Amazing company!! When I made the appointment the lady on the phone was professional and friendly. My appointment was at 9 am and the technician drove into our driveway at exactly 9 am!! Todd was professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Recieved a new furnace when it was scheduled on the day. Being without heat is awful.

Todd and the crew were very courteous professional and even came back after installation to troubleshoot right away. Highly recommend. We were referred to Todd and Fowler by a neighbor, and will be doing the same from now on.

We called them to give us a quote on a new AC unit. They agreed to come out with no mention of a charge or fee. They came out and quoted us 700 dollars more than the closest competitor and told us it would be "weeks" before they could do the work.... again no mention of a fee and they literally did nothing but waste our time. Wohlers heating and AC came out an hour later with a much more competitive quote and completed the work the next day. A week later we get a bill from Fowler for 100.00 which I'm still not sure what it was for. Avoid this company at all costs. Wohlers does great, reasonably priced work. Would give zero stars but not an option.

Each time I needed service, they were there for me and squeezed me in if they had a busy schedule. The last time was on Thanksgiving last year. My heater stopped working and Todd came over soon after calling him to repair the issue the same day. I will continue doing business with this company for I have always been very satisfied with their service!!

Our a/c system went out during heat wave a few weeks back. System was 14 years old and it was time to replace. Fowler not only replaced our a/c system, but also replaced our furnace for the cost one company wanted for just replacing a/c! Plus, Fowler could do the install days ahead of the other two companies. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Fowler Heating & AC

We had a very old furnace and air conditioner in our home. They came and advised us on replacement, then came to do the work.
The scheduling and the work was done in a timely manner at our convenience. All work was done on time and excellent quality. They took time to answer all our questions and instructed us on use of the new system. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them. Very good service.

These guys were great. They were the third we called for a quote. They were quickly available and straight to the point. They didn’t bombard us with other unnecessary products and services. All we needed was a new furnace to replace our old one, and they did just that for the best price. They were able to install our new furnace in a couple hours the day after we got the quote. They also offered a better warranty than the competitors. The two men we interacted with were very nice, efficient, and polite. Recommended!

We have hired Fowler Heating and Air for numerous projects around our house including the furnace, AC, venting of a new microwave and installation of a gas fireplace. The owner and staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and timely and careful with our property. The work is done well and at reasonable prices. My furnace stopped working in the winter & Todd came out immediately. I got a new furnace installed at a good price and good quality. The following year (this year, summer 2020) my AC wasn't working properly & again Todd came out quickly. I thought it was just the thermostat. Todd determined the AC unit needed replacing but agreed we could try just replacing the thermostat. Within a month, I needed a new AC unit. He was right!! I appreciate them listening to me and working with me.

Had old furnace Fowler came to check it and the control board was broke. Fowler was able to install a new furnace the next day. Excellent service.

I had another company come out and gave a quote for repairs and to replace. They charged $100 to just provide an estimate and said they had no idea how long it would take for parts come in to replace the motor. I was recommended Fowler and Todd was out quickly, did not charge to provide an estimate, quoted me $200 less, was friendly, and had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Would 100% recommend!!

Had two other contractors come over to look into what was going on with my furnace. Both suggested replacement due to age and one quoted repair of just over 1300.00. Fowler came out checked things over found a flame sensor to be the cause due to build up, cleaned it, did a further inspection. Fowler Heating is honest and he came out during a blizzard. Mad respect and would recommend to any one who needs service.

We have lived in our current house for a little over a year and the furnace did not seem to be putting out much heat. We called Fowler Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC and Jeffrey came out and quickly determined that the filter had not been changed in the whole house humidifier for several years and he cleaned it out and was able to get the furnace up to 300 cfms. He was not able to complete that day and came back the next day and worked on it until it was up to 900 cfms. Extremely polite, just like Todd Fowler. Very happy with the service, the bill and everyone at Fowler.

Troy and Jay installed a mini-split system at our small cottage on lake Waubesa. They did an amazing job. Jay installed the inside unit and centered it exactly where I wanted it. Troy worked on the outside unit and took special care not to damage the plants around it. He even re-aligned the rock boarder for me. Both of these young men are extremely polite, talented, and conscientious. I highly recommend Fowler Heating & Air!

I've used Fowler for both commercial and residential HVAC service over the past 3 years and been happy with them. Todd and his crew/office folks have been responsive to my needs and given good advice when faced with a decision. My son's furnace went out this past winter and they were able to get him taken care of when others could not.
