming Tuesday. They arrived closer to 11:00 am. Greg and the other guy were polite and worked hard the whole time and were efficient. It appears they did a good job with the new install. I was pleased when I saw that they replaced the old April Air pipe tap with a real valve. I never liked that pipe tap because it looked like it could leak. Hot water is working again and the new tank has a 10 year warranty. Price was in range with other quotes but the 24 hour reception and scheduling was better than most, price quote was straight forward, the 10 year warranty, and the good service made it worth a bit more. I would recommend Action plumbing. I'm a happy customer.

I happened to interact with Adam from Action Plumbing twice in two days - first when he quickly returned my after hours call about a possible emergency and then when he arrived at my house the next day to fix the problem (which I had decided could wait until the morning). In both cases, he was knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and careful, and generously shared his expertise when I had questions. I'm very grateful, and highly recommend both him and Action!

Troy stopped to replace our water heater today. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and super helpful. Identified a few issues we didn't even know we had and did a great job explaining tips on maintenance, etc.

Gregg completed a huge plumbing repair on my 115 year old house at the worst possible time. I had no choice but to make decisions on the spot based on his assessment . He was calm and had clearly tackled this level of sewer repair which involved jack hammering into my cement floor in December . What made me trust Gregg was he was not hyped, did not expand the project, met my deadline, and honest.

Troy was fantastic! Not only did he come early, ready to work, but he gave me specific action steps regarding my water bill. His price was VERY reasonable. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely be calling on you guys again!

Reid with Action was great! Highly recommend. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet’s hot water pressure. He initially suspected a filter cartridge issue, so he bought and replaced it. Unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem and the whole unit needed replacement. He didn’t charge me for the filter replacement, only the standard service fee which I would’ve paid anyway. Very honest and professional business practice, and I’ll definitely call them again for future needs. He also mentioned that Moen offers a lifetime warranty and gave me the info for that. Overall, excellent service!

His expertise and knowledge allowed us to solve an eight weeks on going issue in less than 2 hours. We paid a fraction of the projected price based on phone calls to similar businesses in our area. Got quotes from a handful of plumbers. Action's wasn't the lowest, but it was competitive. Ended up choosing them because of the places I called, they did the best job of connecting me to someone who could answer some questions I had about the project, and they were able to schedule it for the next day. The plumber, Trey, did a great job with the install, and also went above and beyond to answer a few other plumbing questions I had (and was spot on with his advice). Would recommend.

I have 13 rentals and a pretty good size house i use them for all my heating cooling and hot water work. They get in do the job and get out. That is what i like plus can trust them at my rentals all the tecs are great.
