Madtown Maids saved me this past week!! They were able to clean my 2 Airbnbs on short notice and left the place spotless after another company backed out last minute. The owner Parker made the process super easy and was able to have people on-site next day before the new tenants arrived. highly recommend to anyone looking for a great reliable service.

This is the absolute best! When my maid service I previously ordered bailed on me TWICE, Parker and his team made sure everything was done. The team was able to accommodate a same day service for a reasonable price, and when I came home my house was cleaned to perfection! I definitely will be booking with these guys again!!!

Wonderful experience! Brittany was able to clean my Uncle’s apartment (which hadn’t been dusted etc in a long time) and take time to talk with him. He suffers from Dementia and it is the little things that count for us. Thank you!

Started MadTown Maids in July before a big event at our home. They did a deep clean. Since have transitioned to biweekly maintenance. Teresa and her cleaning partner do a great job. We feel comfortable with them in house. Good price point for work done. I recommend you give MadTown Maids a try to see if they are a good fit for you. I love coming into my house after team has been here.

Parker and his team were absolutely wonderful with our request for a move out clean. Parker is extremely responsive and very accommodating. The cleaning team he sent did an awesome job, which helped present our home in the best possible light for showings and open house sessions. Highly recommend!!

They broke my toilet. I heard him being extremely rough with my toilet. My toilet has never leaked before. The other cleaning person told me the toilet was leaking when flushed and then said they could fix it for a price! This is after they showed up 30 minutes late and then wanted to charge another $30 saying my house was deep clean and not basic clean. They only had to clean the floors and bathrooms. They are scammers.

Worst ever service we had. They didn’t even come equipped as promised and we had to show them what has to be done. The carpet shampoo cleaning was the worst as we were left with wet carpet in the entire house , had to hire another company to dry out the carpet which costed us extra expenditure and not at all happy about their cleaning service. We do not recommend to any one to go with this company they mislead.

Parker was great to work with for our post construction cleaning. We inspected the properties after the cleaning was complete and the work was fantastic. With other cleaning companies you can pick out missed spots here and there, with this company it was spotless! They were polite cleaners, hard working, and got the job done same day! Our company will be using them moving forward for our cleaning needs. Job well done!!!

I’ve hired them twice for bigger cleanings. First one was great. Second one they didn’t even touch an entire bathroom. Vacuuming was spotty & when I was told the next day they were coming to remedy the situation, they showed up two hours late and left foot prints from their walk in and out.

Was renting an apartment until I found a house to buy. Found one, bought it, but was dreading the move, since it usually involves not just packing all my stuff, getting it moved, and unloading/unpacking it, but I also usually spend days on both ends getting the homes cleaned to my standards. I decided to save my time, sanity, and back and hire these folks to handle the cleaning They did a great job and were easy to work with. It was well worth the investment! Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Lesson learned, don't accept a "fixed price" from this company. Booked them a few months ago. They sent less maids and only completed the contract on a technicality. Scammed around $1000 because we paid for way more than we were given. Still angry about it. They sent 3 cleaners instead of the 4 that was agreed upon, and they arrived several hours late that day. Still charged me the entire amount just because i agreed to a "fixed price". The house being "clean" was totally opinionated and in my opinion, we didn't get anything nearly what we paid for. Spent over $2500. We went with a different company after that. That being said, they don't get 1 star because they were available on short notice.

We had a sudden sublease and had to turn the unit over with a 40 hour notice over a weekend. Madtown maids was able to schedule a same day appointment on a Sunday and have the job done by the 6 pm cut off. We used the move out service which is a focused deep clean on livable areas, but they have several services to choose from. The cleaners were friendly and thorough. I will definitely use Madtown maids again in the future.

Kenisha did an excellent job! Everything looks great and smells clean (without it being overpowering — an issue I had with a different company in the past). She was also friendly and considerate.

Having a stranger come to your home to clean every nook and cranie can be a bit a disconcerting and anxiety inducing. With booking online and never seeing or talking to them, truly I was a bit nervous. But when I got home after work and saw the beyond phenomenal job that was done, I could not have been happier or more at ease. They made perfect little touches and it was honestly exciting walking around to see it all. With having a house full of pets and 2 small kiddos, detailed cleaning is commonly an after thought and only noticed while in the moment of “Oh I should really do that…” but other things become more important. I can not thank these people enough for making my house feel like a home again.
