Trugreen surprised me how fast their delivery services. I Called Tuesday talk to customer representative (Jessica), which she's amazing . Answers all my questions and explaining what included in the package that I purchased. Three days after, Daniel came early morning knocking my door saying his ready to work in my yard. Also he did a great job and nicely explained what I should do or not . Thanks Trugreen.

TruGreen is a great lawn service . The customer service is excellent , from the specialist , phone customer care technicians and the App is a great option to have . If you have any concerns or issues it’s very convenient to use . Overall customer service is EXCELLENT . THANK YOU

Roheim Anderson did a great job. He is a hard worker and didn't take a break. He explained things to me in a professional way. Don't have any complaints about trugreen's lawn service. Will definitely keep them as long as they keep up the good job.

The tech makes sure he covered all areas of the yard
.the only minor concern is that it is to rain in an hour. But previous visits, techs reassured us that the fert. Will be dry shortly.

Don't call them for a quote unless you're actually gonna use 'em. I've been getting cold calls for over a year, multiple times a week, at all hours! I told them I went with a smaller, local company right away. After months of constant calls, they said my number was off their list. I'm *still* getting calls. If you ignore them, they call back instantly. I've got five TruGreen numbers blocked.

All ++. On time. Explained what he did and why. Excellent service and communication! Marcus is the best at communicating all the TryGreen services and to explain what and when my lawn needs attention. He is 100%!

We have had TRUGREEN service our lawn for several years. TRUGREEN will notify you as to when they will be out to treat your lawn. The service specialists are polite and respectful. Each time the service specialist comes to our home, he will ask if we have any concerns about our lawn. If we are not home the specialist will leave you a statement on your door handle to note what treatment was done on your lawn. Any questions just call TRUGREEN. Very helpful

Diane is super knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me grow my grass after our quack grass episode. My husband did not believe in quack grass. Yes there is such a thing. ❤️❤️great employee.

Ken was an amazing representative for TruGreen. TruGreen has done a spectacular job at helping me manage multiple acres of grass at a price I can afford.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this lawn service company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite numerous conversations with multiple representatives, they have repeatedly failed to cancel my service—something I requested multiple times.

Services that I had added to my account, were not included in my auto-pay setup (even though all my other services were), resulting in an unexpected and massive bill. I had been clearly told this specific service would be included in auto-pay, but that was not the case.

After countless follow-ups, I was finally told my account was closed—only to return home and find another service had been performed months later, and billing had resumed. To make matters worse, they also failed to cancel my account at my previous residence, which we moved out of over two years ago.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I expected better communication, accountability, and basic customer service. I would strongly caution others before signing up with this trugreen.

I'd give them 1 star for service but they redeemed themselves a little by providing a refund pretty quickly. Let me start by saying I'd never hire them again to service our lawn. I've seen some pretty good reviews, but I sure didn't see it. First let me say we used TruGreen about 15 or 20 years ago and at that time they did a good job, but after a while, we cut out the service to save some money. This year we developed a pretty serious grub problem, so even though the rest of the lawn looked pretty good, we decided to go back to them and sign up for a full service with an additional grub service. Well guess what? The first regular service seemed great....second was okay...third was very lax. For the grub service....they never bothered to show up even though we asked about it several times! After finally speaking with a supervisor (who was not local) they offered to make up the grub appointment - but grub service needs to be done at a specific time of the year....and the window was closed....so that would be useless. In addition to the missing grub service, without notifying us, two of our six regular appointments were cancelled by them with no replacement date set. The scheduling was a joke and, in all honesty, the lawn looked worse than when they started the service. After two additional phone calls where they continuously tried to get us to allow them to "make things right," they finally agreed to refund the unfulfilled services and they did send a refund promptly. I would think long and hard about whether to use this service....

Marcus and his helper did a great job today both so pleasant and happy young men! Thank you so much for serving our lawn.

Nearing completion of my 2nd full season with Tru Green. I hired them and paid the premium cost in comparison to other options as I was assured they could take care of my creeping Charlie. 2 summers later I would say that the creeping Charlie isn’t much different
- it’s as healthy as ever. My grass looks healthier, but anyone can fertilize. I finally called them back once because of their “guarantee” after they failed for multiple visits to apply a broadleaf weed control. Essentially, the company does not deliver on their promise to provide a complete lawn care assessment and treatment.

Photos are of the creeping Charlie in the middle of my backyard - not some area near the edge of my yard that would have carryover from a neighbor or anything like that. These highly visible areas - can’t miss them if you were l actually assessing a yard.
