We hired them to clean our rental house before our new tenants move in but it doesn’t look like they cleaned anything that they claimed to have cleaned. I was not there or watching them while they cleaned so I’m not sure what they did. Cabinets and appliances were not wiped down even though they were on the list, floors didn’t look like they were swept/mopped/vacuumed.

Edit: We were able to come to an agreement and the cleaners were able to come back out and fix the issues we had mentioned. I appreciate that they took the time to do that.

Had them clean our house when we moved out. The new owners sent us a message that it seemed like there was not even cleaning that had occurred. The floors were vacuumed yes, but the fridge clean outs and detailed work were not great. Bathrooms were not fully completed. The cleaners also left 20 minutes early and one was on her phone the entire time.

They messaged us to get feedback and said they can do a follow up clean for free. That doesn’t help me since I moved. I reached out looking for a refund and have been ghosted.

Seems a little shady and we were not satisfied with the services.

Just had Madtown Maids clean a commercial venue that I use and I will definitely be using them again soon! They did great work and were very timely and friendly. Left everything looking and smelling excellent.

Do yourself a favor and don’t book with them.
I paid $274 (not including the tip I left before seeing the results) for a deep cleaning on September 28th and was genuinely shocked at how bare minimum the work was. They didn’t even take out the kitchen trash, which is listed as part of their basic cleaning service on their website.

I was told a $100 refund was processed on October 2nd and that it “may take a little while to reflect” in my bank account. Not sure what a little while means to them, but it’s now been 5 weeks and I still haven’t seen any refund come through.

I’m extremely happy with the cleaning service I received. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. My home looked and felt brand new when they were done. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning.

We loved our experience with Primavera and Blanca! The quote process was easy and fast, and customer service was very thorough with excellent follow through. And the actual cleaning service has been amazing! Blanca was in charge of our first “deep clean” appointment and she left our two bathrooms and kitchen looking like the day we moved in! Honestly, probably more clean! She cleaned every little nook and cranny with such care, like our home was her own. My family will most definitely continue our services with Primavera.
