Potential home buyers are mislead by signage posted in the front lawn giving the false impression that the property is still available when in fact has already been sold. Furthermore agent Al proceeded to phone me with harassment due to his upset over the negative rating .

XL property replaced a roof on our home and garage. They were fast with professional communication, and the roof looks great!

Got as far as receiving a quote. Was excited to finally get my home repaired!! Called 5 times asking about scheduling with no reply from the man who provided me my original quote. There was an issue with the quote so I called and emailed, never received a reply. I understand these are busy times but this was over a span of a month+…. I was ready to accept their proposal once they changed the quote to match the work that was needed. Very disappointed and I will not be calling or recommending this company in the future.

Al and his team did an excellent job on our roof and sidings. He explained the process clearly. Team members were knowledgeable and friendly. Al was referred by a friend and I would definitely recommend his team to others.

Sometimes we learn the hard way. For us, locating XL Property & Contracting (Al and Sylvia) was done the hard way. They helped and continue to help us recover from very bad decisions in using "contractors" that could not be further from the term. Simply because someone calls themselves a contractor does not make it so, check them out, get references, get insurance, and workers comp documentation. Any of these things missing or don't measure up, run, don't walk. When requested, Al provided all of the documents which were all in order, and on a business trip to Milwaukee, I got to see firsthand their workmanship A+. We hope that this review will be a useful data point in your decision and search process for a qualified property manager or contractor.

One of the things I like about this team is that they are capable, experienced, hands-on, personable, and flexible. They know what they are doing and they get the job done and done right. That said, if you have a different plan or idea, they don't shut you down, they consider the alternatives and options and treat you like the customer, not a nuisance. In other words, they value your input and feedback.

Above all of this, this team is honest and has integrity. When experiencing a major setback with a property, they made adjustments relevant to the job. We would be much closer to reaching our goals if we would have found this team sooner. Our lesson learned is that the most critical element in property management or construction/renovation is not locating and acquiring the asset (property), but locating the people you can trust and rely on. We have been blessed to have the XL Property & Contracting team be our team.

Used this company to do a few roofs. Very reliable, great quality work, and in a timely manner. Very communicative as well. Reasonably priced.

I would not recommend this property company or their renovations. While the property looks nice at first glance, the work is cheaply done. I lived in one of their newly renovated units, and the quality did not last.

Communication from management is extremely poor. The property manager, Sylvia, is very difficult to reach, which is unacceptable given her role.

They bring the rare combination of a realtor, a contractor and property manager under one roof. They are both extremely skilled, passionate and honest individuals.

I worked on a fix-and-hold with this team recently and they transformed the place COMPLETELY! ( I’ve added a few BEFORE and AFTER for reference )

Al and Silvia walked the place together for me, and in about 20 mins of the walk-through I had my rehab estimates, rent estimates, and my pictures/videos ready. It takes DAYS to be able to get these details together.

Al’s rehab scope-of-work/ estimates were not only accurate when compared to the home-inspection report but also close to the final rehab cost. His ARV estimates were spot on too!! :)

Silvia managed to rent my properties by the time the rehab was complete. Her tenant screening process is elaborate and she takes the time to get the best tenants in.

They are a team you’d give your property to and move on to your next without worry.

I look forward to working on multiple projects with them.

Our expectations were set fairly high, but I am pleased to say thst overall it was a good experience, and I have no negatives to mention whatsoever. 😀

I had a great experience with Community Roofing and Restoration. We had a small siding job we needed help with, and they were responsive and willing to take on this smaller job. Our project manager Dominic was very responsive and did a great job keeping us up to speed on things.

Such a positive experience - I don't know where to begin! We had our roof and gutters replaced with CRR. We worked with sales rep Paul and he is such a gem. Friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to haggle us or anything. After our project was assigned, we were partnered with project manager Roberto. Let me tell you he is the most helpful and communicative person I've come across in the trades. He called us every day with any relevant updates and was just overall so friendly and always available. Lastly, shout out to the roofers. There was a morning dove nest in our gutters that had a baby bird in. The roofers moved the nest with such care...the baby lived, mom came back, and baby flew the coop with no incident. 10/10 recommend Community Roofing.

From the initial fair quote to the beautifully installed roof, our experience with the Community Roofing and Restoration team was superb.

David, as our point of contact, had exhaustive knowledge of the roofing installation procedure, including hail and wind damage (which he assisted us with filing an insurance claim). He was always responsive to any and all inquiries we had. He truly wears this company in his heart and with pride.

Roberto, the project leader, had his team on the job promptly at 7:00 a.m. to prep, tear off old roof, remove gutters, and start laying the new roof before the end of day 1. Day 2, they completed the roof, installed the gutters, and thoroughly cleaned the worksite.

The teams worked together to finished our roofing project without any delays and project hiccups.

I am a little late on writing a review but I wanted to make sure to give my thanks to the entire crew at Community Roofing. They helped complete a flat roof and composite deck for us last year and did an amazing job. We worked closely with Chuy. He made sure the entire process ran smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend them!

Community Roofing recently completed a project at my home that involved replacing/repairing the copper valleys and flashing. Jeremy and Bobby did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to interact with. Looking at the finished work you can see that they are true artisans. I told Chuy that I was sorry I didn't have more projects for them to complete. Community is a quality focused organization willing to put in the effort to make sure your job is done the best way possible. Highly recommend !
