Silvia R, was incredibly detailed, from top to bottom, in my home. Baseboards were dusted, counters and floors spotless, and cute bow ties in the bathrooms. I felt like I was coming home to a new home. I am recovering from a Mastectomy, and Primavera coming in to help cover every little detail, literally, helped in more ways than I can express!

This company performed better than fantastic!!! Scheduling and getting an estimate for the cost of my clean was super easy. And, I could determine what parts of my house I wanted cleaned. Flor and Luis were assigned to my house, and they, too, did an excellent job! When they left and I looked around I was thoroughly impressed! I felt like a was living in a completely different house; an extremely clean and spotless home.
And there were unexpected niceties, like tissue flowers on top of every Kleenex box, a fresh roll of toilet paper on every holder with a toilet paper flower attached, garbage bags lining in every garage can, and all towels were folded beautifully. Everything glistened and sparkled!!!
I'm having them come once a month and I can't wait for their return. I can't imagine how anyone would be disappointed if they received the same service I did.

I had a fantastic experience with Yhordan and Roussamery from Primavera! They did an absolutely fabulous job cleaning my home. Every detail was taken care of, and the place looks and smells amazing. They were thorough, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be requesting them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Primavera is the best! Their cleaners are very well trained, consistent, efficient, and so thorough. My house even smells clean when they leave! The last cleaner I had was Omelia and she was simply wonderful.

Primavera Cleaning Service has been doing a fantastic job cleaning our home for more than two years. They are always on time and professional and they do an amazing job - better than I would do if I spent my whole weekend cleaning my house. Maria G. Is especially excellent. She has learned out work from home schedules and works around me and my husband to clean out offices while we’re on breaks. We also have a high maintenance dog that she is thoughtful about. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Primavera Cleaning Service! We’ve been clients since our first daughter was born. They are superb, professional and friendly. They are always accommodating and flexible. Price is fair. I’m a busy, working mom of 3 so finding time to deep clean is difficult. My husband and I can enjoy our evenings + weekends spending quality time instead of cleaning. Most recently, Dylan, cleaned our home. He was kind and did a fabulous job- my house was sparkling.

Primavera has done a very nice job conducting periodic quarterly deep cleanings at my home for the past 3 years. The came recommended by a close friend, and I have had a very positive experience. Their technicians are prompt, trusted to let themselves in and out without issue, and are careful of my property. I have had no broken or missing items. Izchel does really really nice work! Absolutely WONDERFUL company! As a cancer patient, they provided me with two free cleanings as part of their "Cleaning for a Reason" program. So not only is their service spectacular, they also give back to community members in need.

The woman who cleaned was professional, friendly and was meticulous (paid attention to small details like cleaning edges and places that might be missed.) My home feels brand new.

I think they use products that are non-toxic, which is great as I have cats and a service dog walking on surfaces. Due to chemo treatment, I need a sanitary and non-toxic environment, as well. I feel much better in my home now, as I've been unable to clean much due to being very ill. My floors and kitchen surfaces shine, but aren't slippery and don't have residue.

My interactions with customer service via text have also been great. They sent me text reminders, which is helpful. Responses to my messages were prompt, friendly and accommodating.

It was a wonderful experience overall and I am recommending this family-owned business to everyone I know! This is my first time writing an online company review, but I needed to tell everyone how great they are.

Our family has been a long time client of Primavera and have been very pleased over the years with the work that has been done. We always appreciate the small details that they do to make each cleaning feel special. In our most recent cleaning, Jose and Teresa did a fantastic job with the core cleaning request and provided a little extra help straightening out our children’s rooms and making their beds. It was a very nice touch...and the kids were ecstatic! We greatly value the confidence and trust they have earned with our family.

Primavera does an absolutely amazing job. This was my first experience utilizing a cleaning company, and I don’t think I could ever go back. After their work is done, I come home to a sparkling clean, fresh-smelling home. We’ve had Izchel do our cleaning the last few times and she is fantastic. All her small finishing touches make the experience even more special. The customer service is exceptional as well! Thank you Primavera!!!

These cleaners damaged brand new costly parts of our home, did not disclose the damage after the cleaning and then denied responsibly for any damage despite photo and video evidence until speaking with multiple people on their team who each tried to slow walk and downplay any efforts at remediation. Their strategy is to make the process of submitting feedback and getting compensation as difficult as possible and then blaming any delay on you. This team is incredibly difficult to work with and you should not waste your time.

I contacted Primavera for a last minute move out cleaning and they were able to schedule me that week and provide a quote for multiple different services provided.
The cleaners have done an excellent job with the apartment. I'd be very happy to hire them again.

I called Primavera because I needed someone to help keep my old mom's house clean. From the very first moment, the office staff was incredibly professional, kind and clear. I organised monthly cleaning and the Latina ladies that came were so kind, gentle and quiet and the cleaning quality was incredible. We actually look forward to the lady/ ladies coming to our house each month. In short, every part of Primavera has been 100% top quality and professional. Thanks to them!!

I was a little hesitant to get cleaning services for the first time, but Luis M. and Flor V. did such a good job and were incredibly polite and friendly! They took exactly two hours and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Primavera. Super affordable and great customer service!

First and foremost, Primavera did a very mediocre job cleaning my house. They suggested I do pre-vacuuming if I wanted the floors to actually be clean when they left. Their team never arrived at the same time and sometimes would take close to four hours to clean the house, sometimes only an hour and a half. They would routinely try to clean rooms that were not part of the agreed upon cleaning ‘plan’ because they were never the same people - always new faces, almost every time. They also drove onto the front yard and parked their car there multiple times. The Primavera office did not take feedback when I gave it on multiple occasions and they denied breaking a garbage can while they were here - instead blaming it on us! THEN they asked if we had an indoor camera that we could pull video from OF THE BATHROOM to try to verify the issue of who broke the garbage can. It was total nonsense and I’m happy to have fired them. Do not recommend.
