Community Roofing did a full roof replacement on my home & garage in Milwaukee the last week of January, 2025. They were a great company to work with from start to finish. The company owner, Josh, did our evaluation and estimate. Once the project was scheduled, our project manager, Roberto, was in contact multiple times per day to provide updates, share photos and answer any questions. I am very happy with the completed project and recommend this company to help address any roofing needs.

I was very happy with Community Roofing. The salesman was very thorough. The work was high quality and done in a timely fashion. I had a great experience with community roofing! Frame the start Paul was very clear in explaining what was wrong with my roof and how they would fix it. Once the work started Chuy also communicated what to expect and any adjustments they needed to do. Great experience and my new roof has been great!

Community Roofing provides excellent service, work, craftsmanship, and communication. The initial consult was quick but thorough, and a quote was given via email within a couple of days. We chose to go with Community Roofing because they were significantly less expensive than other quotes we got, but had provided higher quality work in the proposal (special details like changing the fascia of our roof so we could use standard gutters, not hanging gutters), they were efficient with our time, and provided above and beyond service. We're really pleased with the results, they did VERY quick work (two days) and made sure we were nice and dry ahead of a huge rain storm. They communicated with us the entire time via their project manager, Chuy (who was also excellent.) Can't recommend the entire team enough - you will get an amazing product and above and beyond service from Community Roofing.

Just had my roof replaced on my house and garage. I can't say enough how impressed I was with Community Roofing from the bidding process to the completion of the job. Community Roofing also coordinated the work on the Chimney and the replacement of all the Gutters.

The Roofers (all of them) were hardworking, efficient, and had an eye for detail. Their work was so well choreographed that there was little conversation and No use of phones while working.

The Project Manager Roberto was great. He checked in with me 3-4 times each day to give me updates on the project. His communication was always clear and he wanted to be sure to answer any of my questions during the duration of the project.

I selected Community because I wanted a premium job. This is a rental property. I know many landlords seek the cheapest available, but I believe in doing the most important jobs right the first time. Quality and service cost, but they are 100% worth it over time. They were competitively priced, and Josh paid close attention to my concerns and addressed them all. Community Roofing did a fantastic job on our cedar-shake roof with copper dormers/pans/flashing. We have a historic home, and they understood our passion for preserving the beauty and historic charm while replacing the roof. Chuy, Ramon and crew were easy to work with and their level of high quality craftsmanship was seen throughout the whole project. While shopping around for quotes, Paul provided answers to all of our questions and made sure we received every feature we wanted. We found their price point to be competitive with other contractors, but with far more attention to historic detail. Any concerns or issues we had were taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. The whole crew was friendly, respectful, and courteous to our family and children throughout the duration of the multi-week process. They took special care to keep the lawn, driveway, and patio areas safe and contained. We are very happy with our choice to use Community Roofing.

Shortly after moving into our new home we were notified by our insurance company they wanted us to address the roof on our garage. Not really the news we wanted to hear as we were unpacking.

I took some time to walk around the neighborhood & grab a tea. I couldn't help but notice that Community Roofing & Restoration was actively doing 3 jobs around us. Since then I had noticed their work all around our neighborhood. Long story short, after getting 4 different quotes from different we decided to go with Community.

Amber was our first point of contact, out of everyone we talked to she was by far the most responsive, if I needed something at any point she had gotten me an answer before the end of the day if not sooner.

Paul was our Project Specialist who quoted the job, he was on time & highly communicative as well. We had a great conversation about the work that actually needed to be done vs what we could work was better for a later project. Like Amber, Paul was always responsive with any questions as we dialed in the work to be done & through the project. The icing on the cake is that Paul & Roberto were able to squeeze us in between two other jobs to get us taken care of sooner than later.

Last person I'd really like to call out was Roberto (& his team), our project manager who oversaw the day-to-day work. I happened to be out of town while the project took place Roberto kept me in the loop at ever stage, letting me know everything from when they would be dropping off material, start work or done for the day. Because I was out of town during the project Roberto even made it a point to stop by when I was back in town to do a meet & greet, & put a face to the name.

All-in-all, I could not be happier with our experience. Everyone on the team was top notch & I look forward to hopefully working with them in the future on other projects. Thanks again Paul, Amber, & Roberto.

Had this company come repair my roof for shingles blown off as well as a full roof replacement. Very professional throughout the whole process, kept me informed of what was done and followed up after the project was done. Also handles the paperwork and payments in a very organized and proper fashion so that there isn't any ambiguity in the terms of contract. Wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them if I needed to get more roof work done! Highly recommended!

After the torrential rain and flooding in Milwaukee, I had a leaking ceiling/roof. Community Roofing was the first company to call me back. They were out within a day to assess the damage and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable. Less than a week later, Delvin came to fix the roof, found the leak source, sealed it up and replaced shingles as needed. With so many people needing service now, I am extremely appreciative to Community Roofing for attending to my request and for completing the job with such professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. CRR is an exceptional company with highly skilled workers. They have completed many projects including roofing and siding, and completed many repairs for my company through the years and I have always been satisfied. They are my go-to contractor!

Community Roofing was very detail-oriented with great quality. From the engineered blueprints of our micro-addition to windows and siding. Very happy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience with Community Roofing. Paul came out to give us an estimate the day after I called, and he was very thorough. Our project manager was Chuy and he stayed in good contact with us. They came when they said they would and all the team worked very hard. The roof took about a day and a half but because of weather they did the gutters the next day. It looks great; I am very pleased and would certainly use Community Roofing in the future for other projects.

i chose Community Roofing because they have a great reputation and did my roof 22 years ago. i was most impressed with their quick response to my change of shingle color as well as their workers' care in cleaning up - i have yet to find a single nail in the yard!

The installers of our garage siding were fast, professional and the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. The clean up was perfect and I am definitely having them back to do the roof. These guys are the real deal and they had the best price! My husband and I were beyond impressed!

Sept 2024 we had community roofing back to our property to replace our roof and again received a stellar price, stellar service and the house looks great. The pains that they went through for the detail on the fascia were particularly impressive as they had to work around awning frames in one large stretch of fascia. Don't call anyone else. If you need exterior remodeling or repairs done these are the people to call. Again my husband and I are just thrilled with the end result of the job.!

Project: Complete tear off to add decking and new roof on 100-year old home. Josh, the business owner arrived on schedule to discuss our project in detail and learn our preferences, all to provide a prompt proposal. Proposal was thorough and pricing fair. He provided written instruction on how homeowner should prepare which was clear and very helpful. Definitely empty your attic!

Roofing workers were all very competent and professional. They arrived early, stayed late and completed the roof with clean up in 3 days.

Chuy, project manager, provided excellent communication throughout project. He even found a way to allow us to change shingle color on project start date! When a problem arose with a NEW stucco subcontractor they were trying out, Chuy came out right away and proactively offered a redo and made sure it was redone to our satisfaction.

Overall, we were very happy with Community Roofing. The quality of their work and friendly professionalism of everyone on the team was exceptional.
