Highly recommend Community Roofing! Abel was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best product for our needs. Junior and his crew did a great job! They were respectful, kept us up to date on progress, and made sure our yard and deck were clean when they were done. Our new roof and gutters look great!

We had them replace our normal shingle roof as well as a flat roof over two parts of the house. The quote was clear in terms of what they would do, the work was done well with great attention to detail...they truly went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Community Roofing and Restoration!

Josh and his team did a great job from start to finish. Even the proposal I received was set up to make applying for my historic tax credit easy, without me asking for it. Their attention to detail was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Abel was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. My wife and I both struggle with anxiety and tend to overthink things, but Abel’s calm and patient approach made the entire process so much easier for us.

He even went above and beyond by noticing our doorbell wasn’t working properly—and fixed it in less than two minutes! Throughout the roof installation, he checked in several times a day, kept us updated, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect.

It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Abel does. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better representative. Highly recommend working with him!

We had our entire roof replaced a few years ago ….. granted, the roof was very old and a difficult east side of Milwaukee condominium building , circa 1909. Community came in professionally and efficiently ….. and it was not an easy project !
Just today , I had them step in due to a gutter issue concerning water inefficiently in my condo basement
Chewy (sp) came to the rescue knowing exactly what to do and remedied the issue TODAY I can’t give them a higher recommendation. Community is fantastic

We just had a roof finished. The crew had to shovel off the snow to do the tear off. These guys were working their tails off. We had some intake venting issues that Josh identified in the initial inspection. Roberto and his crew made the necessary adjustments. So far so good.

Jeremy and community roofing have been total professionals. Jeremy worked with us after we had a roof fail due to new home insurance requirements, he met the home insurance timeline, got things set up and was great with estimates, etc. and the community roofing crew, completed everything without a hitch: dumpster (and removal); using magnets to clean up nails, completed the job (house and garage) in an amazing 48 hours, worked with our credit union on refi and payment timeline, I honestly can say that it was a pretty seamless process, they are worth every penny and their pricing is completely transparent and fair.

Seamless process from end to end. Brian did a thorough inspection and priced our job fairly, Austin and Shane managed the installation and kept me in the loop, and Jorge and his team got the entire garage roof replacement done in 1.5 days. Great experience all around.

The experience with CRR started 8-months ago when (3) of our Condo Board Members met Josh at our 10-building condo property. In September 2022 our Board was seeking multiple contractors professional opinions on the condition of the roofs on our 20-year old buildings. We didn't ask for prices, we asked for honest statements of condition & an action plan. Josh and CRR did exactly that by providing us photos and reasons for the most immediate roofing replacements. Josh followed up timely and fully described in writing the process CRR would follow, including verification of soffit intake, highly engineered peak exhaust product, and options for shingle material and prices. Our Condo Board compared the material, process, warranty and pricing of (3) respected contractors. We also compared material, install process and pricing for full gutter & down-spout replacements. In January 2023 we selected CRR and confirmed spring 2023 start dates for (3) buildings. CRR followed up in April and conducted a detailed walk thru with our Board and the CRR project managers that would be on-site every day. From start to finish CRR did what they said they would do .. all (3) buildings complete roofs and gutters completed in 3-weeks. No short cuts & no unexpected add-on costs. The Board and our Owners are totally impressed and satisfied with the roof and gutter products, the CRR crew & their workmanship. CRR clean-up was also excellent. We will definitely include CRR in the proposal process for additional buildings in 2024.

I Have worked with community roofing for multiple properties and always been happy. They were able to replace my roof quickly while I was under the gun with my insurance company. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would use them again.

We enjoyed doing business with Community Roofing & Restoration! They made the process easy and spread the payments out in a manageable timeline - the price point was below the average for this area. The roof itself is beautiful (we've had several neighbors ask who did the work) and the gutters are working better than they have since we moved in. The crew worked fast, only taking three days to complete the tear off of three layers, re-roof, and gutter installation! They worked carefully around a big garden, did excellent cleanup, and were a pleasure to work with.

After a recent hip surgery, I was out struggling to shovel my walk way. A sweet woman just stopped, grabbed a shovel from her car and said she’d finish up for me! I told her it was ok I needed the fresh air and exercise anyways, but she insisted and so we shoveled together. Saw the logo for community roofing and restoration on her car, and I surely know who I will call should I need any house work done. Well done, outstanding values and morals. Thank you. We are so happy with the job that Community Roofing and Restoration did on our beloved 120 year-old building! They replaced the roofing, and flashed and resided around our eight-sided turret, which had developed a leak. The turret is the central focus of our building, so it’s repair was critical. Community two crews, roofing and carpentry, showed up on time, and went about their work in a very professional manner. Luis, and his roofing crew, took off that section of old roofing and siding, and replaced the roofing in just two days, which included replacing a few rotten wood planks. Incredible! Next, the carpenters, Jerry and Bobby, replaced the cedar shake shingles which define the turret, in a very straightforward, professional manner. Their attention to detail in replacing the shake, was amazing. Like old world craftsmen, who took pride in precision and detail, they “sculpted” each piece like an artist, yet finished their work in a very timely matter. We’re simply just very happy with all their work! If you’re looking for roof work in Milwaukee, these guys are amazing!

I had an excellent experience with Community from the start with the estimate process, during the install, and the final inspection. They did what they said they would, came early, stayed late, had attention to detailed craftsmanship. I had daily check ins with the project manager and could contact him about any areas of concern. I would call them in the future and would recommend them!

It's never great to have to drop a large sum on something like a roof. When it's time to get it done though you want to know that it gets done efficiently and professionally. You can be assured of both with Community Roofing. All of the guys I dealt with were great. Paul who was my initial contact and provided the quote, Roberto the project manager and Junior and his team who did the work and were easily some of the hardest working folks in the industry, on site first thing in the morning and not leaving until late. As I say, never a great time to have to do these projects but it really needed doing and the end result is excellent.

We would like to give a 5 star shout out to Paul, Amber, Chuy and his work crew at Community Roofing for the fantastic looking roofs they recently installed for us. The work was done on time and they took great care protecting our landscaping. Any questions we had were answered promptly and to our complete satisfaction. A thorough clean up was done daily. Several neighbors have complimented us on how wonderful the new roofs look! It was a great experience working with such a professional group of individuals.

We worked with Community Restoration over the summer to replace our roof and gutters after a hailstorm, and the entire experience was truly excellent from start to finish. This isn’t something we deal with often, so having a team that communicated clearly and stayed on top of every detail really made the process feel manageable.

From the initial quote to the final invoice, everything was straightforward and professional. Their office team and onsite crews walked us through each step, answered our questions without hesitation, and made sure we understood what to expect and when. My roof was done in 1 day. Everyone was on time and started working immediately. Kelly was my project manager and she was very efficient and knowledgeable.The owner is Josh and he get things done. I contacted him and he had answers for me immediately. He is a people person and willing to help you get your project done. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a good company that cares about people.

We had Community Roofing and Restoration come out and do an estimate to replace our roof, gutters, leaf guards, and 3 skylights. Josh came out and gave recommendations. He put together a very detailed estimate that described everything they would do along with what materials would be used. It gave us peace of mind knowing that everything had been thought about. Roberto Jr., the project manager notified us of when they would start and offered to answer any questions. He was great to work with because he made sure things went smoothly. He noticed that the skylights sent by the manufacturer were incorrect before the job started and made sure the right ones were available when it came time to install them. The crew that came out to install the roof was very professional and made sure to let us know what they would be doing. They did a nice job of repairing things that needed to be addressed and explaining what my options were before proceeding. The roof looks great. Roberto Sr. and Jeremy did the copper flashing on the chimney and it looks awesome! They are true artists and very detail oriented. You can tell they take great pride in what they do and won’t settle for “good enough”. To say our experience with Community was great is an understatement!
