Jose is the owner of this company and every time I needed a quote on a roof he will provide that ASAP. His prices are reasonable and his work is outstanding. I definitely recommend his company!!!

Carlos Lopez (one of the owners who gave his own business 5 stars here on Google Review) reached out after my request for work on the leak from the roof of our house. Jose, his brother, came out and gave his review of our problem. Jose said there was no guarantee it would work and I understood. We agreed if it didn't work they would come back out and figure out the next step to fixing our leaking roof and we would be happy to continue to pay until we figured it out. Jose said he would be happy to work with me on those payments.

The first round of work started nearly a month after the said it would get started because I was rescheduled 3 times. Each time I had to call them to find out why they weren't there; no one called to tell me I was rescheduled. Each time I had to call Carlos and Javier as Jose would not answer his phone. The first round of work, once it finally started, was nearly $2,000 and they did good work. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the leak.

It took me nearly a week to get someone at this business to call me back and schedule the next review. Jose did come back out and said he would be back out with his latter to review what needed to be done. What contractor comes to a site without a latter is beyond me. Unfortunately, this was the last time I saw or heard from Jose.

I tried contacting Carlos and he never got back to me either. Javier answered and said he would be back in touch and I never heard from him again either.

This company is the worst company I have ever worked with as far as communication goes. Multiple times they didn't show up when they said they would. Once they said it was because of a broken phone, which may be true, but it doesn't explain the grand total of 5 times I was left calling them to find out why they didn't show up when they said they would.

The work they did looks great. It didn't fix our problem but we understood that could be the case. They said they would be willing to work with us to find solutions and that never happened.

This company does good work IF they show up. Do not pay them in advance. Don't expect them to contact you with any kind of update; expect that you will have to track them down. Get multiple contact points as Jose does not respond and Carlos and Javier will eventually stop as well. They seemed very nice and trust worthy but when we needed them most they disappeared on us without any communication or explanation.

My suggestion is to move on to the next company and save yourself the headaches and phone calls.

Jose replaced the roof of my house and he did amazing job. He is very professional and very quick. He has a very hard working team. He finished this job I. 2 days only. His price is very competitive.

GTO did an excellent job. It too one day with a double crew. They repaired and replaced all the wood under the shingles. The price was very good. I would recommend them for any roof job.

GTO Exteriors did great work. The entire crew was courteous and easy to work with. They completed a tear-off and roof replacement in under 2 days and kept the entire work area very clean!

Highly Recommend! I am pleased with my roof completed by GTO roofing. GTO tore off, replaced a couple of boards, and re-shingled in a day. They were neat during the process. They threw the old stuff onto this tarp or something before loading into the dumpster. The after clean up was impeccable and my roof looks nice. Also, I believe the owner was very informative and readily availability for all my questions before the service was done and during. If you need a new roof or repair I highly recommend GTO roofing.

GTO Exteriors just finished an excellent roof replacement job for my 4-family building. They came in as the low bid, and the quality of their work is very good. For this job, they had a 10 person team for the first 2 days. The yard cleanup was meticulous, and the crew was easy to work with and responsive to my comments.

The roof quote was in line with the others I had. [Market price so not a cheap roof quote] I clearly asked that any fascia that was not good be replaced [numerous spots of missing or damaged boards] I expected to pay for this as it was not part of the price quote. I was out of town for part of the install so I asked for 'some' progress pictures. [received none] They did not replace any of the rotten wood as requested. In addition, the drip edge was not installed properly and had gaps. Plus where the brick chimney was removed, there is a clear 'hump' in the roof. For the price, the quality should have matched.

I wholeheartedly recommend GTO Exteriors LLC for anyone in need of roofing services. When I bought my house it was supposed to have a "new roof," but I learned it was not done well. I’m so glad I called GTO. Jose and his team are skilled and efficient, and price is very reasonable. They work quickly too with a full team and I’m impressed with the attention to detail. It felt like Jose and his brother, Javier, were really thinking like it was their house that they wanted done right and protected from the rain, wind, snow. It was all around stress-free experience – definitely call them first.

GTO Exteriors LLC tore off 3 layers of our old shingle roof and installed new warrantied shingles, chimney and pipe flashing, ridge venting and gutter guards all in one day. In addition, the whole yard, front and back, was cleaned of all roofing debris and there was minimal damage to existing landscaping plants. The business Owner personally supervised the work, and the whole work crew was friendly and professional. Our next-door neighbor was as amazed as we were at how efficiently the job got done. We are very pleased with the new roof work and have received several compliments from neighbors. We highly recommend GTO Exteriors LLC for the job they did on our roof. JP, Owner.

GTO Exteriors is by far the best roofing contractor I have worked with. They have dont multiple roofs for me over the past 15 years on my personal home and homes for relatives and friends. They do more than just asphalt roofing, as they have replaced membrane roofs, gutters, aluminum trim and siding for me in the past. Jose does an excellent job walking you through each project and determining the best solution based on your indivdual situation. I would recommend GTO to anyone looking for exterior home updates!

Jason give me a very competitive price on refinishing my 25 year old stamped concrete that was very faded and beat up looking. We agreed on the price and 2 days later he showed up with his assistant and they did an excellent job. My walks look like new, very high quality workmanship, he takes a lot of pride in what he does. I'd highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Alshun, the owner and GC, always late, doesn't pull permits, charges twice as much for very poor quality, lies to his customers and employees, reuses old products from previous jobs on new ones, but still charges as if he bought it new, is as involved in your project as little as possible so that if something goes wrong he can just avoid you then uses his employees to take the heat for his mistake. I could go on but find it redundant. I have proof of all of this by the way.
