Roof, siding, porch, insulation and new windows were installed by the JK team, including tear off of old materials. About a dozen homes in our neighborhood have used them, and everyone sings their praises. We, too, could not have been happier. This team worked fast, were tidy, quiet and and professional- project managers on site working with the crew every day were quick to update us on progress and address questions that arose.

They book out quite a ways, and are not as quick as others to return initial outreach, but once your scheduled and your work begins, they are extremely attentive to your project and needs. Worth every penny, have recommended them to others, and would absolutely use them again.

We could not be happier with JK's work. Their associates are professional and friendly. We were impressed that a family member of JK was always on-site working with the crew.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! The one star reviews on here explain exactly everything we went through. Once we signed the contract, it took weeks before the job was done. Communication only exists if you are reaching out about money. Besides that, he’ll give you short response with no action step. At times, he just straight up did not respond. Very unreliable! He also did my gutter, which is leaking now. I have reached out but now he’s ghosted me. Roof looks okay, siding looks fine. But in the process of doing my roof, they broke through my ceiling, which took another 1.5 weeks before they came in to do anything about it. The repair job was very amateur and I am now having to repair it myself. Took out our deck and left a mess a nails for us to find. There were nails from the deck as big as your thumb in my backyard. Seriously… save yourself the headache and move along. You’ve been warned.

I can’t say enough good things about JK Contractors. From start to finish, Danielle, Mitchell, Spenser and the crew were amazing to work with. No question or idea I may have tossed out was ever silly and I even learned a thing or two during the project. In areas I wasn’t sure about what direction to take, the team’s suggested solutions were the way to go. The professionalism and quality workmanship that’s been done by this team to help bring my little home back to life is nothing short of amazing! Did I mention how quick they are too?! It has truly been a complete joy to work with JK Contractors.

Working with Jeff was seamless. We asked for a new roof on the house and the garage. He inspected the attic and recommended blowing in additional insulation. From his quote to contact throughout the install JK Contractors communicated very well with us. He came over knew his product, knew what was exactly needed for our roof project and didn't have to call a manager to get the best price possible. And the quote was exactly the same when the job was done. No hidden costs. And Jeff gave us upfront info on the quote. The install team was great. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up very well after removal and install. Questions I had were answered right away and they were also open with questions they had for me. Don't waste your time with the big names out there. Start with JK, you won't be disappointed.

Jk contractors did my roof years ago and more recently provided amazingly fast turnaround for a roofing emergency for a friend of mine! So I did not hesitate to call them for a quote on my new roof and gutter project. JK Contractors replaced our roof and gutters on our home and also did some roof work on our pole barn. The crew was extremely fast and cleaned everything really well when they were done. We did a combination of shingles with metal roofing accents. Spencer was incredibly patient as I changed my mind on colors often and offered guidance and suggestions. Their work gave our home a much needed facelift and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything came together. We had multiple bids and JK was the most economical, and their work is outstanding. They offered suggestions for problem areas and the products they use are top notch. Highly recommend.

We signed with JK Contractors in late fall 2025 with the hopes of weather cooperating and full project completion before the holiday season. Surprise - the weather did not cooperate. We had a minor roof leak, during a January thunderstorm, most likely through our old chimney flashing at 5am on a weekday. We called Jeff, and he answered! 2 hours later Jeff was at our house, and because the weather would cooperate the next day, committed to having a crew at our home for a complete roof tear off, skylight and roof install the next day. We couldn't believe the size, energy, professionalism and cleanliness of the crew! After that, the rest of the project fell into place over the next week - doors, siding, fascia, and downspouts, and gutters. As with any project, there were surprises neither of us could have foeseen, and Jeff's team was quick to bring them up with options for resolution. JK Contractors did an amazing job. They communicated very well with us and were super efficient. Every night they cleaned the worksite and asked us to look at their work and tell them if there were any changes we wanted to make. My wife and I were extremely happy with the final results of the project. Mitchell and Spencer were unbelievably amazing. Their crew worked hard and were very polite. The whole experience was smooth and easy. Extremely Happy.

Our Tri-level was built in 1960, and it required much more than a simple face-lift. Jeff Kurz, the owner of JK Contractors, honestly evaluated what this house really needed to make it both structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. His proposal fully and comprehensively addressed all of our concerns.

Jeff and his entire team were an absolute delight to work with! Efficient logistics, outstanding workmanship, attention to detail, and state-of-the art equipment made quick work of a large project.

I hired GTO Exteriors to replace my driveway July of 2022. I signed a contract for them to do the work which included a 10 year warranty on the work that was performed. After signing the contract we had agreed on a start date of June 15 because I needed to move cars around so that they were not in the way of the work that needed to be performed. GTO did not show up, or return my emails or phone calls for 11 days after agreed upon start date. At that time there was a question on their end about the job and permit issues. We got that taken care of and agreed on a start date of July 11. They did not show on July 11. I contacted them on July 13 asking where they were and Jose (the owner)responded that they would be at my residence that Friday. They finally showed up and did the job. I asked about sealing the driveway after completion and asked how long to wait. The foreman Rudy said they could do it for $300 which I said would be fine. Jose said he would call me and never did. The crew also concreted over my water cap in the driveway which they were supposed to come and remedy and never showed up for that. After a couple of months I noticed that parts of the driveway were flaking up on the surface. My contract included a 10 year warranty mentioned above so I contacted Jose and asked if it was covered under warranty and he responded that he would have to come and look at it. Guess what he never showed up when he said he would. So from fall of 2022 until present I have been trying to get GTO Exteriors to come to my house for this warranty claim. Jose has told me that he would show up multiple times and was a no call, no show every time. I have been ignored and lied to and I would not recommend this company to anyone. This has been a frustrating, and disappointing experience since the beginning. Steer clear of GTO Exteriors.

I would not recommend this company because they didn't come through with some of the stuff they said they were going to do and they kept saying they didn't have the stuff I don't know believe it well whatever this is what I think
